All the monster left the underground to live in the surface. Asgore convinced the president of giving the monster a country, where asgore will be king and Frisk the supreme ambassador of monster. Altough humans do live there with the monsters, some people just likes to live with the monsters, and some people that just want to make fun of them, but the most of the people just don't care.

Eventually Alphys and Undyne got they're own house thogheter, same did Toriel with Asgore, and someone gifted a house to sans and papyrus.

You stayed in your mansion with Frisk.

The monster were treated really bad by humans, they were bullied, hurted, raped and kidnapped
