Like a little family part 2

You woke from your nap with a feeling of dread and uneasiness. Where was Sans and Paps? You got up slowly. "Hello?" You asked as you looked around. No sign of anyone. Maybe Paps was still at his post cause the human didn't show up or something. You left the house and started your walk to his post but the feeling of sadness settled at the bottom of your heart. You soon stopped and fell to your knees. "No... No no no no... papyrus?" You asked cautiously. In front of you was monster ashes as Papyrus' scarf blowing in the light breeze. You picked up the scarf and put it on before crying into it.

Something then caught your eye in the asked. It was an orange part of a heart which didn't help your sadness. Then the thought of your other friends hit you and you made a beak for it. You held onto the scarf tightly as you ran to Mettaton's house, Alphys' lab, Undyne's house and the ruins. Each one had turned to ash (except Mettaton which was a pile of mechanical pieces.) and each had their own part of a heard. Undyne dark blue, Alphys green, Mettaton purple, Toriel yellow and Papyrus orange. There was one person left, one you worried for the most.

You ran towards the castle and quickly got in to find that somehow Sans was still alive but only just. "Sans!" "(y/n)..?" You ran to him and held him close but ever so gently. "Come on Sans, we can do this, we can get out of here and I can heal you and everything will be fine." "don't (y/n)... I'll be fine.... I'm gonna go to Grillby's. Want anything (y/n)? Papyrus?" He said before slowly dazing off into a mirror and he slowly turned to ash causing your heart to break all over again. You cried as all that remained in your arms was his jacket. "Sans... Dad... No." You slowly hugged the jacket as if Sans was still with you. The sound of another heart part fell to the ground. Light blue. Patients... It made so much sense. You put on the jacket, almost unable to walk because of your crying.

You eventually left the room and saw that the barrier was broken. You slowly walked through the barrier but before you could, the heart parts floated from your pocket and connected together to form a soul that quickly forced itself into your chest. You were thrown backwards and past the barrier causing you to pass out.

You woke up and looked up at the sky. "Wow, it's beautiful right guys?" You said, the feeling of all 6 souls within you in sorrow but also together in happiness... You had no idea what to feel. "It's like what I always dreamed it to be." You said to yourself as you stared at the night sky. "Looks like my wish came true. We made it through dad, Paps, we can finally see the real stars."

((I had to stop writing cause I was crying so bad. Stupid music and writing. -wipes eyes- I hope you all cried too. 10 points to you if you didn't cry.... -goes off and cries in a corner))
