Papyrus only acts hyper bc he drinks a lot of coffee in the morning, so he's spazzy all day. Without it, he's like Sans but not lazy. Also magically gets the ability to roast his brother like a boss without feeling bad about it (until he gets his coffee, then he apologizes for hours).
