You lived near Mt. Ebott, the so called famous mountain that keeps monsters trapped underground. You always thought it was just a story to stop little kids from climbing up there since it was dangerous. Although you were proven wrong when one day when a child was found with a bunch of monsters coming down the mountain. The monsters seemed kind instead of what stories from books to stories that your parents told you. You were so happy though because the kid was Frisk the only person in the town you would always keep a eye out for, plus you were so worried. As soon as you heard you went to the edge of the town toward the mountain and saw them, Frisk ran up and hugged you. You ended up showing the monsters around and let frisk stay at your house along with Toriel, Sans, and Papyrus. Frisk told you everything that happened before they went to bed after she told you were so happy she was ok. After a couple of weeks all the monsters that was trapped underground now have homes and jobs, this one fire monster opened up a restaurant which sans says he's a very good cook. Sans and everyone else that stayed at your house now lives with you now, so Sans took you to Grillby's one day. You both walked in and monsters that Sans knew said hi and peole that knew you said hi to you. You and Sans sit at the bar and Sans says hi to the monster that came up to take your order. "Hey Grillby this is (Y/n), (Y/n) this is my friend Grillby." He holds his hand out so you can shake his hand you guessed, and being the risk taker you put your hand in his. He proved you wrong though he lifted your hand up and kissed it, you instantly blushed. "So (Y/n) do you want burgers or fries?" Sans asked you, he ordered ketchup and you ordered Burger/Fries. After that day you started going to grillby's without sans and got to know Grillby more. You eventually got a job there so Grillby can have some to serve water and stuff he can't, plus you both got to hang out more. You were cleaning up when you felt a hand on your shoulder you turn around to see Grillby. He kisses you and you both blush. "(Y/n) i love you and i was wondering if you would go out with me tomorrow." You kiss his cheek. "sure but i'm going home to bed see you tomorrow." He hugged you and you walked home and fell asleep watching your favorite TV show. The next day you went to work to see your apron changed to say Grillby's you knew it could mean two things. You worked all day with Grillby then when it was closing time you and Grillby went to the park. He made a nice picnic under the stars on the clear night, it looked like a amazing picture someone would paint of a couple from two different species getting along. Grillby ended walking you home but instead of him leaving you both fell asleep cuddling on the couch. Sans took a lot of pictures and was happy for the both of you so was everyone else. Before you both woke up that night everyone knew that you and Grillby was dating, it even went all over the town because of the date in the park.
