Cupid x reader x Hallow (kinda)

*heya guys. Not a request, I thought of this randomly while listing to some adventure time music, and a long time ago someone said that Hallow and Cupid reminded them of Marshall and Prince Gumball.

So, here it is. Heavily inspired by an episode of adventure time. Sorry that the art is dark, my lighting is crap right now. (If the art is there)

You pounded on the door angrily, that damn goblin thing stole your battle axe, and the door slammed shut and locked behind him.

"Agh! Damn it! He got away!" You yell and throw your backpack on the ground, causing meany things to fall out of it, but you couldn't care less.

Cupid ran up behind you out of breath. "Y/n? What happened?"

"The goblin got away. He locked the door! Why are you here?"

Cupid sighs and puts his hands on his hips. "He stole my favorite shirt, and my most valuable white rose! I only have one of those you know!"

He sits on the rock by the door huffing fake curse words.

Asher ran up to you both, "he went this way!"

Hallow flew behind him, wearing a large sunhat.

He looked really funny wearing it, you noted.

"What the heck? What are you guys doing here?" Asher asks flipping his hair out of his face.

Hallow lands beside him also confused.

You and Cupid glare at them. "Anyone else going to join the party?" 

Coby peeks his head behind Asher's shoulder. "Eh.. Sssarcasm noted.. Heh.."

You sigh. "Shut up, anyway, that goblin dude stole our stuff, ran in the door and locked it with some spell thing."

They all nod and sit on the ground.

"Y/n, it seems that the door needs a song to open it. How strange.." Cupid says reading the strange writing on the door.

"How cliché.." You groan. "Can any of you idiots sing?" You look to the group, hands on your hips.

Hallow smiles, taking an orange axe guitar out of nowhere. "I sure can!"

Cupid glares at him.

Hallow returns the glare then flies up to the door, drumming the guitar.

~la da da da, I'm gonna bury you in the ground, la da da da, I'm gonna bury with my sound..

Hallow flies over to Cupid winking.

~I'm gonna drink the red from your feverish face I'm gonna..

Cupid interrupts him. "Hallow thats too distasteful, and idiotic. The door doesn't want to listen to your broken glass of a voice."

Hallow frowns and lands on top of the door. "Oh.. You don't like that?"

Coby chuckles at the two and eats popcorn he stole out of your backpack.

Asher does the same.

"Guys knock it off! We don't need a fight right now. We need to get the door open!"

Hallow ignores your words then strums the guitar harshly. "Or do you just not like me?!"

"Oh boy.." Cupid rolls his eyes.

~im sorry I dont treat you like you're perfect, like all of your loyal fangirls do.~

Cupid growls and somehow matches the tune, while arguing.

^is that what people really think of me? That I'm a god above all of you? I'm sorry if I seem malicious but I can't sympathize with you!^

Even if they were fight-singing they sounded good, Cupids high voice with Hallows low monotone one.

The door was lighting up.

~im just your problem, its like I'm not even a person am I?~

^you're your own problem! And now you wear this defensive attitude! ^

The door glowed brighter.

~I shouldn't have to prove anything to you! ~

Hallow lands in front of cupid and shoves him. "Shut up! Ugh you through me off-

The door sprang open behind them, the goblin man chuckled and clapped his hands.

" Amazing job you two!"

Cupid dusts himself off then tackles the man punching him. "Don't steal stuff!"

Asher pulls him off, holding Cupid back. "Dude calm down. We got our stuff back."

Coby pokes the man with a stick.. "Uh.. Is he alive?"

Hallow rolls his eyes. "Who cares, give me Mr.stripes." He rips a candy corn plush out of the mans arms.

"Mr.stripes?" You laugh.

"Shut up."

Looks like all of that mess was just classic rivalry getting the best of them yet again.
