Long time ago there were two races walking on earth: HUMANS and MONSTERS.

Human SOULs creates SOUL ENERGY that can changes into MAGIC ENERGY

Monster SOULs were different than human SOULs because monster SOULs can directly create MAGIC ENERGY. Thats why humans can cast more powerful magic but monsters can cast magic more easly.

There is one more difference between human SOULs and monster SOULs: monters can absorb human SOULs. When a monster absorbs a human soul, it becomes a superme being that considered as a god

Humans are afraid of monsters ability to absorb a human SOUL but only one monster who 'killed' and absorbed human SOUL started THE WAR. THE WAR was horrible but in the end humans won and monsters are sealed into mount ebott

Strong seven human mages created the barrier that seals monsters from humans

Human memories of monsters were erased because they are no longer think about monsters and their abilities but monsters remember humans and THE WAR like yesterday

But there is a legend which stands remembered says 'those who went to mount ebott fell a hole and never returned back'

And now one more human will fell too
