I was sitting in my room, looking at the two buttons that have been messing my whole life.

One, reset, two, continue.

I kept glancing at both of them, thinking, if I reset, maybe everything will be normal?

I shook my head, it was a stupid idea for me to think that.

I heard two knocks on my door, and a voice, "My child? Are you there?"

"You say to Toriel you may come in," I answered, still not use to talking "normal".

She opened the door, a smile on her face. "I brought you something to eat!"

I smiled back, jumping off my bed. "You ask Toriel about Chara."

It's been bothering me a lot, and I'm a bit curious what she has to say.

"Oh, where did you hear that?" She asks, placing the plate on the chest.

"You tell Toriel about your time with Chara in Summerdin," I answered again.

"I see," She looked down and started messing with her fingers. "You ask Toriel if she can tell you the story."

She sighed.

"Chara, she did stay with Asgore, why? Unknown to me," Toriel said, looking at me.

"Please my child, do not leave me?"

I nodded and hugged her, her hugging back.

"Papyrus wanted to introduce you to someone, be careful," She said, walking out.

I nodded and laid back on the bed.

A bunch of questions then flooded into my head.

Why is Chara nice?

Why is everyone an animal/monster?

Why is everything like this?

Why did Gaster say that?

Does he remember?

I'm sorry this is short!
