Vijay's POV

I was about to kiss Mithra when I got a call. I check the name, and see that its Gautam.

"Hi Gautam." I say, lifting the call.

"Vijay, we found that chain snatcher guy is out of jail, and the woman had committed suicide." he says to me.

"What?" I ask, thinking I heard wrong. There was a lot of music in the pub.

"That guy we got put into jail is out of jail, and the woman committed suicide." he repeats.

"Ok. Go to the hospital. I'll drop Mithra at her house and come meet you there." I say.

"Ok." he says. Mithra and I get into the car just as Divya calls me.

"Huh Div." I say.

"Viju, I'm coming back." she says.

"Why?" I ask. She was on a mission in Karachi. She was helping us, but by being in the place where Kureshi was from.

"Vijay, he has a list of everyone who's working on this mission." she says.

"Divya, calm down. Someone is giving him information. I will meet with Reddy Sir and talk to him." I say, trying to calm her down.

"No, Viju, I'm already back. I need to meet with Reddy Sir. I have some evidence." she says.

"Ok. Its ok. Don't panic." I tell her.

"Hey, where are you going?" she asks.

"What?"

"I'm talking to Gautam." she replies.

"Oh ok."

I listen. "Uh...Divya, um..." I hear Gautam's voice.

"Div, come with them." I say.

I turn into the driveway of Mithra's house and she gets out.

"Vijay, but-" I hear Gautam say.

"Gautham, drop her off at HQ first. The rest of you, come to the hospital directly." I order.

"Ok." he says.

"I'm on my way." I tell them.

"So are we ra." Shaurya responds.

"Good." I cut the call, and drive to the hospital.

Mithra's POV

I open the door to my house and walk inside when I get a call. I look at it and see that it's Shwetha, on of my colleagues.

"Hi Shwetha." I greet her.

"Come to the hospital quick." she says.

"Why?"

"That woman that you did surgery on two days ago, she died." Shwetha says.

I stand, shocked. "What?" I ask her.

"Yea."

"But. But she was doing fine!" I say.

"She was. But someone stabbed her." Shwetha says.

"Shit!" I curse. I run out of the house and see an auto. I stop it, and tell the man to take me to the hospital. After paying him, I rush into the surgical ward, where the woman was being kept. I don't see news reporters, which is good. I can't bear the sight of those nosy reporters.

"Mithu!" I see my friend, Arshika coming towards me.

"Arshu!" I say, surprised. "You're back!"

"Yup. I'm back. How are you?" she asks.

"Good, until now. One of the patients I did surgery on two days ago was stabbed." I say.

"Shit!" she says.

"Yea." I walk into the room with Arshika, and stand there, shocked. I've never seen someone murdered before.

I run out of the room, and collide with someone.

Vijay's POV

I reach the hospital, and go to the woman's room. The guys are already there, except for Gautam.

"Amma, why did you do such a thing?" I ask the woman.

She cries. "My case was rejected." she says. "I didn't get justice done. Even my lawyer didn't come." she says, crying.

"Amma, don't cry. Please." I say.

"Rey, Vijay. Apparently another woman was stabbed." Gautam says, running into the room.

"What!"

"Yea, another woman was stabbed and killed in the ward right next to this one." he says.

I look at the boys and we run out together. I crash into someone.

"So-" I begin to say, when i see Mithra.

"Vijay!" she says, and hugs me tightly.

"Mithra?" I ask.

"They killed her Vijay. That poor woman. She just had two babies Vijay. Her husband took one of them home on Monday. The other had a breathing problem, and had to be kept in an incubator. The woman, she had a minor problem after the pregnancy, and I did surgery on her. They not only killed her, but also that poor baby. That family Vijay!" she cries.

 I close my eyes, and take a deep breath. "Mithra. Mithra calm down." I say.

"They killed them horribly Vijay! Horribly!" she sobs. I sit her down, and hand her a water bottle.

"Mithra, calm down." I say. She stops crying, her breath still deep.

"Shaurya." I say. He nods, understanding what I wanted him to do, and goes into the room of the killed woman.

He walks out, eyes wide. "Vijay." he whispers.

"Shaurya, what happened?" I ask.

"Sashi."
