They walked and they saw the soul floating in all its glory. it was lime green. Ness went to get it, when a shimmering purple and blue light flashed in their faces, and ness felt a little tired. He felt the energy of his powers drain and go into the soul. It glowed brighter and brighter until it was a flashbang of warm colors. When the light cleared they saw a girl with large blond hair that had a red bow in it wearing a pink dress. She smiled. "Hello, my name is paula. I've been waiting." ness and jeff were astonished. "Where did you-" he looked behind her and the soul was gone "wait" Jeff started "are you the soul?" Paula nodded "I have the same power as Ness, and I used it to make myself a corporeal body" "Wait, so that's a real body? OUT OF NOTHING" paula nodded and giggled a little "yeah it a little weird" jeff puzzled at this as ness thought. "Wait, you have powers like me?" she nodded. Ness recalled hearing about a girl from twoson who disappeared a few days ago that was supposedly super special, but the person he heard it from forgot why. "You from twoson, right?" Paula nodded and beamed, "so you've heard of me and my mothers daycare?" ness nodded. "I'm from the next town over, onnet!" Paula nodded enthusiastically. "That's great!" her smile disappeared "but there are others matters to attend to. Oh! Also do you have a weapon?" ness noded and dug around his backpack grabbing his frying pan, handing it to paula. "Nice" she said to herself, spinning the pan in her hands. They continued on, heading towards the ruins. "Hey paula" ness started "hm?" "How did you know who we are and what we were doing?" Paula looked over at ness. "I used my powers" ness thought so much it still confused him "i didn't know i could do that" paula smiled "we can do anything with these powers as long as you can put your mind to it, and not in the corny way. Our mind is where our powers come from, and if we manipulate our energy in certain ways, we can achieve anything" ness thought about that for most of the rest of their walk. When they got to the ruin door Jeff gasped aloud "what, what is it?" ness asked "i think i know how paula made a body out of nothing!" ness sighed in relief, thinking something happened. "She used snow and used her powers to change the molecule pattern to make herself!" ness thought about whether there was less snow when paula appeared "am i right!?!" Jeff asked paula. She rubbed the back of her head "i mean, i don't really know-" "WHAT HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW" "i don't know i just DID IT i did borrow some of nesses power but" "but that makes NO SENSE" ness sighed and smiled. "Come on guys" and he entered the ruins once again.
