Where...?
Blake woke up to pain and the sound of a conversation. He couldn't move his arms, which made him worry. He opened his eyes to see himself surrounded by the others and in the air. His hands and wrists were chained above him. Below looked like a pit. It didn't seem friendly though. He gulped before listening to the conversation.
"You guys are more than idiots. But I don't feel like waking up the one that I know so... let us go."
"No."
"Now."
"Cute. But it's still no."
"Pieces of garbage."
"Say whatever is going to help you sleep tonight."
"I would if you didn't do this idiot move."
"Why say that?"
"Cause Blue's right beside me."
"Well well well... we have another one awake!"
Platinum turned and met his eye. He froze at the sight. A stone-cold glare filled them as she turned back to the group.
"Release them. They've done nothing wrong."
"Ha! Not why you're here."
"Here... let's wake the others." Platinum opened her mouth as a blast of lightning struck the group. Screams of pain filled the air. The shock then stopped and Platinum hissed.
"You wait till we get out!"
"It's surprising that you're not in pain."
"That's another reason you're going to lose your head!"
"Aw... how cute..." A hiss escaped Platinum as the shock hit the group again. The Dexters screamed out, a few waking by the pain. Platinum snarled as she glared at the group below.
"Just you wait! People will know that we're gone! They'll look!" A cackle that woke several others filled the air. An unpleasantly familiar voice entered the air, almost freezing it.
"But every Dexter is here and anyone else won't get the hints." A hiss escaped Blake, waking the other three up.
"Ghetsis!" The group turned to the old leader, who laughed.
"Name a Dexter that isn't here that'll know what to do." He laughed as he and the group left. Platinum hissed.
"There'll be someone! You can't deny it!" The door slammed shut. "There's going to be someone! THERE ALWAYS IS!"
She growled after that, not even breaking a sweat. A shock hit the group, waking any that were still asleep. As the shock dropped, the others started doing their best to adjust. They weren't going anywhere for a while. Platinum stayed ready for anything. They were going to get out of there, she knew it. She closed her eyes and smiled.
"Yeah... all the Dexters are here. Run those words through your head when the time comes. Because you just lied on so many levels."
Uh oh. What does she mean? We'll be back after these messages. Bye!
