                  DELILAH PARKER hates attending funerals. It's not that she finds them to be uninteresting, but just witnessing people in the funeral homes all grieving the once living now dead. It all just made her stomach twist. It just feels all strange that a person can someday never awaken from their sleep.

This simply made her hold onto her mother tighter than before, not ever wanting to let go of her. She figured if she holds onto her mother tighter that she'll remain with her forever, or the least until she's also old. If only immorality existed.

Delilah Parker had to witness her mothers health gradually decline. Cancer. To hold her mothers hand as she taken her last breath in the hospital bed, and all the way to burying her mother.

This was all too much for a teenage girl to be consumed with just very such grieve, especially when she was being sent off to go, and live with her estranged father in Seoul, Korea.

She wasn't prepared for this big change in her life, much more so she wasn't prepared for the new found friends, love and also heart-break that she'll experience.
