|William|

I grabbed my dark blue duffle bag and swung it over my left shoulder only to find my arm screaming at me in pain.

"Nope!" Angie, The Opposite tour manager who happens to be my main manager, walked in on me. Shaking her head in disbelief and pulling the bag off me. "That's not happening, instead you're going to be wearing this." She grabbed the shoulder sling from my hotel dresser and held it in front of me. I should really hide it better next time.

"It itches and gets in the way of everything." I complained. Trying to get out of wearing a sling for the next ten hour bus ride to a town I had no idea existed but apparently on a poll has the most viewers of the show.

"I don't care. You're dad would have my head if you damaged your shoulder anymore. Be happy I'm not taking you to the hospital, the paparazzi would snatch a pic and make it a huge deal." She glared. Angie's glares were deadly. Almost like she was throwing knives at you. Don't let the short blonde hair, brown eyes, and only being a total height of 5'2 fool you. She could take you down in a punch if she wanted.

"I know." I roll my eyes without her catching. Tyson Everest is a famous movie director who happens to be the only family I have left. My mother died before I could really remember her. Apparently I looked just like her according to my father and Angie. Light brown hair and dark chocolate eyes. A narrow nose and rounder face with chiseled cheek bones. Not my proudest feature, since they make my jaw look uneven, but I guess I got it from my mom and all the girls love it. "But-"

"If you say anything regarding an excuse not to wear the shoulder brace, I'll make you regret it." She snapped.

I froze in my position. My heart almost coming to a complete stop. Again, no one messes with Angie.

Angie checked the time on her watch sighing. "I got to go check on everyone else. Have Lucas help you with that." She gestured to the sling she threw at me before walking out into the hallway.

Just like magic, Lucas popped his light brown messed up head of hair into my room.

"Angie is so not having it." Lucas joked, walking in and grabbing the brace from my hands.

"Eavesdropping again?" I chuckled as he strapped the sling into place.

"Well yeah." He grinned. Plopping on the large sofa and grabbing himself a soda from the mini-fridge.

I readjusted the brace with my one available hand. Already it felt itchy and smelt like dried sweat. Not a great smell especially for a ten hour bus ride.

"Antonio going to make fun of me for this." I told Lucas. Antonio was my costar on The Opposite. We might be playing best friends on the show, but Antonio was constantly at my throat for anything I did. Just yesterday when we were finishing filming our second season of The Opposite, I decided to do my own stunt. A side flip, that I've done a million times before. When I landed on my arm, Antonio was the first person to call me out. Saying things like "toughen up pretty boy" or "shame it wasn't your neck".

"Yeah, probably." Lucas smiled.

I groaned, "not helping. I'm going to be stuck on a ten hour bus ride with the one guy who would literally do anything to have me killed."

He stood up and walked up next to me, still drinking from the Orange Crush he grabbed from the fridge. "That is why I negotiated you being switched into Angie's bus."

I turned quickly, too quick in fact that I got really light headed really fast. I fell on my bed so I wouldn't faint right there.

"Take it easy dude." Lucas said quickly, patting my on my good shoulder.

"Sorry, haven't had anytime to eat. I've been packing all morning."

"You stay here while your best friend goes finds you a snack. Be right back!" Lucas sprinted out of my room, I could hear Antonio yell "watch it" down the hall.

I didn't want Antonio to see me just sitting here, so I stood up and walked over to my dresser with my back turned. Looking through the already empty drawers just so he'd leave me alone.

"Hurry up dude!" Antonio yelled, obviously to me.

I turned around to see him standing in my doorway. A stupid grin across his dark complexion. Staring at me with his black eyes, finding any excuse to mess with me.

His eyes drifted to my shoulder and he busted out in a laughing fit. "Aww poor baby needs a brace."

I wanted to snap at him, but Angie emerged behind him.

"Keep laughing at Will and I'll make sure you get a matching brace." She said sternly.

Instantly Antonio stopped laughing at me and for a split second I saw he was scared for his life. It was only for a split second though.

Antonio left my room quickly. If anyone asked him why, he'd say he had to go grab his things but in reality it's because he was scared for his life.

I smiled briefly as a thanks. She smiled back in return.

"You ready?" Angie asked me.

"Uh," I looked around the room. "I think."

"Good." She held the door open while waiting for me. I pulled my duffle bag over my good shoulder this time then grabbed the black guitar case I got for my sixteenth birthday. My mom gave it to me.

"Wait!" Lucas yelled. Both Angie and I turned to see him sprinting towards us. One of those small cereal containers in hand.

"I forgot." I say truthfully, only because I was scared for my life. "Thanks Lucas."

He smiled since he was too busy catching his breath. He may look in shape, but I'm reality he's no where close.

I dropped my guitar and pulled Lucas in a tight brother hug. "I'll see you in New York."

"Same to you." He wheezed. "Now if you excuse me. I'm going to go take a long ass nap."

"Got it." I smile, picking up my guitar again.

Angie lead me out to the back of the hotel since paparazzi probably waiting for a chance out front.

Three giant black tour busses were parked in front of me. One for my two female costars, one just for Antonio and now the creator of the show, then Angie's and mine. I'm pretty sure Angie is excited not to be stuck with a man twice her age because I know for a fact I'm excited not to be stuck with Antonio for this entire trip. Besides Antonio is most likely use his spare time sucking up to the big boss for more romantic scenes.

Inside the bus was like a tiny house. There was a small kitchen that Angie gracefully stocked with tons of snacks. A small corner sofa with a wood table for eating in front of it. Plus the giant wide screen TV hanging against the wall leading to the hallway. There were two rooms, each with two beds bunked.

I sat my guitar case in the corner of my room, which Angie let me pick since she wasn't planning on sleeping this trip. I sat my duffle bag on the floor besides the bottom bunk before climbing to the top, which was a lot harder than I thought but I couldn't help myself. As a child I've always wanted a bunked bed, but because Dad was constantly moving for movies and television shows, we never really stayed in one area for long.

I rested my head on the surprisingly comfortable pillow and stared at the wood paneling above me. A tiredness I didn't have before came over me quickly. My eyes started to drift close.

"William!"

Angie's voice woke me straight back up. Scaring the crap out of me that I almost rolled myself off the bed. Maybe the top bunk isn't the best idea.

"Yes?" I rubbed my eyes. Checking the time on the phone I realized I was only asleep for thirty minutes.

"I need your help with this thing." She mumbled.

Groaning, "fine."

I followed her into the little lounge and sat down at the table. Angie sat her laptop in front of me. A bunch of tee-shirt designs covered the screen, each one with my TV show logo.

"Which one should we give out at the signing?" She asked.

"I thought we were going to give the same one as the last one?" I asked. Raising an eyebrow at her.

"We we're but your dad said it would be best for the merch business if we gave out different ones. You know? Psychological thing. You see someone else wearing a different shirt, you want it." She attempted to explain, but by the look I gave her, it wasn't a really good explanation.

There was a long silence as I stared up at her in confusion.

"It's stupid, I know." She sighed.

"It's not stupid." I smile kindly, staring back at the screen. "That one."

I pointed to the white tee-shirt with the light blue wording.

"Thanks you." She smiled before pulling out her phone to call someone. I'm guessing the person who's going to be dropping off the shirts later today.

"No problem." I whispered before walking back into my bedroom. Laying on the bottom bunk this time.
