Adella smiled as she put on the small headphones. She waited until the screen came on, a relieved sigh left her fathers mouth as he saw her daughter alive.

"I'm glad to see you, Niña." He smiled as Adella laughed, a bright smile on her face. Her and her father have had a pretty close bond since she was young. Maybe because it was only them two, but never the less, they were close.

"I'm glad to see you're alive. Thought Jaha might of floated you for helping Raven and Abby." Adella shook her head. "Also thank you for bringing Rave down here, it's been dreadful without her and having to put up with Finn." She joked around as her father laughed.

He shrugged with a smile. "I needed to know if you were alive. How's Raven?"

"She's fine, as you heard, we got into a little trouble." Adella sighed. "Nothing we can't handle."

"I'm sure of it." Her father chuckled. "How's Finn?"

Adella nodded her head. "He's one tough son of a bitch." Her face sort of dropped as she fiddled with her hands. "I was so scared that I was going to loose him dad."

"Don't be scared niña, like you said, Finn is one tough son of a bitch. The kid always has been." Pietro explained sympathetically. Finn was also like a son to him.

Adella nodded her head. "I miss you. It's been a rough couple of days down here." She admitted. "But it's had some good parts."

"I know, I'll be down there with you very soon niña. So, we've got a couple minuets left. Have you formed any friendships, or are you still my stubborn child?" He looked at his daughter as she nodded her head.

She glared playfully a the older man. "I actually have." She hummed as her father raised a Brow. "Y'know that boy I told you about, Jasper? The one that tried to tackle me? Yeah, we're like the bestest of friends." Adella chuckled, the smile never leaving her lips.

"Now that's some shocking news." Pietro joked as she rolled her eyes.

"Now, this is just bullying at this point dad." She wined as his laugh echoed through the tent.

Before Adella could respond, she turned as the curtain of the tent opened up, revealing Bellamy. This signalled that her time was up. She turned back to the screen and gave her father a smile. "It's time, I'll see you soon dad."

"I'll see you soon, stay safe Ninã."

Octavia walked into hers, Adellas and Fox's tent. Adella turned to the girl. "I need your help." Octavia told her.

"Yes, Tavia? What do you need help with?" Adella asked as she laid on her back, looking up at the brunette.

"The grounder, he told me his name. His name is Lincoln and we need to get him out of here before Bellamy kills him." Octavia told her.

"How are we supposed to do that?" Adella asked as she sat up, and indicating she was already in on the plan.

"These." She pulled out a small bag of nuts. "These are making people hallucinate. I gave some to Miller." She explained and Adella grinned.

"Now that's what I call a brilliant idea, Blake." Adella smiled as she jumped up.

Octavia smiled. "Thank you, Ella." And Adella nodded her head as the two walked out of their tent.

The two climbed up the ladder, seeing that Miller was asleep. Octavia cut the ties on Lincoln's wrists whilst Adella cut the ones on his legs.

"Why are you doing this?" Lincoln asked the two girls, frown on his face as he looked at them.

"Just get dressed." Octavia told him as she helped him.

"They'll know you helped me. Aah!" He hissed as Adella put his arm through the top.

"Sorry." She gave him an apologetic smile as she continued, carefully.

"You said it... you stay here, you'll die. I'm not gonna let that happen." Octavia told him, a persistent look on her face.

"Nor am I." Adella told him as she threw Octavia a jacket. "You helped Tavia, so you're in my good books."

"I'm not gonna put you two in danger." Lincoln told them, shaking his head.

"You need to do this now. Ok." Octavia said as she put the jacket on him.

"Even in these clothes, I'll be seen." He told them, looking down at the outfit.

"People are seeing plenty of things right now." Octavia told him as she held him up on one side then Adella held him up on the other. "Up you get. Ok. Let's go."

"What'd you do?" Lincoln asked Octavia as Adella opened up the latch.

"Set out some of our winter rations a little early." Octavia shrugged as she sorted out Lincoln's clothes.

"Jobi nuts, the food you gave my guard, they go bad, they cause visions, but it wears off." He told her.

"Just try to get as far away as you can, ok, and try not to get yourself killed." Octavia told him and he nodded, looking down the ladder at Adella then Octavia.

He pulled Octavia in for a kiss as Adella looked down, rolling her eyes. She saw Lincoln walk towards the ladder.

"Come on, tough guy." She called up to him as he walked down, hood over his face. Lincoln felt the urge to smile as he walked down the ladder. "Let's get you out of here."

Adella looked out of the drop ship to see no one. She turned to Lincoln and nodded her head. The pair walked out to be only faced with Finn.

Adella slowly stepped In front of Lincoln and Finn nodded his head at the two and Adella smiled at him as her and Lincoln turned left, walking out of the base.

She sighed as she gave Lincoln a thumbs up as he gave her a gratefull smile before walking into the woods.

Adella let out a puff of air as she turned around, hands crossed over her chest as she stared at all the kids running around like strange people on drugs. "This will take a while to calm everyone down." She mumbled.

She looked around and saw Jasper eating a leaf, making her chuckle, skipping over to him as she tapped his shoulder.

"Adella." He dragged her name out as he turned to face her, a wide grin on his face. "Has anyone ever told you that you're so..." he trailed on as he gently cupped her face, high off the nuts.

"I think it's time for you to have a nap. Come on, Jasp." Adella chuckled as she wrapped his around around her neck, the boy mumbling words Adella couldn't understand, but she listened too him, smiling at her friend.

Adella had calmed Jasper, Monty, Harper and Fox, due to them taking the nuts. Octavia had thanked her for helping with Lincoln after she walked back into camp.

"He's gone. The grounder is gone." Miller yelled as he walked out of the drop ship. Fox's head shot up as she turned to Adella, who sat up in her makeshift bed. Adella held her hand and gave her a small smile as the two walked out of theirs and Octavia's tent.

The kids started to say things until they all heard Bellamy's voice. "Let the grounders come. We've been afraid of them for far too long, and why? Because of their knives and spears. I don't know about you. I'm tired of being afraid." Bellamy said as him and Clarke showed everyone the guns.

"These are weapons, ok, not toys, and we have to be prepared to give them up to the guard when the dropships come, but until then, they're gonna help keep us safe." Clarke added.

"And there are plenty more where these came from. Tomorrow we start training, and if the grounders come, we're gonna be ready to fight." Bellamy finished.

Octavia walked behind Adella, a frown on her face as she listened to her brothers words. "I can't listen to this, I need sleep." Octavia sighed tiredly.

"Don't we all." Adella blew out some air as she linked her arms with Fox and Octavia, walking back to their tent.

It was unity day.

Adella had never seen the point of unity day. But, she knew it involved drinking. That's why Monty made a batch of moonshine.

And Adella was the first one to get a cup. Unity say was a day where people could relax. And Adella wanted to have one peaceful day.

But, Adella being Adella, she had too much to drink. But that didn't stop her. Her, Jasper and Monty were practically skipping around the camp—no care in the world.

Jasper and Adella were bantering when Adella accidentally bumped into somebody. "Oh, my god! I am so sorry." Adella hiccuped as she held onto the persons arm, looking up to see a smiling Clarke. "Oh, hey, Clarkey." Adella chuckled, her words slurred as she moved to cup the blonde's face. "You're really pretty, Clarke Griffin." She hiccuped once more as Clarke chuckled, holding onto Adella's arm.

"And you've had too much to drink." Clarke looked up to Jasper and Monty, who were laughing to themselves.

"Hey, you didn't complement me back." Adella faked a pout, titling her head as Clarke shook her head, smile still on her face.

"You are really pretty, Adella Espinosa." Clarke repeated as Adella grinned, booping Clarke's nose.

"Thank you, Clarke. I am honoured." Adella smiled softly, another hiccup leaving her lips. "Jasp! Mont! Where's Fox? She promised me a drinking game." Adella looked over her shoulder at the two.

"Good luck." Clarke told the two boys, squeezing Adella's arm before walking away, looking over her shoulder to make sure Adella was okay.

"Drinking game!" Adella threw her hand in the air, the smile never leaving her face.

Finn watched as Octavia walked out of the camp. He sighed as he saw Adella drinking with Jasper, Fox and Monty—seeing who could finish their drink first and adella won, pulling them all in for a hug.

"I told you I was good at this!" Adella hiccuped, tipping her cup towards her lips. "Suck it losers! You both owe us a piggy back ride!"

"That was just luck!" Jasper wined, throwing his head back as Monty patted his shoulder. "You won by chance! I could have easily won!"

"No, you two lost, face it." Fox giggled as Adella hummed, agreeing with the girl. The two girls shared a high five. "Where's Octavia? We need her on our team."

"Literally, Fox. You're so smart." Adella nodded her head, looking around and not seeing Octavia anywhere. "How about we have another round, huh? Whoever looses has to poor water on Bellamy." She turned back around to the three. "But I'm still getting my piggy back, Jasp. Mark my words." Adella narrowed her eyes playfully as Jasper pulled her hat down, covering her eyes. "Hey!"

Finn walked over to the brunette and grabbed her hand, moving her away from everyone. "Hey, I was winning!" Adella whined, pulling her hat back on and sorting out her hair. "Jasper will forever rub it in my face if he gets drunk first." Adella complained, giving one final look to Fox. "Play for me, don't fail me, child!" She said dramatically as the three laughed at her action. "I have raised you well!"

Finn continued to drag Adella away from the camp, pulling her towards the woods. "Are you going to tell me what I saw yesterday?" Finn asked her, arms crossed over his chest as he raised a brow.

"What? What did you see?" Adella acted dumb as she continued to drink, laying a finger on her chin. "You didn't see anything. did you have some of them nuts? Made everyone go loony. Jasper kept saying that I was beautiful and he admires my courageousness. And Monty was saying I was the prettiest broom in a broom closet." She chuckled, remembering it and smiling at the memory. "High thoughts are sober words, I reminded them. Now they won't stop hitting the back of my head—that shit hurts, Finny!" She rambled, holding the back of her head as she let out a hiccup.

"Adella." He gave her a raised eyebrow, giving her a brotherly look. Adella groaned as she threw her hands up, cursing up at the sky as if Finn wasn't right in front of her.

"Why must you hate me?" She uttered to the sky, bringing her cup to her lips once more. "You saw me walking out of the drop ship." Adella hummed, biting her inner cheek. "I needed fresh air, admire the stars, like you do." She mimicked him as she pointed to the stars. "You have a weird obsession with stars-"

"Okay." Finn rolled his eyes at her. "Whatever you say, El. But I'm pretty sure Octavia walked out of the camp to go see your buddy."

"I have a friend?" Adella faked gasped. "Shocker. I'm shocked that someone can tolerate at me at this point. With my sarcasm. You put up with me because you can't live without me, Raven loves me—don't get jealous." She grinned as Finn rolled his eyes once more at her childish antics, which only worsened with her drunk state. "I adore Octavia and Fox with everything I have within me. And Jasper and Monty are also my friends and they adore me, and even Clarke, we're starting to because the bestest of friends! She even called me pretty." Adella rambled as she breathed out, grin on her face. "Wow, I have a lot of friends." The tipsy Adella giggled childishly and she held up her fingers.

"Oh, har har." Finn grabbed her cup with a smile. "Very funny, El."

"Hey! Don't steal my drink, you peasant! You don't get to act like this, especially considering you've been fooling around with blondie." Adella gasped as she put a hand over her mouth. "Oops, cats out of the bag. You know I still have to have a conversation with you about that, Mr." Adella sighed as she grabbed her cup back with a pout. "I'm kidding, wait no- I'm not, I'm team Raven, no offence, Finny. Sisters before brothers." Finn rolled his eyes at her as he grabbed her arm, leading her out of camp. "Hey, Me and Fox still have to beat Monty and Jasper." She sighed as she walked behind him. "The second bet was that whoever looses, has to poor water on Bellamy! And as much as I'd love to do that, he'd probably kill me!"

"I'm sure you can when we get back." Finn told her as she kicked a rock. He knew she was very competitive.

"Buzzkill. Where are we even going? It's getting dark." Adella asked as she looked around, cup still in her hand. "Grounders might be lurking."

"To go talk to the grounder." Finn told her.

"He doesn't speak English, stupid, I thought we establishes this." Adella lied, kicking another stone. Finn hummed as they continued to walk into the forest, he could always tell when she was lying because when she did, she bit her left cheek. "All he did was grumble and grunt." She mimicked the actions.

It had been a while, the sky was darker and Adella was growing tired—her alcohol all gone—but she wasn't going to leave Finn on his own. "My feet are tired!"

"I am not carrying you." Finn told her as she let out a dramatic sigh, throwing her hands up in the air.

"Why not? You're supposed to be my best-friend, you technically kidnapped me-"Adella looked up as she bumped into Finn, seeing him hold a hand out to her. She looked in front of him to see Octavia and Lincoln.

The pair turned around and Lincoln put Octavia behind him but sighed as he saw Adella.

"Finn, Ella?! Lincoln, wait, wait! He's our friend." Octavia told Lincoln and he slowly dropped his arm.

"I think you lost this." Finn told him as he held out Lincoln's knife in his hand.

The four walked into to the cave and Adella looked around. "So, what the hell are you two doing here?" Octavia asked the two.

"I could ask you the same thing. I could also ask how long you've known he speaks English, but I won't." Finn raised his hands, turning to Adella who raised her hands in defence.

"He dragged me here against my will." Adella added as she looked around the cave. "I was winning a drinking game and he wanted to come talk to Lincoln." She then picked up a drawing. "Pretty drawings." She turned to Lincoln with a grin, a hiccup leaving her lips.

"She's drunk." Octavia whispered to Lincoln, who raised a brow. "Did you think about bringing Adella out into the woods—especially when she's drunk?" Octavia spoke to Finn, pointing at Adella, who looked around the cave.

"I made sure she was all right." Finn told Octavia. He would never let anything happen to Adella. Finn then kicked up something, turning to Lincoln. "You blew this when your people were hunting us. You saved our lives. I have to believe there's more like you." Finn turned to Lincoln and held a horn in his hand.

"I stabbed you." Lincoln pointed out.

"And we tortured you. If the two of us can get along, then maybe there's hope. Learn from history instead of repeating it, right?" Finn raised a brow.

"How's that gonna happen?" Octavia asked, crossing her arms over her chest.

"For starters, no more Killing." Finn shrugged his shoulders.

"I don't have the power to call a truce." Lincoln shook his head.

"Then bring me to someone who does. Hey, look. The rest of our people are coming down here. The first ship lands in two days." Finn starts. "And because of the attacks, they're sending mostly soldiers, the people that enforce our laws. The Ark is about survival at any cost, and they'll kill people who fall out of line. When those people get down here if they feel threatened, they will start a war, and I don't want that. Neither do you, and I think that's why you blew that horn. Once the soldiers get here, it will be too late, and we'll have no power to stop them, but if they see that we're at peace, then maybe we have a chance to stay that way."

"All right. You bring your leader, I'll bring mine." Lincoln nodded his head.

"What, Bellamy? He'll never go for this." Octavia shook her head.

"No. Not your brother." Lincoln turned to her.

"Clarke." Finn breathed out.

"Yay, Clarke." Adella grinned as she turned to the three. "Finney, can we go back, I am very tired. My bed is calling me." Adella added as she moved towards Finn, leaning into his side.

Adella groaned, blocking the brightness that hit her eyes. She pulled the cover over her head, only to have it pulled off of her. "Five more minutes." She grumbled, pulling her blanket back.

"Rise and shine, sleeping beauty." Clarke spoke, smiling down at the hungover Adella. "Do I need to go get Jasper and Monty to come in here and throw water over your—"

"I'm awake!" Adella shot up, ignoring the pain in her head. "How dare you threaten me with that." Adella pouted as Clarke grinned, handing her some water.

"Sorry, but I knew that was the only way I'd be able to wake you up." Clarke sent her an apologetic smile.

"You're lucky I like you, Clarkey." Adella bright the cup to her lips, taking a big sip as she handed it back to the blonde. "I'm not much of a morning person."

"I can tell." Clarke chuckled, watching as the tried and hungover Adella tried to push the hair out of her face. "Here, let me quickly tie your hair up." Clarke gestured for Adella to turn around, which she did.

Adella handed her a bobble, letting Clarke tie her hair into a pony tail before placing Adella's hat on her head. "There." Clarke cleared her throat as Adella turned to her, grateful smile on her face. "Think you can stand?"

"Yeah, I think." Adella chuckled, pushing the covers off of her and standing up, blinking heavily. "Never let me drink ever again." She uttered as Clarke chuckled.

"Noted. Come on, we have places to be." Clarke squeezed onto her arm, pulling her out of her own tent.

Octavia turned to see Finn, Adella and Clarke walk towards her. "So that's how you set this up. You helped him escape, didn't you?" Clarke asked Octavia.

Octavia nodded her head, looking over at Adella with a smile, before turning back to Clarke. "I trust him, Clarke."

"There's a lot of that going around." Clarke sighed.

"Someones coming." Finn says and they turn to see Lincoln walking towards them and Octavia walked towards him, pulling him into a hug.

"Oh, my God. Horses!" Clarke smiled as Adella turned around. The girls stared in awe at the animals.

"We said no weapons." Finn turned to Lincoln, looking at the the people on the horses, weapons at their side.

"I was told there wouldn't be." Lincoln shook his head, his words honest as he turned to the horses.

"It's too late now." Clarke sighed, walking towards them, her hand still connected with Finn's

Lincoln stopped Finn, shaking his head. "She goes alone." Then Lincoln turned to Adella, which made her freeze. "And they want to speak with you too."

"Me?" Adella asked with wide eyes. "Why?" She pointed to herself with a frown.

"You're good with your words. I might of told them a few things." Lincoln said as Adella frowned. "Good things." He added, reassuring her as she slowly nodded, turning to Clarke.

Adella breathed out as her and Clarke walked side by side towards the girl on the horse. The girl got off of her horse and walked towards them.

"You ready?" Clarke asked the brunette beside her, a worried look on her face.

"Ready as I'll ever be, Clarke." Adella answered as she sucked in a breath, her head high.

The grounder stopped in front of them and Clarke held her hand out, to which the grounder just looked at. "Your name is Clarke?" The grounder asked.

Clarke nodded her head as she lowered her hand. "Yes."

"And you're Adella?" The grounder turned to her, raising a brow.

"Yes." Adella answered.

"I'm Anya." Anya introduced herself.

The two girls nodded their head. Clarke spoke first. "I think we got off to a rough start, but we want to find a way to live together in peace." Clarke explained.

"I understand. You started a war that you don't know how to end." Anya spoke which made the two frown.

"Wait, we didn't start any war. This started because your people drove a spear though our friend and hung him up, like bait." Adella explained to Anya.

"You attacked us for no reason." Clarke added, nodding her head with Adella.

"No reason? The missile you launched burned a village to the ground." Anya hissed as Adella's eyes widened.

"The flares? No. That was a signal meant for our families. We had no idea—" Clarke spoke but Anya cut her off sharply.

"Your ship landed in our territory." Anya spoke quickly.

"We had no idea anyone was down here, we also had no control where our ship was gonna land. We wasn't even supposed to land here." Adella spoke to Anya In the calmest way she could, not letting her anger get the better of her. "We understand that we landed in your home, but we had no decision where we landed."

"You knew we were here when you sent an armed raiding party to capture one of us and torture him. These are all acts of war." Anya glared at the two teenagers.

"We see your point. That's why we need to put an end to all of this." Clarke sighed as she turned to Adella, who was biting her tongue.

"Lincoln said there are more of you coming down, warriors." Anya spoke more softer and calmer.

"The guards, yes, but also farmers, doctors, engineers. We can help each other but not if we're at war." Clarkes words were strong as she spoke, which Adella had to admire.

"Can you promise that these new arrivals won't attack us, that they'll respect the terms you two and I agree on?" Anya questioned as she raised her head high.

"We promise We will do everything We can to convince them to honorr the terms that we set." Clarke promised we adella nodded in agreement. But Adella knew that they weren't so agreeable sometimes.

"Why would I agree to an alliance that your people can break the moment they get here?" Anya scoffed as she started to get agitated, as was adella.

"You can't. But our people wouldn't attack or fire if yours didn't first. We have no reason to start a war, we all just want to survive." Adella exclaimed, pointing to herself and Clarke.

"Those people coming down won't bother negotiating." Clarke honestly spoke as she pointed up at the sky. "Our technology- They will wipe you out."

"They wouldn't be the first to try." Anya walked towards them, a hardened expression covering her face that was covered in war paint.

Before Clarke or Adella could respond, they both spun around at the yell of their names. "Adella! Clarke, run! Run!" They heard Jasper yell, then a gun being fired.

Clarke and Adella spun around, watching as Jasper shot at the trees. Adella didn't notice Anya pulling out her knife until Clarke had pushed her out of the way. Then, a gun fired at Anya, hitting her in her shoulder.

Adella's eyes widened as she looked to see Anya on the floor. Finn jogged towards Clarke and Adella as the Adella pulled Clarke off the floor, only be hit in the chest with an arrow.

She hissed in pain as she held her arm, making sure she kept pressure on it. "Fuck." Another arrow fired at Octavia, but Lincoln jumped in front of her, getting hit with the arrow.

Adella jogged towards the two, trying to ignore the burning pain in her shoulder. Lincoln snapped his arrow in half and did the same with Adella before pushing her and Octavia into Clarke and Finn's arms.

Raven and Jasper quickly ran towards them from out of the trees, Raven holding her up and taking her arm and slinging it over her shoulder, Jasper doing the same with Adella's other arm. All off them ran back towards their camp and Adella could feel her eyes getting heavy and she was loosing too much blood.

"Don't you fall asleep." Raven warned the girl as they came towards camp. But Adella couldn't help but let the darkness take over.
