It had been a day and a half since the fight and Adella sat on a log, carving a stake. The kid, who Adella had learned to be Leia kom trikru, sat on the floor, glaring at Adella.

"Look kid, I took your knife away because you tried to kill me, after I said I was no harm to you." Adella sighed as she stopped carving her stake, looking at the kid on the floor. She did not know what to say or do with the kid.

Leia didn't answer as she continued to glare at Adella. Adella sighed as she stood up and sat down in front of her.

Leia moved back.

Adella pursed her lips as she raised her hands up. "I'm not going to hurt you. Your people tried to kill us. We didn't want to fight last night." Adella tried to reason.

"your people killed mine." Leia hissed, anger evident in her tiny voice. Adella was completely puzzled. She wasn't going to leave this young girl in the woods, alone.

"Because yours tried to kill ours, even though we asked for a truce." Adella added, pointing at Leia and trying to explain the situation.

"No, we didn't." Leia glared at her Adella and shook her head, her eyes narrowing.

Leia looked away and Adella bit her bottom lip. "Do you have parents, family? I'm sure they're missing you, I'm not keeping you hostage." Adella changed the conversation.

"No." Leila looked down at the ground. "I had a friend, but I don't know where he is, he is being called a traitor for helping you guys."

"Lincoln?" Adella asked with wide eyes and leia nodded her head. "He's with my friend, he's okay."

After a short period of silence, leia spoke up. "Why aren't you going to your people?" Leila asked, her face changing as she looked at Adella.

"Because, I'm not going to leave a kid on their own, especially if you're a friend of Lincoln's." Adella breathed out, leaning her chin on her hand. "Why are you even out here, shouldn't you be at your camp?" Adella asked.

Leia picked the grass up from the ground and sprinkled it on her lap. "I was sent out to fight your people." She simply said as Adella looked at her.

Adellas eyes widen. "You're just a kid. They sent you out to fight?" She was shocked. She looked not even twelve years old.

"Im a second." She said as Adella frowned, not having a clue what that meant. "And Im not a kid." Leia spoke firmly, glare back on her face.

"How old are you then?" Adella questioned with a sarcastic face, tilting her head with a raised brow.

"Ten." Leia thought as she nodded her head, arms crossed over her chest.

Adella breathed out a chuckle, nodding her head as she put her stake away. She then sighed as she stood up, batting the dirt off of her legs. Leia frowned, watching her movements. "Where are you going?"

"To find my people." Adella told her. "Are you coming?" She asked, picking up her bow and arrows.

Leia thought for a second before standing up and following Adella, well, walking past her. Adella nodded her head, pursing her lips as she watched Leia walk ahead and towards the drop ship.

The drop ship was becoming clearer and clearer as they walked forwards. Adella prayed that her friends were there, alive and okay.

Leia kicked a stone as she walked, head down as she muttered a few words Adella didn't understand. Trig. As they got closer to the wall, Adella crouched down, turning to Leia. "Come on." She told her, crawling through the crawl hole.

"Your people made these?" Leia asked her as she followed Adella, crawling through the hole.

"Yep." Adella answered, climbing out of the crawling space and Leia joining her. Leia hummed as they jumped into camp.

The two looked down at the ground to see remains off people as ash. Leia looked down at the ground, a sad expression on her face.

Adella patted her back, giving her a small smile. The two turned to the drop ship door that was open. Adella turned to Leia and put a finger over her mouth, signalling her to be quiet.

Leia nodded her head as Adella pulled out her arrow, loading her bow. Leia stood behind her as Adella walked slowly, and quietly. Although she wasn't use to the bow, she had read many books to know how to use them. She wasn't a hundred percent confident with them but she was learning.

She slowly opened the curtain, to see no one there. Adella put her arrow and her bow back on her back.

Nobody was here. Where were her people? They can't have just disappeared? Adella ran a frustrated hand through her hair. "Fuck." She mumbled. She turned to one of the boxes and kicked it. Then, shefelt a sharp pain in her chest and hissed.

"Are you okay?" Leia asked her, her brows raised as she stared at Adella, who held her chest in pain.

Adella nodded her head. "Wait here, I need to find something to patch my chest up." Adella turned to Leia and pulled out her knife, giving it back to leia. Leia took it, smiling at the familiarity of her knife and putting it back in its holder.

Adella climbed the ladder, carefully and opened one of Clarke's med kits. She slowly took off her jacket, ignoring the pain in her chest. She grabbed a thread and a needle, putting the thread through the small hole. Clarke had taught her how to stitch with Jasper and she wasn't half bad but she'd leave the medical stuff to Clarke.

She put the thread in her mouth as she made sure the needle was clean before stitching up her chest. She had to bite her tongue to stop herself from screaming in pain. She tried to stop her hand from shaking but she groaned, letting go of the needle. "Do you need help?" Adella turned to see Leia. "I'm training to be a healer, I know a few things, stitching was the first thing I learned."

Adella nodded as Leia moved to sit in front of her, carefully finishing the stitch. "Thank you." Adella smiled at her as she bandaged her chest yet again.

"You're welcome." Leia smiled back before walking towards the ladder and climbing down. Adella turned to the wall behind her, looking out of the blown up wall. She didn't have a clue where her people had gone: Raven, Octavia, Finn, Fox, Monty, Jasper, Clarke and even Bellamy. But she couldn't shake the thought of John Murphy out of her head. Was he okay? Did he get taken by the grounders again? She didn't know why but she wanted to know if he was okay.

She ran her hand over her face before she climbed down the ladder to see that Leia wasn't there. Before she could shout her name, she heard Leia speak. "Adella!"

Adella walked out of the drop ship to see Leia looking at the wall. "C-c," she tried to read out as Adella stood by her side, reading the message. Adella read the sentence in her head. Her eyes widened as she read Abby Griffin's name. "What does it say, Adella?" Leia frowned, not being able to read it.

"My people survived the fall." A breath left Adella's lips, looking at the words. "The ark is down here. My dad!" She chuckled as she turned to Leia.

Leia looked down at ground and Adella frowned, crouching down in front of her. "Hey." Adella spoke softly. "You can always come with me or you can go back to your people-your village."

"I'm a grounder, they will kill me." Leia shook her head. Really, Leia didn't want to go back to her camp. Not when she had duties. Nightblood duties. She hated them. She just wanted to be a healer. Not a warrior.

"They won't." Adella squeezed Leia's arm with a hopeful smile. "You'll be safe with my people." Adella reassured her. "Especially, because we have Lincoln."

Leia thought for a second before nodding her head. "Okay." She resisted as Adella smiled, squeezing her arm once before before standing up.

Adella looked at the location on the drop ship and nodded to Leia to follow her. They'd have a long trip ahead of them.

Adella and Leia had been walking for a while when she heard Leia sigh. Adella turned around, kissing her teeth as she stared at the child. "What's up?"

"I'm starving." She groaned, holding her stomach. Adella awkwardly looked at the girl. She didn't have food. Adella wasn't cut out for this, looking after a child.

"When was the last time you had something to eat, kid?" Adella asked her. They were the only words that came to mind.

"I don't know." Leia shrugged. "Before the fight." Leia simply answered as Adella breathed out.

"We can try to find something." Adella offered, a small smile making it's way on to her face. Adella felt as if she had to protest this child. Leia had chosen to follow her, so Adella needed to make sure the young girl was okay. And wasn't in any danger.

Leia nodded her head as they continued to walk through the woods, ignoring her hunger.

I hope you are all staying safe and drinking plenty of water, you are loved and very appreciated my loves <3

I can't wait to improve Leia's character so much, so she's gonna have a lot more chapters dedicated to her. And also her and Adella's relationship and hers and Murphy's!!

I just can't wait to improve everything.
