Sammy and I were strolling in the forest to search for wild berries when we saw a girl at about our age lying on the floor.

Gods, what happened to her?

Her eyes were wide and alert, her body tensing as we approach. She looked a bit fuzzy and disoriented. 

"What happened? Are you all right?" I knelt besides her and asked.

The girl blinked her eyes in confusion: "Who are you?"

"I am Carmen Deler, and this is Sammy, Sammy Adriana."

"You can just call her C.D." Added Sammy as she avoided a punch from me.

"Oh shut up- Are you lost?" 

"I don't know." 

I widened my eyes: "What happened?"

And she told us the whole story, about when she suddenly found herself here and not knowing what to do.

"That's strange..." My voice trailed off as I thought of all those storied I had read about time-travelling and stuff.

Don't be stupid, there's no such things in the world, I chided myself as I shook my head and offered the girl, Silvia, a hand.

I lied in my bed and sighed.

"She'll be fine." Said Sammy suddenly. Her dark chocolate curls dropped in front of her forehead and she shook it away, a bit impatiently.

"Yeah, hope the headmaster will figure out what to do..." 

"He will." Sammy reassured, then sit on my bed, "When will school start again?"

"Twenty-two."

"Oh. That's three days left right? You know what," Sammy whispered, "I heard that if no one knows where Silvia came from, maybe she will just stayed here in the school and maybe even join the school!"

"Wow, that's awesome! We could make one more friend!" I sat up instantly.

"I know right?" She laughed but stopped as she spotted something squirming under a soft scarf of mine.

"What's that?" I asked cautiously.

"Dunno, let's do this- Three, two-"

"One."

I shut my eyes as Sammy went over and picked up my scarf.

"It's okay, Carmen, it's alright, it's a little chubby cute hamster."

"Hamster?" I opened my eyes and peered through my fingertips.

The tiny hamster wriggled in Sammy's palm, its fur sleek and sift.

"Wow- " I'm obsessed with cute things, so I immediately started to scream.

"It's so cute! Did you see it? That greyish-brown fur? The dark striped on its back? Its white little feet? Oh my gods ahhhhhh- "

Silvia chose to knock on our dorm's door at that time.

"What did the Headmaster said? " Sammy managed to ask before the hamster in my hand leaped with such huge force and plunged straight into Silvia's hands.

"What- "

"Hey- "

And the tiny hamster suddenly changes, so fast that we couldn't see clearly what's happening, into a tiny human boy.

What is happening today?

I could only stare in awe as Silvia struggled to get hold of the little boy.
