Who am I?

Pacifica cradled the lifeless body of the girl who risked her life to save hers, and wept in anguish. She looked down at Candy and noticed that her eyes were not shut, revealing the glazed emerald irises that once held so much love and life. Pacifica raised her hand and shut her eyelids, making it seem like Candy was just asleep. Mabel was balling her eyes out as Dipper held to her and also wept, "How could any single being be this cruel?" He asked in grief.

"Excuse me, not getting any younger here. ARE WE GONNA FIGHT OR NOT!" Bill yelled in a triumphant and maniacal manner. Everyone looked up in rage at the demon, everyone except Pacifica. After watching a girl she barely knew who risked her own life to save Pacifica die so suddenly and thoughtlessly and having to deal with the ranting of a demon with a top hat...well she wasn't in the best of moods.

"How did you do it?" Pacifica asked, aiming it at the maniac. Bill smiled and chuckled to himself, "It was sort of a contingency plan, in case she was better than I thought." Bill said and noticed the confused looks he was getting, "The rules of bringing someone back to life, namely your friend Luke, is that another life had to take his place. Now when miss Candicine offers to fight me I see this as an opportunity to stack the odds in my favor. I offer her soul as payment to resurrect him and so she was doomed from the start!" He laughed crazily, earning an icy glare from Pacifica.

"You...bastard," she said as she grabbed the foil out of Candy's grip, her eyes were now burning purple. Bill stopped laughing long enough to see Pacifica and immediately went cold. "Those eyes, why do they look so familiar?" He wondered to himself as the girl slowly got closer. "You bastard, I'll kill you for what you've done." As she approached not only did her eyes start glowing but the gems in the guard of the foil also started to emit an otherworldly purple light as the blade began sparking with energy.

"I'LL KILL YOU!" Pacifica screamed before she rushed towards Bill at breakneck speeds, catching Bill off guard. When Pacifica was almost five feet from Bill she thrust her sword in front of her, sending out a blast of energy and rocketing Bill across the room and smashing him into the adjacent wall. It crumbled on top of him.

"P...Pacifica?" Dipper stuttered out but Pacifica did not respond, she only looked at the spot where Bill landed like she expected something to happen. Suddenly, Bill then exploded from the rubble, anger now engulfing his thoughts. "Now I remember, so your supposed to be his child, eh? Truthfully I expected more from him considering his line but I guess if anyone is going to kill one of the demon heritage than it might as well be me!" Bill yelled as he raced towards Pacifica.

Pacifica snarled at the demon and rushed him as well, both meeting halfway in a flurry slices and cuts between them.

Dipper was having trouble processing what was going on, there was absolutely no way to describe what was going on right now. "Dude, since when did your girlfriend learn how to fight a demon?" Soos asked dumbfoundedly as he continued watching the fight unfold before him. The only one not watching was Luke, he was staring down at the girl who had just died right in front of him, who was said to have had replaced his soul wherever he had been.

Luke knelt down besides her and began tearing up, knowing that he was part of the reason she was dead. Mystia looked back, noticed this, and soon sat down besides Luke. "I killed her...I should still be gone but now someone is dead because of me!" Luke cried out in anguish, he was shaking. "Don't say that Luke, you didn't have a say in this matter, none of us did. But it happened and we need to make sure that her sacrifice isn't in vain." She said as she placed a hug around the distraught soldier, who gratefully accepted the sympathy. He stared once more down at the girl, Candicine that guy has called her, and imagined the last image of her when she was alive. Broken, tired, struggling to survive in the face of uncertainty. He could relate...but that's a story for another day.

Pacifica continued her rage fueled onslaught, beating back the demon in powerful strikes that actually seemed to be weakening him. "Bastard, you'll pay for what you've done!" She said darkly as she released another barrage of attacks. "This can't be happening...I can't let this happen...I WON'T LET THIS HAPPEN AGAIN!" He thought angrily. As his anger grew so did the power behind his strikes, almost equaling the power Pacifica was putting out, his blade also began to glow a bright yellow. "You've had a good run, but I don't plan on being killed by some brat with HIS eyes!" He yelled as he began pushing back against Pacifica.

A figure watched the fight with sorrow, his face shrouded by a cloak and hood. He walked up to the group with zero fear and stood amongst them. They never noticed him until he spoke up, "Do you believe she can win, do you have faith in her?" He asked. At first the friends were wary of the stranger and readied their still present weapons, some even gripped the summer sausages that replaced their weapons. But for no particular reason they instantly knew they could trust him and began talking with him like an old friend.

"I want to believe she'll win, but considering who she is fighting it's too in the air." Dipper said with reluctance, wanting nothing more than to back his girlfriend a hundred percent. "And just who is she fighting?" The strange man asked, a ghostly sense of distaste could be heard in his voice. "Bill Cipher, a complete psychopath yeah but he's a complete psychopath with demonic powers. It seems pretty one sided at this point." Mark-Anthony said solemnly.

"It really does, Bill has nothing on my daughter." The stranger stated calmly, a shining smile showing through the dark of his hood.

The two swords clashed and sparks flew, illuminating the dark and gothic room they were fighting in. Bill taking the offensive and began a stream of various lunges and slashes in an attempt to break Pacifica's defense, but none truly successful. The two entered a blade lock. "How...how are you this strong?!?" Bill asked in a rage. Pacifica only looked at the dream demon...

...and laughed.

"Did you think you could escape what was coming, AFTER ALL THAT YOU'VE DONE?!?" Pacifica screamed in a voice like hers but more powerful, the echoes reverberating from all directions of the large room. She seemed to call upon some strength and used it to not only break the lock but she flung Bill a good twelve feet away, he grimaced as he got to his feet.

"Now it's your time to die!" She said angrily and charged the older demon.

"Holy crap, how is she doing this?!?" Mabel asked in astonishment. "It's in her blood, I would know." The stranger stated calmly. "Oh yeah," Mabel said before a piece of common sense actually came to mind. "Wait, you're Pacifica's real dad?" She asked dumbfounded, making everyone else tear their eyes from the fight to see what was going on. The stranger looked at Mabel Pines and smiled, "Yes I am, my name is Martin though you can call me Marty." He, Martin, said with a lighthearted smile.

"Martin..." Mabel was trying to think of why that name was familiar. "Oh yeah, you owe Slim Shady a couple thousand on a bet." She said in a matter of fact tone. "Damn, I really need to stop taking bets from him!" He exclaimed frustrated. Pacifica was about to run the demon through the heart, while also pondering to herself if demons actually had a heart. But before a blow could be delivered a quick explosion erupted before her, blinding her for an instant. Bill then took this opportunity to charge her.

"GET OUT OF MY WAY!" Bill cried triumphantly. When he closed in on Pacifica he turned and roundhouse kicked her dead center in her face. She went flying back twenty feet, and when she landed a sharp sense of pain went shooting up her back. She sat up wearily and looked at the demon. "Well, you've certainly proven yourself one heck of an exercise, but you've expired your usefulness like the battered sword you wield. Time to die meat sack."

"Pacifica!" Rosie cried out and rushed to her side. She knelt down next to the battered girl. "No, what is she doing? GET OUT OF THERE YOU STUPID BROAD!" Wendy yelled at the nursemaid but she didn't listen. "She's going to be killed..." "Why would she do that?" "What a woman...", everyone then gave Martin a weird look.

Pacifica felt a and looked to her side, not expecting Rosie to be there. At first she felt relieved, then she had to mentally slap herself when she remembered where there were. "Get out of here, you're going to die if you stay here!" Pacifica tried convincing her longtime surrogate mother. Rosie only shook her head, "We'll die anyway, I just want to know that you'll die surrounded by the ones you love." Rosie said with tears in her eyes.

"Oh goody, a two for one special!" Bill said excitedly. He positioned himself so the two girls were lined up. "Alright ladies I want to do this cleanly so no squirming for your lives, HAHAHAHAHA!" Bill laughed as he raised his sword and fired a stream of white hot...fire.

"I guess that's my cue!"

The fiery blast shot towards them like exhaust from a rocket lift-off. Even from a distance the two knew they couldn't survive something like this. Pacifica was starting to tear up for the second time her life has been threatened today but this time she was unwillingly taking the one person who's cared for her her entire life and has been like a real mother to her when she felt she had no real mother, which she actually never had. They both closed their eyes as the fire came closer...closer...and then it seemed to just stop. Rosie was the first to open her eyes and took the opportunity to look at what had stopped the flames.

She felt as if she had entered some sort of dream, standing before her was the most gorgeous person she had ever seen. Rosie stared into a pair of deep hazel eyes, her favorite color. "If you wouldn't mind moving from this spot that would be great, this really hurts." The mysterious man said. Rosie squinted in confusion before noticing a bright glow behind the man. Two and two went together as she finally realized that HE was the one blocking the flames.

Rosie recovered her wits. "Come on Pacifica we need to move!" She yelled but Pacifica didn't respond. Rosie shook the young heiress only to receive a small snore in response. "How can she sleep through all this?!?" Rosie wondered incredulously. "Power had its limits, and I'll hit mine if you don't move!" He said with strain in his voice. Rosie then picked up Pacifica in her arms and carried her over to the group.

"This is starting to piss me off." Martin said, referring to the barrage of flames hitting his back. "DIE DIE DIE DIE DIE!" Bill yelled with glee. Martin created a small orb of purple energy in his hands and smiled when it had reached a decent size. In one swift motion Martin whirled around and fired the orb into the stream of fire. He then used his powers to make the orb force the flames backwards towards Bill. "What the..." Bill said when he noticed the flames receding. In a split second, Martin then did a rapid gesture which caused the orb to implode in itself, sucking the flames into it like a mini controlled blackhole. Bill, once noticing that his flames weren't doing anything anymore, stopped his attack.

"Why am I not surprised that you decided to insert yourself into this little fray, did you find another loophole in your idiotic contract again?" Bill asked. Martin stood up and turned towards the dream demon, a cocky smile playing on his lips. He blinked once and instantly his hazel eyes turned a bright purple.

Rosie managed to get over to the group with the sleeping Pacifica in her arms. Dipper was the first one who see Pacifica and immediately was by her side. "Is she okay, did she get burned?!?" He asked frantically. "She's fine, she passed out from straining herself from her fight. I wish I had my medical supplies so I could treat her wounds." Rosie lamented sadly. "I think I can help with that." Giffany said and kneeled down next to Dipper. "This android body is very advanced, I discovered its medical functions back at the manor when I...umm...helped Mark-Anthony with a dislocated arm." Giffany said flustered, red was starting to show in her cheeks. "Yeah, you sure did 'help' him alright." Wendy said and made kissing noises with her lips, making Mark-Anthony blush alongside Giffany.

After Giffany sprayed the cuts and gashes with antiseptic and bandaged them with some Ace bandages Soos had kept away in his bag, Pacifica finally started to wake up. Her eyes fluttered for a second, still showing that bright shade of purple, before finally opening wide to look at all the people around her. When Pacifica saw Dipper she immediately sat up and enveloped him in a hug, who in turn hugged her back. "I'm alive, or else this is some new form of Hell." Pacifica said in a shaken tone, gesturing to where they were. "No, you're alive...thank God you're alive!" Dipper said in an equally shaken but overjoyed tone. Pacifica then let go, a thought striking her. "Wait, if I'm here...then who is fighting Bill?" she asked confusedly. Dipper looked and pointed at newly acquainted Martin, still chatting away with the maniac Bill.

"He just kind of appeared out of nowhere, he claims to be your-" Dipper was saying before Pacifica cut him off. "I don't need to hear anymore claims of anyone being my anything today. If I'm going to be certain of anything it's that I'm going to plaster the color of demon blood as my new room color!" she said angrily and started to stand up, her grip tightening on the foil. "You can't, you're body isn't healed enough to where you can fight anyone at this point." Giffany said. Pacifica didn't listen, instead she stood up and marched over to where Martin stood, apparently in a heated conversation with Bill.

"And truthfully, why wouldn't your mother care for you? I personally don't but since you're a demon you don't have to associate with these three dimensional hodge podge meat sacks." "Oh shut up, moving out was the best thing I could have ever done. If it would of been up to mom she would have had me memorizing runes non-stop." "Well at least...oh look, Sleeping Beauty is back!"

Pacifica started walking over to poke out the only eye Bill actually showed when Martin put a hand out to stop her. "Look, I don't know who you are or where you came from and frankly I don't care, but if you don't move your arm you're going to lose it. That bastard over there thought it would be funny to kill my friend and I'll be damned if I let him walk away from me!" she told him. Martin started laughing, "I hope I was never this hot-blooded." he said. "Oh no, she seems much more coordinated." Bill stated matter of factly.

"CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT'S GOING ON?!?" Pacifica yelled at the top of her lungs. "Hmph, is this how you act at ever family reunion? Honestly I thought she would have been raised better by that idiot Preston." Bill said with disgust. "Wait...family?" Almost everyone asked in a unionised whisper of surprise. "Yes, he is my son after all." Bill said casually, twirling the cane in his hands out of boredom.

Pacifica looked confused, completely opposite of the expressions of her friends. The most hilarious one was Dipper who, upon hearing this claim and finally putting the pieces together, twitched his left eye a couple times...and collapsed right there on the ground. "Oh, I can definitely see a resemblance." Pacifica stated sarcastically, getting increasingly frustrated by the level of complexion these demons were giving. Martin started to laugh, "I hope I don't look anything like him, he's a little too...glitzy for my taste. I'm just glad my kid didn't turn out like him either." Martin said, he started whistling a small tune.

"You're...kid?" Pacifica asked hesitantly, she did not know what to think of the direction of this conversation. "Ooh drama, I like it!" Bill said giddily. "Yeah, she's about your height and even has that same hairstyle," Pacifica was having trouble getting air, "she is rich but she recently has tried to keep it to a dull roar," she was trembling, "she looks a lot like her mother but did inherent some of my traits like...say...eye color," Pacifica found she was blinking a lot, "and if I remember right she was adopted by these terrible people who went by some stupid name. Southeast I think it was." Martin said and looked back at the now tear stained girl, his precious daughter.

It would be hard to think who started running towards whom first. Nevertheless, father and daughter greeted each other with a touching hug. For the longest time it seemed that not even the destruction of the world could separate them, which was what was going on at the time. Then, as suddenly as she had ran into his arms, Pacifica Northwest untangled herself from the immortal demon. A fierce look took over in her purple eyes as she reached up and slapped Martin. "YOU LEFT ME WITH THOSE PEOPLE FOR ELEVEN YEARS! WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU?!?" Pacifica screamed in Martin's face.

"Look Tauri-...er...Pacifica, I never wanted to-" "Then you decided to leave cryptic shit messages for me to find so you can turn my mind, and not to mention my eyes, into a goddamn kaleidoscope of weirdness!" "Yes that is an unfortunate sideeffect of-" "And not to mention that you waited this long to tell me that you're my real dad, unbelievable! You'd rather just hang around anywhere and everywhere in the entire world than visit your own daughter?!?" "Now you're starting to sound like your mother."

"And to top it off, instead of finding time to drop by and say hi you instead manage the time to stand around and have a random family reunion with your daaaaaaaaaaa..." Pacifica stopped ranting when the dots were finally lining up right. "Oh my God, Bill Cipher is my grandfather." She said, a sickening feeling washing over her. "Oh I wish I had popcorn for this!" Bill laughed in his typical crazy manner.

"Dipper...Dipper...DIPPER!"

Dipper jolted awake, a dull pain reverberating from the back of his head. "Thank goodness your awake dude, for a second we all thought Bill had put you into some kind of coma." Soos said worried. He reached over and produced a glass of ginger ale. Dipper reached out for the glass when a thought struck him. "Where did this come from?" He asked curiously. "Wendy's stomach has been recently getting really upset for some reason, throwing up and random stomach cramps for at least a few weeks now. Anyway, here you go dude." Soos said and handed Dipper the fizzy drink.

Dipper accepted gratefully and took a sip, the bubbly liquid sliding down his throat. He looked around in confusion, "What happened?" Dipper asked, taking another sip of the ginger ale. "You blacked out when you found out the freaky triangle guy was Pacifica's grandfather." Mabel told her brother. Dipper was always a good brother and always looked after his twin sister. Which is why he decided that she needed to be sprayed right in the face with a fair mixture of the bubbly liquid and saliva.

Mabel sputtered in disgust, Soos backed away from the twins, and Dipper just sat there in shock. "My girlfriend is the granddaughter of one of the most powerful demons ever to exist, I'm not exactly sure if I can say I didn't see this coming." Dipper thought gratuitously.

Pacifica was feeling woozy for a multiple number of reasons. 1. She had been been going for God knows how long and really needed a nap; 2. She just met her birth dad and grandfather in one day; and 3. Her grandfather is the main cause of the burning desire of hatred in her heart. "Look Pacifica, I know you're tired so I'm going to take over killing him, okay?" Martin asked in the fatherly sort of concern for his daughter's well-being. He was still fairly rusty at being a father and he had just arrived in the beginning of her teenage years.....greeeeeaaat.

"Knock yourself out but it's going to be a pretty one sided fight without a weapon." Pacifica said still in a daze. "You're right, so can I have mine back?" Martin asked. "HOW ARE YOU ALL THIS BORING?!? WE'VE BEEN STANDING HERE FOR DAYS LISTENING TO EXPOSITION, LET'S GET TO THE ACTION!" Bill yelled angrily at his two descendants. Pacifica handed Martin the sword, a smile of nostalgic recognition showing on his face. Martin stood and faced his father, he'd been waiting too damn long to do this.

Pacifica stepped back when she gave the sword to her dad, who seemed to be shifting his cloak around in her shoulders. He began twirling the sword in his hands, faster and faster until it began to look like a hazy blur of purple and steel. "It's time I repay you in full for all the hurt you've caused me!" Martin said with a brave gusto in his voice.

In only a split second, almost as if the entirety of reality had blinked around his very being, his form had changed into what could only be described as an angel but an angel that heralded total doom. Martin's cloak had transformed into a large, magnificent set of angel wings so black they shone with a slight tint of purple. The foil also underwent an impressive change as the slender and elegant sword of nobles transformed into an elongated and deadly rapier, a single purple gem embedded in its guard.

"Finally, I thought I would have to go take a nap just to wait for you." Bill said mockingly. The smile faded from Martin's face as he raised his sword towards his father.

"Well, I'm never going to hear the end of this from your mother...but she'll get over it. LET'S END THIS BOY!"
