Hello everyone and welcome to a new chapter, I apologize to many of you for not updating the past few weeks I don't know if you saw my updates but my old computer crashed and I had to get a new one from my school so with that I had an assload of work to make up I literally had 60 overdue work in my overdue box and I somehow dropped that down to 0 overdue in 2 days. So the downside of my computer crashing was I had a small note ready for this chapter reacting to the Justice League Synder cut trailer I was reacting to how well this version of the Justice League movie looks and compared how I think this movie will be the best we will ever see in DCEU. So let me know in the comments as to what you guys think of this trailer :D

So I apologize to many of you for not update I have been dealing with writer's block and a lot of school work (not makeup school work) that caused my writer's block. 

So after a few weeks of a hiatus here is the chapter everyone

Barry's Pov (A day after Cisco was kidnapped)

I got a message from Iris saying she would love to meet up with me with a small note saying 'and I am inviting Steve' I quickly got dressed and went to CC Jitters, ever since the wave and time travel I haven't faced Steve, how could I? After we kissed in the other timeline that's all I want to fricking do is kiss that man like there's no tomorrow. There I was at Jitters and I saw Iris and Steve from afar, Steve was discussing something with Iris and Iris who was taking notes I believe Steve is helping Iris with a paper. I kept staring at Steve, he looked handsome. I made my way towards Iris and Steve with my heart beating out of my chest. I sat next to Steve.

"Hi" I greeted them

"Hey Barry, Steve was just helping me with this Flash article. How are you Barry you look like you have a lot on your mind?" Iris asked. 

"Yeah just work," I said scratching the back of my neck nervously

"I hope it's not too much," Steve said

"Nah just..CSI stuff...um" I trailed then forgot what else I was about to say when I locked eyes with Steve. I quickly looked away trying not to think about the kiss. I felt Steve rub my back in comfort which made me want to grab him and kiss him even more

"Hang in there Kid I'm sure you'll figure everything out," Steve said. I smiled then looked at Steve. Iris decided to excuse herself to get another cup of coffee while trying to hide a smirk that was forming on her face. 

"Have I ever told you how...pretty your eyes are?" I asked him. Steve blushed slightly 

"No but you aren't the only one who finds my eyes pretty," Steve said. I couldn't help but lean in slightly I just miss his lips, his beautiful pink lips on mine, kissing passionately never wanting the moment to end. I didn't know what I was doing but I was leaning in my lips brushed against Steve's and Steve pulled away "Barry what are you doing?" He asked. My eyes went wide and I quickly pulled away with my face red 

"Um to be honest I don't know anymore," I said. Steve then got up from the chair 

"You're a great guy Barry but I'm not ready," Steve said then walked out not saying a word to Iris. Iris was standing there with her eyes wide then glared at Steve who didn't meet her eyes. Iris made her way back to me 

"You okay?" She asked

"I-I'm fine um hey I need to head back to S.T.A.R. Labs um good luck on your paper," I said and walked off

"Barry" Iris called out. I froze in my spot and turned to her

"I'll talk to him and see what's up," Iris said

"No no need...it was my fault I overstepped," I said then walked out. Instead of flashing over to S.T.A.R. Labs, I walked there, I needed to clear my head. Maybe I did overstep I keep forgetting this isn't the old timeline which means Steve still needs time to think and who knows maybe the kiss will happen only in a different setting...or maybe the whole things getting worse because of the new timeline made it where Steve doesn't have those feelings for me anymore. My heart sank thinking that Steve doesn't love me anymore. I sighed and walked into S.T.A.R. Labs and saw Caitlin I knocked the door frame to get her attention. 

" What? No whoosh-in?" She asked

"I needed the walk," I said and sat down

"What happened?" She asked

"Nothing uh just Steve...and other things I don't want to talk about it actually," I said

"Have you talked to Cisco? I've been trying him on his cell but he's not the answering kind of worried about him...he had a rough night" Caitlin said. I kinda smirked remembering the events of last night

"Trust me it got better," I said smiling a bit then felt my phone buzzed. I quickly answered, "Hey Joe what's up?" I asked

"Snart's back," Joe said

"Wait Cold is back?" I asked which caused Caitlin to perk up

"Yeah, he was spotted at the Santini crime family casino. If he's hitting the Santini's, we could be looking at the beginning of a mob war," Joe said. I sighed and hung up

"Well this day gets better doesn't it?" I asked Caitlin. I sped out of S.T.A.R Labs and to Snart's location which was a casino. There was a gun covered in gold almost frozen in gold I shall say and a grunting sound and clanging sound. I looked over and saw Captain America wresting with Heat Wave (Snart's partner in crime). I quickly flashed over to the female whoever she was and trapped her in my arms holding her gun which caught Snart's attention.

" How many times are we gonna go through this, Snart?" I asked angrily holding the woman in the tightest grasps I could

"Until the best man wins!" Snart shouted. I heard Captain grunted and saw Heat Wave holding him there by his neck and had his gun on him

"Drop the gun!" I yelled at Snart and Heat Wave. I got scared that he was going to burn Captain

"We both know you're not going to do anything to her. Oh, by the way, meet my baby sister. Lisa, Flash. Flash, Lisa" Snart said introducing me to his sister who I am currently holding hostage. She looks like the woman Cisco met up with last night. "Cisco has been very busy" Snart spoke up then smirked

"Unless you want me to mail small, frozen pieces of him back to his family, I'd take your hands off her. Or I can have Mick burn your Star-Spangled boyfriend" Snart said which caused Mick to load up his fire gun. I let go of Lisa who ran back to her brother. Mick then let go of Captain. Captain coughed then grabbed his shield and stood next to me.

"Let him go Snart," I said 

"I'll think about it, other than that Flash I'll see you soon," He said then smirked and walked off. That dude does love to get under my skin. I turned to Captain and looked at him 

"You alright?" I asked him in a concerned tone

"I'm fine. Um, Detective West called me and waned me about Snart, Snart is trying to start a war with the Santini family so I'll be careful if I were you" Captan said. I nodded and sped off to CCPD to catch up with Joe. 

Steve's Pov 

It's not every day you get chocked by a firey maniac that wants to burn your face off...well Crossbones almost did once but that's a long story. I got a call from Joe about a shootout at a casino, Santini to be precise. When I got there I saw that it was snart and tried to throw my shield at him when I got tackled by his Prison Break friend (A/N: See what I did there ;) ). So glad my hero Flash in or else I would've looked like Crossbones. After Flash ran off I went to CCPD. My eyes caught the sight of Barry who was talking to Joe. Barry looked stressed out as hell I remember Barry saying something about work seems like to me its taking a toll on him. I sighed thinking back when he leaned in to kiss me. I don't know why I pulled away from something just stopped me I hope Barry isn't stressed out because of me...

I watched Barry walk away without him noticing me. I sighed and went to Joe

This is going to be a long day

Barry's Pov

 While Caitlin was figuring out the location of Cisco I went to Wells kind of freaking out. Everything that Wells said was true about things going wrong in this new timeline it was all true I wanted to prove to him that he was wrong but that made it even worse. I was freaking out I might've just killed Cisco I might've ruined things between me and Steve and who knows maybe this is what the Man in the Yellow suit wanted maybe this helped me progress further. The thought of my neimies winning terrified me. 

"All right, Dr. Wells, you were right," I said to him "I... I... I screwed with time and now time is screwing with me. Cold is back, he kidnapped Cisco, and Steve is..." I started but was cut off by Wells

"Stop right there before you cause another disruption to the timeline," Wells said

"Please, Dr. Wells. Please, I have to talk to someone," I said begging him. This weight on my chest holding this secret in was killing me. Wells sighed giving in

"Go ahead" Wells said

"In the previous version of today, Captain Singh is seriously injured, Joe is in danger, and Steve said he had feelings for me" I said remembering that day like it had happened hours ago "And now Cisco's life is on the line, and Steve looked at me like I'm crazy when I tried to kiss him earlier...he pulled away" I said tearing up a bit. 

"But he has those feelings right?" Wells asked "The unconscious mind, Barry, it... it's a powerful thing. It sounds like it took this apparent disaster to jar those feelings loose and without a disaster, those feelings remain deeper down. Unaccessed," He explained

"I don't understand. I thought that I was helping people by stopping Mardon," I said 

"Yes. but this new ability of yours, Barry, is dangerous. You only traveled back in time one day. What if you traveled back decades? Centuries? Imagine the havoc you could wreak," Wells said. 

"But I will have the opportunity to travel back in time in the near future and save my mom. Or...you're saying I shouldn't?" I asked studying Wells' eyes

"I'm saying how many more people could die if your mother lives?" Wells asked. I sat there and sighed starting to think going back in time isn't worth it. 

I went out towards Caitlin who was still trying to track Cisco with any satellite that we have. I rubbed my head

"There's nothing the satellite thermography," Caitlin said

"You were right. This is all my fault," I said looking at Wells ignoring Caitlin's confused look. I really starting to think it was my fault.

"How is this your fault?" Caitlin asked

"Brave heart, Barry. We'll get Cisco back" Wells said

"I'm back" A voice came behind us. I turned around and saw Cisco, alive, standing and free. Caitlin gasped and ran to hug her best friend

"Oh, my God. Are you okay? We were so worried," Caitlin asked in her worry tone

"What happened? How did you escape?" I asked

"I didn't" Cisco said

"Snart just let you go? Why?" I asked

"He, um... he tortured my brother. And he said he was gonna kill him if I didn't... if I didn't tell him..." Cisco trailed

"Tell him what?" I asked

"Who The Flash really is," Cisco said which caused me to rub my forehead. Now I really want to hurt Snart. "I, honestly, man, they... they could've killed me. But they were gonna kill my brother. I couldn't let him do that," Cisco before bursting into tears which broke my heart completely. I hugged Cisco

"Hey man" I said

"I'm so sorry Barry" Cisco said which caused me to hug him tighter. He shouldn't be sorry I'm the one who should be sorry I wish I could tell him what I did that caused this mess. Cisco pulled away from me and started to walk out of the room

"Where are you going?" I asked

"I don't deserve to be here. I won't be the one to put you in jeopardy. Not again. Never again" Cisco said then walked out completely. Wells followed Cisco. 

I sat in the chair watching Caitlin trying to figure out the whole Snart situation. Moments later Caitlin called Wells and Cisco back

"The casino wasn't the target" Caitlin said

"Then why did he do it?" I asked

"Casinos keep tons of cash on hand to cover their markers, not to mention the money that they make. But if they're under attack, the protocol is to relocate the money outside the casino," Caitlin explained

"So, that was Snart's plan all along. To trigger the move. Okay, where is it now?" I asked

Caitlin explained the possible location which I then sent a message to Joe who replied saying he alerted Captain America. I flashed out of the lab and onto the road trying to find Snart. I heard a motorcycle behind of me and saw Captain America trailing behind 

"Hey go after Mick and Snart's sister, leave Snart to me" I said

"Roger that" Captain said then sped off towards Mick. I spotted Snart in the distance and grabbed him and sped him into the forest away from his crew

"Good to see you... Barry," Snart said smirking. I took off my mask and prayed that no one was spying on us.

"We need to talk" I said to him "I know Cisco told you who I am"

"Can't really blame the kid for giving you up. You or his brother? Come on! I put him in a tight spot," Snart said smirking

"Same kind I got you in right now," I said placing my hands on my hips

"Can't really stop me now that I know who you are" Snart said getting a little closer to me. I braced myself thinking he was going to attack me 

"I could speed you to my own private prison where you'll never see the light of day" I said. In the distance I heard Captain cussing and Mick laughing which hearing grunting sounds. 

"You could, but then I won't be around to stop my own private uplink that'll broadcast your identity to the world. So, the million-dollar question." Snart started and got very close to me "What to do with me now, Barry Allen?" He asked while biting his lip. His tone was low, dark and quite...seductive.

Is this dude for real right now? 

"I won't let you keep stealing whatever you want, whenever you feel like it. It needs to end," I said 

"Can't do that. It's what I do" Snart said

"Then find a new line of work" I suggested

"Don't want to" He said

Why not?" I asked slightly annoyed

"The same reason you keep running after guys like me. The adrenaline. The thrill of the chase. I love this game. And I'm very good at it." Snart said

"Then go play it somewhere else. Leave Central City." I said

"Can't do that either. I love it here. This city is my home" Snart said. I sighed

"You've seen what I can do. You know that I can stop you. You want to keep pushing your luck, go for it. But from here on out, no one else dies. If you're as good as you say you are, you don't have to kill anyone to get what you want," I said Snart may be a criminal but I think deep down inside there is still redemption he just needs a small push perhaps maybe he can join a league of heroes (A/N: ooo easter eggs ehehe)

"That's true" Snart said

"And if you, or anyone in your Rogues' gallery goes near any of my friends or family again, I don't care who you tell my identity to. I'm putting you away" I said glaring at him a bit

"I guess your secret's safe...Flash" Snart said. I put on my mask again in time to hear Captain yelling out for me. I looked in the distant "Oh, I don't suppose you'd give me a ride back to town, would you? or...perhaps back to your place?" He asked smirking. I rolled my eyes which caused Snart to chuckle. I flashed out to help Captain leaving Snart there. 

What a night

3rd Person Pov

After the intense flirting fight between Snart and Barry. The two heroes called it a night while the Rouges went into hiding. As the two heroes slept a man in CCPN was still awake going through files on Harrison Wells. Mason was obsessed with exposing Wells, showing the world who he was. 

The lights inside of the building started to flicker but Mason was too preoccupied by typing up the paper. He was also uploading files to an unknown source. Thunder started to rumbled and Reverse Flash flashed in which caught Mason's attention. 

"Harrison Wells what do you know about him? He asked. Mason tried to run off but Reverse grabbed him by the neck "What do you know about him?" He asked again

"Everything I know is in that drive. I swear," Mason said. Reverse looked at the computer and swipped the drive before killing Mason but Reverse didn't stay long enough to stop the files from uploading.

'Files uploaded to Agents of S.H.E.I.L.D complete' 

In the middle of the Night Barry decided to go to S.T.A.R. Labs he and Wells talked about tonight's events. Barry thought he had made a mistake but wells dismissed him. Barry saw an article about Stagg and asked Wells about it but Wells once again dismissed him. Barry then started to suspect things. He bid a good night to wells and went to CCPD and was looking over his mother's case he had a hunch. He was suspecting Wells of something which led him here...in CCPD to his lab to his mother's case. He decided to call Joe who then showed up a minute later

"Barr, what's up? Why did you want to meet up here so late?" Joe asked

"I think that maybe you were right, about Dr. Wells," Barry said

"Which part?" Joe asked

"All of it" Barry said in a stern voice
