Hello everyone and welcome to new chapter today. I hope everyone is doing well. I am doing okay just been busy, school is back so I have work to do and not to mention doing a lot of artworks. I decided to tackle the "Speedster projects" so far I drew The Flash, Godspeed, Savitar, Injustice Flash (those two I already drew a long time ago) and Zoom and so far they look amazing and I cannot wait to share it with all of you. 

Before I start this chapter off I want to apologize for the lack of updates since school started I want to focus on my work and classes, plus some of the classes start early in the morning or early in the afternoon and sometimes during those classes the teachers decide to add extra work and whenever I am finished with all of my work I have no time to write chapters, edit, revise and all that stuff so updating this and Malec stories and songfic is gonna be slow, I think I warned you guys before school started.

I also posted a chapter in Take A Closer Look I finally showed off one of the surprise projects I keep telling you guys about, if you guys haven't seen it then go already ahead and read it.  All right, I believe that is all the news I have for you today. 

So in today's chapter, Iris continues to blog about The Streak, The Streak visits Iris again and tells her once again to stop writing about him but of course Iris doesn't listen, she then asks some weird and random questions like is he and Captain America dating? There is a new speedster in town where he can change into steel come to find out the metahuman was Barry's bully back at school.

As usual, the chapter will be slow but you guys seem to like it I mean we are almost at 800 reads.

So I saw Endgame for the third time and I noticed after Iron Man snapped his fingers and Thanos sat there this is what I was thinking about:

if guys have seen the first avengers then you will understand the reference

If you guys have seen Deadpool 2 then you will get the reference :D 

This is what I do on my spare time lol.

Barry's Pov

I was running around the city late at night stopping bad guys. I hurried over to the roof where Iris was standing on. She just sent off another blog about me. I exhaled and rolled my eyes she has no idea what kind of danger she's putting herself in. 

"I literally just hit send," Iris said

"Speed Reading," I said vibrating my voice 

"It's crazy what you can do to your voice," Iris said. I know right it's awesome Iris!

"You need to stop writing about me," I said to her

"People need to know that you exist." Iris said, "What else can you do?" She asked me

"This is not an interview," I said sternly

"Come on, you got to give me something," She said "Hobbies, pet peeves, favorite color?" She asked me "Wait, scratch that last one," She said correcting herself

"Red, duh, obviously," I said

"Hey it's good to know about your favorite color I thought you were more of a Red, White and Blue guy," Iris said smirking. What are playing at Iris? I gave her a weird look "You know, the colors of Captain America" She said

"Not following," I said

"Oh come on it's obvious that you two are dating I mean the way he helps you, the way he carried you that one time, I think it's adorable," Iris said

"Do you just assume that two guys are dating just by looking at them?" I asked shaking my head at that ridiculous remark 

"You didn't answer my question," Iris said

"We're not dating!" I shouted

"Mhmm okay, uhh," Iris said. I rolled my eyes again

"What do you think of Captain America? I mean he is also saving the city" Iris asked

"He's a good person he cares a lot about people- wait a minute I know what you're doing here I told you this is not an interview," I said

"What do you think about Captain America fighting along side of you?" She asked me

"You're not hearing me," I said 

"My hearing is fine it's just selective," She said

I shooked my head in annoyance 

"What should I call you?" She asked me

"Anything but The Streak,"  I said

"Fine any suggestions?" She asked me

"You said you were writing about me to bring hope to someone you care about. How would he feel if doing that put you in harm's way?" I asked her

"He and I aren't exactly on the same page these days" She replied "Besides, you're giving hope to a lot of people, so I'm doing this for them," She said. 

In the distance, I heard sirens blaring. I looked at where the sirens were coming from, I saw a bunch of police cars and a motorcycle speeding past following those cars.

"To be continued I gotta run," I said and ran off. I realized I left Iris on the roof "Goddamnit!" I shouted and ran back to the roof we were on and grabbed Iris and stuck her back in Jitters and ran back. I was running when I saw a Humvee about to run over a kid, I quickly grabbed the kid and sped him to safety. I saw where the Humvee was heading and ran off over there. 

"Step out of the vehicle!" I shouted

"If you say so," The guy said breaking the door off.

"Uh-oh," I said under my breath then I tried to punch in his face. His face turned to steel when I punched him breaking my hand. "Gah!" I shouted holding onto my hand. I looked at the dude and his whole arm turned to metal and hit me across the face sending me flying over the Humvee

"Uhh" I groaned in pain

"Looks like you were born to take a beating," the man said smirking

"HEY!" I heard a voice in the distance grabbing the guy's attention "Why don't you pick someone on your size?"

"Captain America and The Streak all in one spot this should be," The man said and turned to metal again

"CAPTAIN RUN!" I shouted but he didn't listen to me he got his shield ready. I was watching a little bit of the fight when everything was about to turn black, I saw the metal guy get away and Captain ran to me 

"Flash! stay with me...come on kid stay with me" I heard him say everything went black.

Steve's Pov

I was helping the police up after the Humvee pretty much ram through them

"Is everybody okay?" I asked them

"Yeah, we're fine just shaken up" Eddie replied. I looked around 

"Where's Flash?" I asked

"He went after the Humvee driver" Joe replied. I ran off in the distance, I heard a scream like someone just got hurt. I hurried over to where the scream came from. There I saw, The Flash on the ground in pretty bad shape, I saw the dude hovering about him like he was about to punch him again.

"HEY!" I grabbed his attention "Why don't you pick someone on your size?" I said

"Captain America and The Streak all in one spot this should be," The man said and turned to steel. My eyes went wide, oh this is new

"CAPTAIN RUN!" Flash shouted. The guy charged at me, he was about to punch me but I blocked it with my shield. His stell fist collided with my shield creating a sonic booming sound, the guy looked at the shield in shocked. I smirked I hit him in the face with the shield. I dodged his punches. He knocked me down by pushing me with his body. I grunted when I hit the ground. The guy ran off. I looked over at The Flash and ran towards him

"Flash!  stay with me...come on kid stay with me" I said as I saw him passing out. I checked his pulse to make sure he was breathing. I sighed a relief when I felt his pulse beating. I picked him up and ran off to my motorcycle carrying the poor kid. I saw all of the policemen look at me 

"Is he okay?" one of them asked

"He's injured I need to take him to S.T.A.R. Labs move!" I said getting to my motorcycle. I drove off as fast as I could to S.T.A.R. Labs. 

When I got there, nobody was there. I set Flash down on the hospital bed and looked for something to send an SOS message to the workers. I couldn't find anything to send a message I groaned in frustration. I heard a slight groan from The Flash.

"hang in there kid, my god with this new technology I can't figure this out" I said to myself I heard a few voices in the distance. I ran towards where the voice was coming from. The man with the long hair, Cisco I believe saw me and screamed like a girl

"What are you doing here Captain America?" The woman, Caitlin asked me

"Flash is injured I need your help," I said panicking. They looked at each other and ran off. I watched as they ran into the cortex

"Thanks for bringing him here, we will do everything we can to heal him," Dr. Wells said. I nodded at him 

"Thank you," I said shaking Dr. Wells hand

"You are welcome" He replied to me. I looked back into the cortex and saw them fix The Flash up, his mask was off but I couldn't see his face, they were blocking my view. I left the building praying that The Flash was okay. 

Barry's Pov

I was awake and in pain. I groaned in pain again, they gave me medicine to stop the pain but of course, with the fast metabolism I have it ran through me. 

"13 fractures," Caitlin said "That's a new record, and that's just in your hand" She said

"You also have a Concussion, three cracked ribs, and a bruised spleen, even with your powers, you'll need a few hours to heal," She said. Wow and that was just me getting punched and hitting the ground. 

"What exactly did you hit?" Dr. Wells

"A man," I said "A big...bad man. His skin changed when I hit him like, it turned to metal" I said

"Interesting A man of steel," Wells said referencing my favorite superhero, Superman. 

"Dude why didn't you call us?" Cisco asked asked

"I didn't know what he was besides, I was off-duty," I said

"You're lucky he didn't knock out your teeth, those puppies don't grow back," Cisco said

"The strange thing is I  feel like I...knew him," I said. When I showed up at the scene he looked familiar like I have seen him around and that line he said to me "born to take a beating" sounded familiar too.

"What do you mean?" Cisco asked me

"He said something that was familiar, but he's gonna hurt someone else if we don't stop him. So how do I fight a guy that's made of steel?" I asked

"We will find a way," Caitlin said

"Tonight you heal," Dr. Wells said. I nodded

"Alright well...ow...I guess I'll go home" I said standing up and groaning in pain at the same time

"Oh no you don't you're staying right here so we can monitor you," Caitlin said.

"You said I need a few hours to heal, that few hours of me is sitting at home eating ice cream and watching tv," I said

Caitlin looked at Dr. Wells worriedly.

"She's right you need to stay here" Dr. Wells said. I sighed and laid back down on the bed.

"So, Captain America brought you here poor guy looked scared like he was about to lose you," Cisco said pulling a chair by me and sat by me like he wanted to keep me company

"Did he really?" I asked. Cisco nodded

"That's....cool I guess, it's good to have a superhero who's worried about you," I said sitting up.

"So do you have any idea where Captain America came from?" Cisco asked. 

"A little, I read it on Iris's blog back when she was writing about him, now she's writing about me," I said "He came from New York, I don't know much about him but I heard he left his own team and moved here" I said

"Why did he left his own team?" Cisco asked. I was about to say something when Dr. Wells cut in

"He had a falling out with the leader of the team, Tony Stark I believe that was his name" He replied. Wait, Steve knows Tony, why didn't he tell me Tony worked with a team of superheroes? Another secret Steve is hiding from me. 

"Hmm, that's weird...Steve knows Tony Stark, a billionaire businessman of some sort I know he came out as Iron-man, it was on the news along with the Attack in New York" I said

"Sounds cool," Cisco said all of us looked at him weird "Not the whole attack on new york situation but Steve knowing Tony Stark aka Iron man seems awesome...I want to meet that dude we can build weapons and armor together imagine that Barry, your Flash suit will be an armor suit" Cisco said geeking out. I looked at him

"Leather is just fine," I said

"Alright suit yourself," Cisco said getting up. I moved my hand around, it started to heal more before I couldn't even move my hand.

"The healing process has just begun now," Caitlin said. "just have to wait for your ribs which will heal fully in like 3 hours or so" 

I groaned and slammed my head on the pillow.

Steve's Pov

I sat on the rooftop late at night hoping and waiting to see a red/yellow lightning streak running past but I haven't seen him yet. I was worried, what if he couldn't make it? What if he can't save the city anymore? I sighed thinking about The Flash. I looked at my phone and saw the message I sent out to Barry he hasn't responded. 

To Barry: 

Hey, Barry are you okay? 

 I still haven't seen The Flash yet, I decided to call it a night. I sat there on my bed looking at my shield, there wasn't a dent but I traced my hand over the scratches T'Challa left during the fight. Sometimes I questioned myself whether I am worthy of this shield that was built by Howard Stark, after having that falling out with his son Tony, I began wondering 'Do I deserve this? Is Tony right about this shield not belonging to me?'  I placed my shield down by my bed and laid down.

3rd Person POV

As Steve slept, someone flashed inside of his room. He was wearing a yellow suit. He walked slowly up to Steve. The man in the yellow cocked his head to the side as he watched Steve sleep peacefully. He looked at Steve's Shield that was located by the bed. He grabbed onto it and looked at it. He traced the Star marked on the Shield before setting it down. He hovered above Steve, he raised his hand and vibrated it.

"I wish I could kill you...right now," He said in a low whisper and moved his hand close to his chest "If only you weren't important to Barry and the timeline I would gladly kill Captain America....but I can't," He said pulling his hand back. "We need you," He said before zooming off.

Steve stirred in his sleep before waking up. He looked around in his room as if he had heard a voice. Steve shook away the thought and went back to sleep. 

Barry's POV

I walked into the precinct early in the morning. I was greeted by Joe

"Hey what happened to you last night? I saw Captain America carrying you" Joe said to me in a low whisper

"Got beat up by a steel-plated sociopath. Good times" I said

"So he is a meta-human?" He asked

"Yeah" I nodded "That particle accelerator's the gift that keeps on giving" I  said 

"You okay?" Joe asked me

"Relatively" I replied "Any idea who he is?" I asked

"Eddie's taking point while I run down a lead. I need you to work with him until I get back" Joe said to me. I smiled knowing I get to work with Eddie for the first time.

"Wait, why me?" I asked curiously

"Because he saw something impossible that he's got questions about, questions that I can't answer" Joe replied. 

"In other words, make up some science stuff to throw him off?" I asked

"Exactly," Joe said and walked off.  I walked into Captain Singh's office and saw officer having a meeting about the meta-human.

"So please you could join us, Mr. Allen" Singh said to me "Rough night?" He asked me looking at my injured arm

"Uh, just a little beat sir" I replied

"As I was saying, our prep yanked three ATMs after he boosted the vehicle. Atm security camera caught him on video" Singh explained. I was looking at the dude's file reading everything Singh was saying. 

"We got a hit in the database. Tony Woodward" Eddie said. I froze. I looked at the photo of the criminal. I felt uneasy, I know who Tony is...

"He's got a history of violence, petty theft, assault, going way back to juvie. Dropped off the radar ten months ago, looks like he's back" Eddie explained Tony's history. I didn't pay attention to Eddie's words, I was staring at a picture of Tony.

Tony Woodward was a bully in my school, he use to bully me all the time and beat me up. Thinking about Tony gave me flashbacks.

-Flashback (3rd person pov)-

"Increased pressure produces increased heat, and if you don't release it, you get combustion" Little Barry said to little Iris, they were walking in the halls together and Barry was explaining  Iris about science stuff, Iris was interested. 

"I don't know how you remember all this stuff Barry" Iris said

"Because he's a little freak, just like his old man"  A boy, Tony, about Barry's age approached him

"Don't talk about my dad!" Barry shouted

"Or what? Is he gonna murder me too?" Tony asked then shoved Barry to the ground "Looks like you were born to take a beating, Allen" He said smirking before walking off. 

-End of Flashback (back to Barry's Pov)-

I was standing there not doing anything just thinking about my days back at school and Tony bullying me.

"Allen....Hey Allen!" Eddie called me breaking me out of my thoughts I looked at him "Hey, you okay" He asked me. I nodded

"Hey, yeah. Sorry, Eddie" I said 

"Listen, I saw something last night I just can't get my head around," Eddie said

"Uh-huh," I said walking with him out of the office

"I fired a dozen rounds at our car thief, and it was like they sparked off of him," Eddie said

"huh, well, I mean, he must have been wearing some kind of body armor," I said trying to make up some bullshit lies for Eddie.

"On his face?" Eddie asked

"um..." I trailed off, I was pretty distracted I was still thinking about Tony. I heard a female voice behind me

"Hey, Barry" Iris greeted me but when she greeted me, her tone was stern like she wasn't happy to see me. "Hi babe, I saw the news are you okay?" She asked Eddie. I stood in the back and watched those two. 

"Yeah I'm fine which you would know if you checked your messages," Eddie said 

"Sorry, I had to work late, so I heard that The Streak saved a kid any comment detective?" Iris asked him, still calling me The Streak what the hell Iris you use to give me cool nicknames back then like Bear but you can't figure out a cool name for The Streak. I was listening in while reading the file again. 

"All Iknow is our prep got away, but Barry here is gonna help me find him" Eddie said looking me me

"Yeah" I said smiling

"Fine, I have other sources, I will see you tonight," Iris said then looked at me "Oh steve called, he wants to know why you aren't answering his messages" She said sternly then walked off.

"Speaking of that, what's up with you two?" Eddie asked

"What do you mean?" I asked

"You and Steve" Eddie said

"Nothing...it...it's fine its- I don't know" I said backing up and hitting the door frame. Then I hit it again when I walked off. That was awkward. I decided to run over to S.T.A.R. Labs to tell the team about the new meta-human. 

"Your childhood nemesis is now an unstoppable meta-human, that is seriously messed up" Cisco said.

"I had a childhood nemesis, Lexi La Roche she used to put gum in my hair" Caitlin said

"Jake Puckett, If I didn't let him copy my homework he'd give me a swirly." Cisco said. They both looked like they had an intense flashback can't blame them, bullies leave scars on you, on your skin and on your mind.  

"Now that we've established that we're all uber-nerds, what are we gonna do about Tony?" I asked

"Glad you asked, we're gonna train you, man...Karate Kid stlye. BEHOLD!" Cisco said showing me a dummy, a metal dummy. I looked at it "I call him Girder" Cisco said

"For the record, not my idea" Caitlin said to me

"Fighting is physics it's not about strength. It's not about size. It's about energy and power channel your speed the right way and you can totally take this bad boy down" Cisco said starting the dummy up. I got into a fighting position. "Now obviously your Girder is a moving target" He said. I sped around the dummy and punched it.

The Girder moved and hit me in the shoulder/back area causing me to yelp in pain and fell to the ground. Cisco powered the machine down

"So.....I have ice and bandages standing by" Caitlin said I groan in pain.

....I hate bullies
