Hello everybody welcome a new chapter, personally I am excited about this chapter because we are introducing.......CAPTAIN COLD in case you people didn't see that pic above. Captain Cold is my favorite Flash villain well one of them, I love Captain Cold (Where my Coldflash fans at? ahem) he is freaking awesome and sassy. I am really excited to be writing this chapter.

Since we are on the topic on Flash villains, comment down below your favorite Flash villain(s) mine is Savitar, Captain Cold and maybe a little bit of Reverse Flash.

Before I start this someone pointed out, in fact, I am glad they did, in case you guys are confused about Steve's identity ONLY New York knows about his identity same thing goes for S.H.E.I.L.D because I know in The Avengers movies Steve's identity and S.H.E.I.L.D is known in the world, the only thing that the world knows is Tony Stark because he is a famous celebrity who came out as Iron Man so that's the only thing the world knows in this book. So hopefully that'll clear up the confusion for many of you who are reading this book.

So in today's chapter, like I said I am going to introduce Captain Cold, Felicity also makes an appearance she visits Barry and knows about him being the Streak and she knows that Barry has feelings for Steve also things kinda heat up between Barry and Steve. It's gonna be fun.

Barry's Pov

I decided to wake up early and hang out with my friends in S.T.A.R. Labs, I was playing chess with Dr. Wells while playing ping pong with Cisco and Operation with Caitlin. 

"This isn't even remotely anatomically correct," Caitlin said  complaining about the Operation game

"That's not the point, Dr. Snow." I said speeding over there to grab an object from the game then speeding off the play ping pong

"Then what is the point?" Caitlin asked. I zoomed over to Dr. Wells to move a chess piece

"To have fun." I said with a smile then zooming back to her

"And to continue your ongoing training by testing the speed of your mind by pushing your ability to multitask." Dr. Wells said trying to figure out his move on the chess board. I zoomed towards him and watched

"I'm waiting on you, Dr. Wells" I said then zoomed back to the Operation game and ended up winning. I zoomed back to Cisco.

"Checkmate!" Dr. Wells shouted I zoomed towards him 

"Wait, checkmate?" I asked

"I guess we still have a few things left to learn, don't we, Mr. Allen?" Dr. Wells asked me. I nodded then my phone went off. 

"Hello?" I answered

"Armed robbery at 4th and Collins, Captain America is at the scene but needs help" Joe said over the phone

"On my way," I said hanging out then zooming into my suit "For the record, I crushed it in operation and ping pong." I said, then I heard the buzzer from the Operation game

"Fuckign hell!" Caitlin shouted. She then looked at us "what?" She asked frustrated. I chuckled then zoomed off. 

Steve's Pov

I was currently at a scene of an armed robbery, that's one way to start your morning. There was one guard shot and was currently bleeding out on the street, I was currently trying to take down the robbers but there were so many, where the hell is the streak when you-

"Sorry I'm late America" I heard the Streak.

"Perfect timing actually I'll take care of the robbers just get that guy in the hospital," I said to him. He nodded at me then grabbed the guard and zoomed him to the hospital. I got knocked down by one of the robbers. 

"Well well well look who we have here, the star-spangled himself" I heard one of the robbers say. I tried to get up but the robber kicked me in the side. He kneeled down next to me then all of a sudden he looked and was knocked down by the streak. I felt him grab me and zoom off. I was set down at the roof of the building I usually hang out on

"You okay?" He asked me. I nodded trying to catch my breath, every time I take a breath my side would hurt. I held onto my side "Let me take you to the hospital" He said to me

"No I'm fine." I said "it's just sore" 

"How about I take care of the city tonight while you go home and rest?" He asked me

"Uh, you sure you'll be okay I mean what if a metahuman shows up?" I asked

"Don't worry about it I was able to take down 2 metahumans without your help I'm sure I'll be fine just go home and rest." He said to me then zoomed off

"Um....okay," I said. I decided to take his advice and go home. I sat down on my couch. I groaned in pain. I took off my mask and took a deep breath. I looked at my phone to see if I got any text messages...nope nothing. Ever since I tried to ask Barry out he seemed to be avoiding me maybe he's just busy. I heard a knock on my door, I froze and realized I'm  still in my Captain America suit 

"Uh hold on!" I shouted and ran into my room "ow ow ow" I said while running into my room. I quickly took off my suit and hid it under my bed along with my shield. I was in a t-shirt and boxer shorts ah fuck it it's probably someone selling something that I don't want. I ran to my door and opened it

"Hey, Steve- OH!" Barry said with wide eyes

"Ah! Barry uh hey uh sorry I just got home from....the gym" I said lying then turning red in embarrassment

"Oh that explains it then" Barry said 

"Uh come on in and make yourself comfortable while I go...and...find some pants." I said walking off. I heard Barry laugh. I put on some sweat pants and walked out "So what brings you here?" I asked sitting down next to him

"Well I was in the neighborhood and I figure I'd stop by and see what's up." Barry said

"Oh well that's weird then I was thinking about you and then you showed up" I said then realized what I had just said. I looked at Barry and he had a surprised look on his face "I-I-I meant I was looking at my phone and didn't see any messages then I thought "I wonder what the kid is up to" then you knocked on the door" I explained trying not to blush he chuckled

"I'm like Beetlejuice, say my name three times and then I'm here." Barry said cracking a joke. Huh I understood that reference. I smiled and he smiled back. The sun outside hit Barry's face making his smile shine in the room, I couldn't help but stare. He blushed slightly and looked away which I found adorable

Barry's Pov

I was running around the city stopping any criminals that were causing harm to people when I stopped at a building that I recognized, uh yeah I guess I'll see what's up with Steve. I went to his apartment and knocked on the door

"Uh Hold on!" I heard him shouting. I waited. I fumbled with my hands nervously as my mind went crazy should I ask him out or should I just wait? Then I remember what Iris told me that whatever moment I have with Steve is the right moment to ask him out. I sighed taking a deep breath. I heard the door open and there stood Steve in a t-shirt and.....boxer shorts

"Hey, Steve- OH!" I said with wide eyes

"Ah! Barry uh hey uh sorry I just got home from....the gym" Steve said face turning. 

"Oh, that explains it then." I said 

"Uh come on in and make yourself comfortable while I go...and...find some pants" Steve said rushing off to his room faster than me as the streak, god I really need to work on the superhero name. I chuckled at Steve and sat down on the couch. Moments later Steve came back and sat down next to me

"So what brings you here?" He asked me

"Well I was in the neighborhood and I figure I'd stop by and see what's up." I said with a small smile.

"Oh well that's weird then I was thinking about you and then you showed up" Steve said. Wait what? I raised my eyebrows in shock. Steve took the minute to process what he just said "I-I-I meant I was looking at my phone and didn't see any messages then I thought "I wonder what the kid is up to" then you knocked on the door" He said. He looked like he was trying not to blush. I chuckled

"I'm like Beetlejuice, say my name three times and then I'm here." I said with a smile on my face. I saw Steve look up at me with a gorgeous smile 

I blushed slightly and looked down.

"Um" I cleared my throat then I noticed a bruise that was showing on Steve's side. "Rough gym time?" I asked taking a closer look at the bruise, I lift part of his shirt up, it looked like either someone kicked him or punched him there. I felt him grab my hand pulling it away from his side

"Yeah uh my trainer accidentally punched me there." He said to me not letting go of my hand, I looked at his hand that was on my hand. I didn't know what happened but I started to intertwined our hands

(A/N: I think you guys can take a huge guess as to where this gif is from lol if you guys don't like this gif let me know so I can remove it.)

I smiled feeling his hand in mine. My heart was beating so fast I felt the electricity pulsing through my veins. I felt the electricity reaching to my hand that causes static electricity between us. Steve felt the spark and gasped slightly. I quickly pulled my hand back. I looked away from him not meeting his confused eyes. 

"I think I should go..." I said getting up from the couch

"Barry..." Steve called out to me trying to stop me from leaving but I didn't listen when I left his apartment I zoomed back to the house, into my room and slammed the door closed. I was breathing hard and my heart was beating out of my chest.

Is this what love feels like?

Steve's Pov

"Barry..." I called out to Barry to stop him from leaving but he left anyway. I looked at my hand that Barry held, I touched the palm of my hand where I felt that electricity spark. I remember feeling that same spark when I visited Barry when he was in a coma. I sat there trying to figure out what the hell just happened, my hand felt cold now, Barry's hand was warm and comforting I almost didn't want to let go. I stood up and cringed in pain, I looked at my side and saw a bruise forming, wonderful. God, how strong was that damn robber? I decided to call Iris and see if she wants to hang out and tell her what happened, maybe she can help me. 

I picked up my phone and dialed her number

"Hey, Iris um I need to talk to you, meet me at Jitters?" I asked 

"Sure anything for you Steve just give me a few minutes yeah?" She asked me

"Sounds great, I'll see you there." I said then hung up. I decided to dress in some real clothes before heading out. By the time I got there Iris was there sitting at our favorite spot. I sat down by her

"What's wrong Steve?" Iris asked me

"I think I'm falling in love with Barry" I revealed to her.

Barry's Pov

Honestly, there was no point of me having a day off, the moment I zoomed out of Steve's apartment building, I got a call about the robbery that Captain America and I stopped. Of course, I showed up at the scene...late. 

"Sorry, captain. I was at the hospital visiting a friend" I lied

"Guard says there was three of them" Joe said, I quickly remember that there were actually 4 robbers

"Actually there was four." I said when I saw the captain and Joe give me a weird look "I mean, that's how many I would bring if I were doing a robbery of this nature" I quickly said covering my own tracks. As Joe pointed out the fact that the vehicle was indeed 4 guy truck, I was looking at the stuff on the door, hmm liquid nitrogen

"Somebody used liquid nitrogen to crack open this door, so four bad guys." I said

"Thank you, Mr. Allen, for your brilliant insight," the captain said to me. He really doesn't like me. Joe and I went back to the precinct when he pulled me to an office

"Did you see anything that could help us catch these guys?" Joe asked me. I nodded

"Yeah, one of them lost his mask. I saw his face" I said. Joe handed me a book that was full of most wanted criminals in Central City

"So look through these mug shots of central city's most wanted, and see if you can find out guy" Joe said. I flashed through the pages until I hit one page. I saw a picture that looked exactly like the guy I saw

"That's him!" I pointed

"Damn," Joe said looking at the picture "Leonard Snart" he said

"Lenard? that's almost as bad as Bartholomew." I said shaking my head. 

"Snart ain't sexy either, snart's father was a cop....was a bad cop" Joe said to me "Worse than that Ralph guy you hated." Joe said. Ugh hated that cop, long story short me and this Ralph dude had a falling out. I looked at Snart's picture closely

"You know for a criminal, he looks....kinda...hot," I said. I felt Joe's glare I cleared my throat "That sounded better in my head" I said turning red. 

"There is something seriously wrong with you" Joe said to me

"Nope, I'm just a gay kid who found a criminal hot" I said walking out of the room. Joe was explaining to me how Snart's father abused his kids and went to prison.

"He shows up like every six months." Joe said "H cases a job for weeks before he makes his move then he does the job...gets away. That's before The Streak was around" Joe said. Ugh! that name sounds horrible almost as bad as Star-Spangled, I wonder how that dude is doing.

"I've been thinking of a new name what do you think about The fl-" I was quickly cut off by Iris

"Coffee break?" She asked Joe then saw me, I waved at her and all she did was roll her eyes at me, oh great what did I do to piss her off? "Thought I would bring Central City's finest java over to Central City's finest." She said with a smile

"Thanks. I'm off caffeine" Joe said and walked off leaving me and Iris alone. I turn to Iris

"Hey, you okay?" I asked her but she decided to change the subject

"I started a blog" She said to me

"All right, what's it about?" I asked her

"Something important, something that Central City needs to know about, The Streak" She said to me. Oh boy... "He's out there Barry" She said

"I'm aware I have seen the news." I said to her walking upstairs to my lab

"Rumor has it, he and Captain America stopped an armed car robbery earlier" She said

"I don't think it's a good idea to start a blog about this, it's not safe" I said to her 

"Why?" She asked

"you never know what kind of weirdos are out there trolling on the internet" I said to her opening my door

"I can vouch for that, the internet is full of weirdos and nerd rage...lots and lots of nerd rages" I heard a familiar voice that made me light up

"Hi Felicity Smoak" Felicity introduced herself to Iris

"Iris West" Iris introduced back

"Barry Allen" I introduced myself just...cause "But you both already knew that. Felicity is..." I trailed letting Felicity know that Iris doesn't know anything about Oliver being the Arrow

"The girl you met in Starling City, the computerer right?" Iris asked, "You two worked on one of Barry's unexplained cases?" She asked. We both nodded

"Which, long story short, was definitely explainable. So the lightning came through here?" Felicity asked. I nodded

"Well Barry I have to get going, I need to work on my blog and comfort Steve." She said to me

"What's wrong with Steve?" I asked

"Don't worry about it I got it covered Barry" Iris spat at me leaving the lab. I sighed and began to wonder if I had hurt him when I left like that

"Hey, Barry why don't we walk around the park catch up and tell me who Steve is" Felicity suggested. I nodded

Snart's Pov (yay)

I was watching the footage that was taken during the robbery, I was trying to figure out that weird streak thingy. There I was in the footage about to kick the Star-Spangled's ass when all of a sudden I got knocked down by a gust of wind, then the gust of wind grabbed the Spangled and ran off. 

"What the hell is it man?" one of my men asked me

"Maybe it was a drone." the other guy said

"When I was a kid, my grandfather used to take my sister and me to this diner, the motorcar" I started "Food was crap, but the view was great, right across from the Central City precinct. O still go there, I listen to their radios, I learn their response times. There are 40 banks in Central City, each of them within 60 seconds of police response. That's the advantage of hitting a moving target. Once the armored car called 911, we had 182 seconds before any cop could be on the scene" I explained then pointed at the footage "No one could have gotten there fast enough to stop us"

"But something did and you lost your cool" one of my men said to me. We started to have an argument about the rules but to be honest screw the rules. 

"Screw you. I'm out" he said I ended up shooting him.

"Well, if you're out, you're out ." I said then looked at the footage again then I zoomed in on the face

"The blur is a man, we're gonna have to up our game." I said to the rest of my guys with a smirk.
