Jisung got better sooner than we expected.

Sicheng really came through. I'm very grateful that he helped us save him.

But just as soon as he got better, we got an alert from the King and Queen.

There's a Demon Slayer going after a helpless and scared demon. But it's not just any demon. This demon was once a human, and he just got turned.

Our mission is to save him, before the Demon Slayer kills him.

So, we all quickly traveled to the specific location that Johnny gave to us.

This is The Tree of the Seven Sins.

This is where the seven of us were reborn into who we are now.

From the top of the tree, we saw someone running after another person, with a sword in hand.

A black Nichirin Sword.

That's the Demon Slayer. So that person he's chasing must be the demon.

We each got down to a lower level of the tree, and observed the two before acting.

The demon was crying while he was running, and soon tripped and fell. The Demon Slayer stopped running, and simply walked towards him.

He started crawling away, until he was blocked by one of the stones in front of the tree.

He started crying out for help, pleading for someone to save him.

Jeno suddenly jumped down and deflected the Demon Slayer's sword, preventing him from killing the demon.

The rest of us jumped down too to join him.

The Demon Slayer was apparently just a boy around his teenage years. He's not really a problem.

The demon was confused as to where we came from, but still pleaded for Jeno to save him.

"I won't let anyone get the chance to kill you. I promise"

Jeno stated.

"Are you all demons too? Thanks for coming out. This is definitely gonna boost my ranking among the Demon Slayers"

He cockily stated.

"Blade of the Gourmand..."

Jeno mumbled, summoning his blade.

"Acid Breathing... First Form..."

"Acid Breathing? You must be trying to play me for a fool~. I've never heard of that breath among any other Demon Slayer-"

Jeno cut him off by impaling him with his sword.

He moved so fast that he couldn't see him while he was monologuing.

"Consuming Poison"

Jeno's sword glowed, filling the Demon Slayer's body with his acid.

When he pulled the blade out, his body immediately started melting. He tried to stop it, but it was completely useless.

He soon died, leaving nothing behind, not even his bones.

Jeno dematerialized his sword, and returned his attention to the demon.

He looked very hungry and hurt, just like Yuta when we saved him.

"You don't have to be afraid anymore. You're safe now"

"Y-You're....a d-demon..."

He stuttered, and Jeno nodded.

"What's your name?"

"K-Kim...D-Doyoung..."

The demon stuttered once more.

"We're going to help you Doyoung. We'll help you get used to life as a demon"

Jeno helped him up, and we hurried with him back to our realm.

"This is Kim Doyoung. We killed the Demon Slayer, and brought him back here safely"

Jeno stated, giving our report to the Queen.

"Very well done. I'll take care of him for now. You all can go and get some rest. You did well"

Jaehyun smiled, guiding Doyoung to his room.

We left to go rest, but for once, Jisung wasn't tired.

"I'm gonna go sit on the roof for a while"

He informed us, before walking off.

The rest of us went to bed.

I recall that Doyoung looked very scared.

I wonder what it feels like to be turned into a demon.

I, as a sin, wouldn't know. I wasn't born into this life the same way that he was. I'll have to ask him later.

I was about to go to sleep, but I heard someone knocking on my window.

I got up and looked out of the window, only to find Jisung.

"What's up Jisung? Still can't sleep?"

"No, that's not it"

I tilted my head, tired and confused.

But I woke up completely because of his next words.

"I think I see another ghoul"
