"What were you trying to do to Keni, Jungkook?" Gi asked when Keni ran off back to the classroom.

I sighed and looked at my close friend and answered while scratching the back of my neck, "Honestly, Gi... I have no idea."

Gi sighs and walks over towards me. "Kookie, snap out of it, will you?"

"If Hoseok finds out the things you are doing then you'll be rotten meat," She continues as she kneels down and grabs something from the floor.

I looked down to see Keni's blue pen that she loves. I don't really know why loves that pen, but she did tell me that it once belong to someone who was very special to her. Then Gi picks it up and looks at me.

"Is this yours?" She asked, curiously.

I sighed and grabbed it from her. Then I lied, "Yeah, it is,"

Gi nods her head and told me before leaving, "Class will be starting real soon, Kookie. We should get back."

I nodded my head slowly and leaned on the wall just where Keni was. Then suddenly, I blushed when I remembered about the... almost kiss. I gently touched my lips and smirked.

Keni, I'll make you see that I'm a good person, and not a pervert...

"What was he thinking?!" I whispered under my breathe when I went back to my classroom.

Then I quietly sat back down on my chair and noticed some of the girls staring at me. I sighed as I laid my head on my arms on top of my table. Then I felt someone patting my head gently and hear Daeun's voice.

"Unnie, did something happened between you and Jungkook sunbae?" She whispers as softly as she can.

Then I looked up at her and groaned. "Can we not talk about it, Daeun?"

Daeun pouts and then she smiles. "Alright, I'll let this one pass," She exclaims and giggles.

Damn... I wish I had her personality.

- Lunch Time -


All throughout second and third period, I ignored Jungkook and tried to focus on what my subject teachers were saying, but my mind keeps on going back to what happened between me and him in the music room. Then when third period ended, I felt a pair of eyes looking at me. I didn't need to guess who it is since I can see from the corner of my eyes that my seatmate is the who is staring at me with a playful smirk on his lips. I had to hold myself back from punching that smirk off of his face since I am a new student and this is my first day in school. I have to behave!

Finally, the school bell rang signaling that the morning classes just ended and that lunch will be starting soon. Then I quickly left my chair and speed walked to where Daeun is at. Then I see her talking to some guy, who just walked into the classroom, and hugged him. I stood there a few feet away from them in surprise and smiled. Then Daeun and the guy both pulled away from the hug, and sees me.

"Oh! Unnie!" Daeun calls out and stands in front of me with yet another cheerful smile. "Are you hungry now? It's lunch time! Why don't you join me and my oppa?"

"Sure, I'll join the both of you," I answered back as I realized that the two must be dating, but I noticed that the boy student looks like he is a few years older than her.

Daeun squeals happily and then she drags the older boy to her side. Then she tells me, "Unnie, this is . He's my brother."

I noticed that Daeun emphasized the word brother and I almost blushed due to embarrassment. Daeun must have read my thoughts through my expression. Then I smiled in embarrassment and greeted a hello to Jaehyun, who smiles back at me. Then Daeun slips her arm around mine and said, "Alrighty then! Let's go to the kingdom of food and eat until our hearts content!"

Then Daeun did the same thing to Jaehyun and then started skipping to our destination while dragging the both of us with her.

Once we got to the cafeteria, the three of us quickly went to the short line of students before it gets long. After getting our lunch and paying for them, Jaehyun leads us to a long table where a few boy students are at. Then Jaehyun and Daeun places their silver food trays on the table and pulls me in between them.

"Boys, I'd like you all to meet SOPA's new student and the girl who found my long lost baby sister!" Jaehyun announces as the boys at the table in front of us stops what they were doing and looks at us three.

"Oppa! What kind of introduction is that?" Daeun whines rather cutely which got one of the boys to blush.

Then Jaehyun chuckles and pats his younger sister's head. "But it's the truth and the boys will figure it sooner or later," He explains. Then he looks at me and whispers, "I didn't get to say this, but... thank you."

I smiled at him and shook my head slowly. "It didn't give me any problems. Plus, that was like a year ago."

Then Daeun pulls me to sitsdown beside her before her older brother could say something to me. I looked at Jaehyun apologetically with a small smile. Then he shrugs back at me and faced the other boys in the group.

"So, you're the famous Keni Lee? The one who is quite popular for her dance covers on YouTube?" One of them asked, curiously.

I quietly nodded and wondered how the word got out in this school. Then it hit me! I forgot that this school is all about arts and design. This school isn't like the others and for a moment, I was starting to like this place, but that all changes when someone threw their juice over my head. The conversations from each tables, even the one in mine, stops and then I felt everyone's eyes on me. I saw Daeun's eyes turned a little bit different and quickly the boy, who blushed at her action awhile ago, holds onto her shoulders and whispers, "Eun, calm down." And after two seconds, Kim Daeun went back to her normal, cheerful self. After another few seconds, I looked up to see whoever threw their juice at me and gasped.

"Chris?" I whispered in surprise to see my childhood best friend.
