{Location: Starside cove}(Willow's POV)

"Steve. HURRY UP WITH THAT ORDER!" I yell at my sole employ, Steve is a freckle, pimple nineteen-year-old that had the brain capacity of a cow. He, however, is good in the kitchen, not so much with his work ethic.

"It'll be a few minutes." Steve JUST puts down the frozen burger pattie for the Mister Chen's number seven.

"I guess the puffy pot stickers found their way back onto the menu." I turn slowly not to scare off the confident fiery voice behind me. Kai stands there looking at the menu. His ninja uniform is different, more black and more fire symbols compared to his old ones.

"May I take your order?" I slowly approach the cash register and ready an order.

"Sure, I'll take two number twos, a no onion number nine and an extreme taco." Kai orders as I punch in the numbers. My eyes fiercely look for the other Ninja. Come on Lloyd. Where are you? Help me keep my promise.

"Any fries with that?" I ask as I ring up to the total. The last time I was close to the Ninja was nearly four months ago.

"Nah," Kai smirks. He definitely doesn't remember me, why'd I have to be so good at mind magic?

"That's forty-five, ninety-eight. Cash or Card?" I ask as I punch in the orders and hand them to Steve.

"Umm...Dang, it. No pockets." Kai magically pulls out a wallet from who knows where and pays the amount.

"One more thing," I know you but I had to erase me from you, your memory in order to stop my evil father from killing you. I sigh heavily, "For here or to go?"

"To go. So, are those tacos the hottest thing you've got?" Kai smirks with his flirt face.

"No, we also have a solar powered oven that reaches to 900 degrees," I inform him in a deadpan voice. Mabey..just mabey if I act like I did when I first met him, it could jog his subconscious.

"You sure about that?" Kai almost blows a smoke heart in my direction then stops himself. He's probably holding back for the poor girl he's dating now.

"Who do you think you are? The fire ninja?" I tease as horror strikes his face.

"Hey, sis." Kit sits next to Kai with a ton of school books in teal colored backpack.

"Sis? I thought you were mom and daughter." Kai comments as Steve now finishes the order from three hours ago.

"Nope. Willy's my sister." Kit opens up her sketchbook to show Kai a few things she's been seeing.

"Oh, don't be shy. Of course, I'll sign it." Kai snatches the book quickly then pulls out a pen. "Who do I make this out to?"

"That's..I'm Katherine but-." Kit holds up a green colored pencil.

"Katherine, pretty name." Kai writes something down on the inside flap. "There." Kai closes the book a slides it back to Kit.

"Next time listen to someone. And don't be a jerk to kids." I snarl as Steve puts in this order. He now notices the end of his shift coming and steps on the gas. Perfect.

"Watch yourself, I know your boss shortie." His lips look ready to say, Rosie.

"SHORTIE?" I snap. I count to ten in my head to calm down. This is no use. "I'm sorry sir. It's been a long day." I lie as a smug look takes Kai's face.

"Apologize accepted," Kai smirks as his order comes up.

"Here, have a lovely evening." I hand him a bag of mostly cooked food.

"Thanks." Kai takes the bag and runs to his buddies. The Ninja are joking together and dive into the food. Lloyd is on the further end of them. Without my consent, my feet move to him. I push through the employ exit while taking my apron off. I reach the end of the dining hall when he gets on his energy dragon and flies away.

Hi, I'm Willow. I'm taking a survey of how our services was. I mentally drop my line that I would have used to get back to Lloyd.

"I told you, Lloyd's got to come to you." Kit smiles as I return behind the counter and begin to close shop.

"I know Kit. I just..miss him." I never felt like this about anyone else.

"That's because he's your one." Kit teases, recently we've gotten pretty close and I told her more things about Fays. Now I regret that choice.

"Very mature." I roll my eyes as my shift ends.

"I'm leaving," Steven announces as he leaves the kitchen a mess.

"Bye." I roll my eyes as Steve walks into a table and a chair than another table.

"Changing topic," Kit pulls out a slip of paper, it is a drawing of a woman with bright blue eyes and blond hair. She looks like an older version of Kit, "Every time I stop drawing now, I see this person, Not from the future. I have no idea who she is."

"It's not mom." I hold the picture closer. "Mama had brown hair."

"I've been thinking, about where my powers come from. You said that Mom and Dad didn't have any. So where'd I get this?" Kit spills out many papers of various visions.

"I don't know Kit." I stop short. No. I don't want to go there. I walk around and start cleaning Steve's mess.

"But you do know somewhere we can find out." Kit cleans up her mess. "Tell me or I won't make dinner tonight."

"Fine. There's a place called the Cloud Kingdom that we could try. Only thing is, it's not in Ninjago." I sigh as I mentally start to count up how much money we'd needed to get traveler's tea. If I know Kit, she wouldn't let this go."

"Another realm?" Kit grins ear to ear, "PERFECT! And fall break is coming up too. We can go then."

"If we 'play' the lottery we should have enough by then." I smile at Kit's child energy.

"I'll grab some tickets." Kit dashes to the nearest gambling machine.

Another adventure awaits. I smile as my oven mitt catches fire. "STEVE!" I scream as the flames get bigger.

{Location: New Ninjago City}[About a week later]

"You ready?" I put on more picklock in my brown messenger bag. Kit is in next room gathering her things. I take a quick look in my chipped up mirror, I look like a grey vigilante with my light grey hoodie, grey shirt and denim pants and dark grey heels.

"I'm so excited for this." Kit is dress in a pink v-neck t-shirt and magenta cargo pants, on her back is a teal backpack which goes with her blue sneakers that also double as heels. Fighting in heels, she took a page from my fashion statement. Kit also wears a dagger on her right hip along with a short stick along her left cafe.

"Good. But put that energy to your guard, Cloud Kingdom may sound nice but it is filled with dangers." I fix her armor on as the doorbell rings.

"Here's a package from Steep wisdom." A purple dressed mailman hands me a package.

"Thanks." I smile and close the door. "I'll make the tea, you can do my hair." I smile as her face lights up and she runs to get her hair ties. Moments later my hair is in a long french braid that still covers my ears, and the tea is bubbling ready.

"SO, how does this work?" Kit jumps with giddiness as I pour the tea onto the floor.

"Just stay close to me." I hold her hand and jump through the portal with tan trimming. On the other side is a young monk who meets us and bows.

"Welcome to the Cloud Kingdom. We've been expecting you." The monk straightens up with a painted smile on his face. "I am Oliver." Oliver is on the more youthful side and his blonde hair that's tucked under his brown hood. His clothes are mostly brown and white but he has several pockets filled with black quills.

"THIS IS COOL!" Kit screams,"I'm standing on a cloud." Kit jumps to see if it would hold her weight.

"I see you brought a seer with you." Oliver bows deeply to my sister. "Please follow me, you must have many questions..." Oliver has a knowing smirk in his eye, "White Rose." We follow Oliver throughout the Kingdom. Kit is amazed by all the flying boat and floating structures. "As you can see," Oliver points to the main building, "We have many things going for us. And therefore can't have distractions."

"So no art?" Kit pulls out a crumpled piece of paper of the women she showed me.

"I'm afraid not. May I see that?" Oliver holds out his hand. Kit gives him the paper. "Ah..I remember her."

"You know this woman?" I raise an eyebrow as we approach a dizzyingly tall tower.

"Yes." Oliver hands back the paper, "Her name was Destiny. And she'd be incredibly proud of her child." Oliver looks at Kit with an amused face.

"But I'm from Ninjago." Kit protests as confusion sets in.

"It's kind of complicated. Please sit." Oliver points to a building and opens the doors. Inside is a small living room with white cushions.

"Nice setup." I keep my eye on Oliver as he's completely focused on Kit.

"As I said, I've met Destiny. She was a Master Writer that lived for a very long time." Oliver sits close to the window as I chose a small love seat. Kit skips and sits into a white chair. "She had a talent for seeing the future and determining if it was worth it or not. However, she got in some hot water with Writing Council for choosing a prophecy person on her own." Oliver smiles like this is a fairytale," She chose you Willow, to be the White Rose. And for Lloyd to be the Green Ninja. The members were furious at this. Most of these decisions were determined by a vote. When that didn't happen and Destiny wrote it into history. She had a week of banishment to Ninjago. This happened nearly elevon years ago." Oliver waves his hand and some tea appears in his hand.

"So what happened next?" Kit asks with peak interest.

"Destiny met someone by chance. He's called Krux and is also known as a hand of time. Things got hotter more into the night and the next morning, Destiny had found that Krux left her alone...and pregnant." Oliver sips his tea. "When Destiny returned, she came back very different. She was mad at the council for rapidly dismissing threats like the Overlord or letting the devourer bite Garmadon, then leaving people like the Ninja to clean up. The council decided to put her to death for her insubordination. I vote against that but Fenwick's vote carried more weight." Oliver had a dark look on when Fenwick is mention. "However, they knew she was pregnant and decided to let the child grow and live. Nine months later, you came out." Oliver looks at Kit as her face flows between confusion and amazement. "The council looked into many families and decided to settle for the Paulins. I carried your sweet little body to Ninjago and had the couple adopt you and raise you as their own."

"So Mama and Papa knew. Why didn't they say anything?" I ask as a frown crosses my face.

"The council threatened them, that if they ever told a soul, they'd make their children's fates more horrible." Oliver looks red with anger.

"So..I'm adopted?" Kit stutters as her voice reviles her acceptance of the fact.

"Yes. But Krux is still alive in Ninjago. However, his fate is to become a bad man. I won't recommend going to him." Oliver waves and the tea disappears.

"You've still got me Kitkat." I get up and hug Kit as the news sinks in.

"And will for a very long time. Destiny made sure of that. Speaking of which, come with me, your mother left something for you." Oliver gets up and walks quickly up the stairs. Thirty flights later he stands in front of a bamboo door. "While Destiny was being held here, she used her gifts and wrote a letter to you for this day. She also left a special sword similar to your abilities and to protect you." Oliver opens the door to show off a very shiny bronze sword with a guard over its handle.

"It looks amazing." Kit looks at it with envy.

"Go on. I have to slow someone down. Good luck." Oliver walks down the hall as Kit picks up the sword.

"There's something here." Kit unscrewed the handle and pulls out a piece of parchment, then screws it on and places the sword back.

"Let's read it later," I feel the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. Someone is coming.

"Look at that." Kit points to the sword, our reflection shows Lloyd with pale skin and black hair behind us then the wind starts wiping my hair but we're outside on the balcony and two guards close the doors. Where'd they come from?

Little hairs on the back of my neck stand up higher, I grab Kit and walk through the other door. Kit is forced to leave the Sword as the air pressure doubles. I direct her out, in there is too small for a good fight, we walk out as two guards appear at the doors. "I have a bad feeling about this."

Then the bamboo doors open behind us but close before I can see who went in. "Who was that?" I ask as I twist to look.

"Oh, dear." Kit's eyes are white as she blinks three times. "He's going to kill us all." Kit start pulling me as the windows twist open where the sword is.

"We need that sword." I ball my left fist as I grab my sword with my right. "Wait, who's going to kill us all?"

"We need to cut him off." Kit pulls out her short stick and jumps off the balcony. "His boat is below us." Kit tucks and rolls on the slanted roof then falls off the edge.

"KIT!" I scream and charge after her. We fall in the middle of ghosts on a purple ship.

"What do we do when people fall from the sky again?" A thick sounding ghost asks as my sword comes out.

There's a girl ghost, who opens a hatch as the wind bounce the ship so Kit and I land in it. "We get them out of here before Morro needs us."  A strictly female voice yells. Then someone asks her to sing. The worst sound in history screams as I push up the door.

"Shut up!" I scream as jump into a solid stance. My heart freezes as I look at the new figure here, Lloyd. But he has pale skin and a dark shade around his eyes. "Lloyd?"

He smiles and an evil grin crosses his face, "Who said anything about Lloyd? The name's Morro." Apparently, Lloyd went through puberty again with how thick and low his voice is.

Kit pops up next and her baby blue eyes look at the sword, "Glad I grabbed this." Kit swings her stick into the thick sounding ghost. She manages to poke holes in him but he is fast.

"The portal back to Ninjago is closing, we must hurry." The girl screeches as Lloyd/Morro readies the sword.

He looks at us and holds the sword, "Sorry, no hitchhikers." He swings and I jump back behind the mast as Kit rolls under the top deck.

"Let. Him. Go." I snarl and glare as I come in for my attacks. Kit squeaks as I see a furry monster hold the Ninja back.

Morro smiles and perfectly anticipates my next move. "You do not command me." Morro breaths in as the wind picks up. I place my left hand on his forehead and a small white light emits.

Lloyd. Feel the strength. YOU CAN fight this ghost. I peer as my hair turns white. My hand starts burning and I back off, I gave Lloyd all I had. Hopefully, it's enough.

Morro shakes his head and manages to push me down so that I fall behind the mast as he looks at something we're heading to,"The eye, perfect. Now get us out of here." Then he blinks rapidly as I jump to my feet, "WHAT did you do to me?" Morro falls to the floor as the boat flies to a portal.

"I helped the good guys." I am ready to attack when Kit screams no.

"Hold on." Kit plasters herself against the mast as a different gravity takes hold of us. We appear back in Ninjago and start sliding down a snowy mountain.

"BONSAI!" I scream as my sword fades away. I try to body slam into Morro but he let go with one hand and I fall on the mast next to Kit.

"Nice try." Morro snarls and holds his head.

"You ok?" I help Kit up as we sled down a mountain at impossible speed.

"I'm ok. We need that sword." Kit pulls out a dagger.

"We outnumber you, two to one. And we have the Sword of Sanctuary. You'll lose." Morro holds the blade up with one hand but holds his head with the other.

"Correction. There's three of us." I smile as Lloyd starts fighting Morro's possession.

"And we have backup coming." Kit smirks as the ghost with the bow steps on a board that sends us flying up and fall next to a rock.

Of course, I somehow land with my head in the snow, "Or not." I get up. Kit and I land all right, we stand up in time up to see Ninja sledding down past us. "We were this close." I moan.

"I'm sorry Willow. But we will see Lloyd again." Kit pats my shoulder. "Right now we need to get off this mountain."

"Yeah. And teach that Morro guy a thing or two about taking the people I care about." I start walking as the rocks and snow seem to stretch on forever.
