James point of view.

" Ok now tell me about your past." Lily said....she was blushing slightly.

" Aww....that blush is so cute....damn...this one blush can make my heart flutter....what is this angel doing to me" James thought.

Lily is asking about my past....I have to tell her....she told me hers....and I know...if I truly deserve her...she won't leave me even after knowing my past....she will accept me.

"I am a murderer" James said and lily gasped.

" What!...wha..what are you saying James...you can't...I mean" lily stammered.

" I am.... I don't know how I will tell you all this...it's too cruel" James said and buried his face in his arms.

" Shhh...it's ok James...you can tell me" lily said gently soothing his hair.

James looked up... directly into Lily's eyes....she didn't look away...she have him an encouraging look to start telling.

" Promise me you won't leave me after I tell you some brutal history" james said giving his little finger out and lily chuckled.

" I promise I won't leave you....ever" lily said smiling and james eyes lit up as lily interwinded her little finger with his.

" It's just that....fate plays different games with you....and the thing known is....that when you get up from the worst...you get the best." James said and lily nodded.

She clearly related to that.

" Well.... My mom...Sara Rose Black...she married Antonio Alec Rogers. I put my mother's surname with my name...cause I have no relations what so ever with my so called father....after the incident" James spat his father's name.

" My mom was forced to marry Antonio....but still she was very devoted and loyal to him. In the starting....it was all good... When I was born...for the first 4 years we lived like any normal family." James said.

" But....Antonio....he started drug dealing to earn money....he got so into drugs and gambling.... And he had close relations with the Mafia too....he earned a fortune from it." James said.

" He became ruthless..he had connection with the Mafia even before he married my mom....mom was shocked to find out his deeds....she tried to stop him but he used to curse her and used to get violent....not only with her but with time he started abusing me too" James said and Lily's eyes were wide.

" My whole childhood went like this.... School hence was quite a relief...I met Sirius there in primary school... He knew everything about my situation...I trust him alot...but in 10 grade he moved to California with his parents....and it was just about time that I joined him too" James said.

" When we were in 10 grade....I was 16...that's when it was unbearable at home....Antonio used to come home and he didn't even care about his family....he used to come home late...have an argument with mom and often ended up hurting her....and then he used to go for me....I used to prefer staying in my room....but I couldn't see mom in that state" James said...his eyes moist.

So one day... Antonio came home with his gloom and violence....this time it felt a bit too much. He was awfully drunk....he came and slapped mom....and he abused me too....I had just too much of him now....it was torture to see mm in such a state....but the next thing he did....it shocked me" James said.

Flashback.

" Antonio you have to stop all this.... It's insane....you are dealing drugs and gamble...and those mafia ...what happened to you Antonio....why are you being like this!" Mom said.

" SHUT UP WOMAN!" Antonio roared and slapped mom so hard that she fell at the foot of the sofa.

James was standing shaking with fury there....he rushed to his mom and supported her.

" Will you quit beating and abusing us....you filthy man!" James shouted.

" Oh look who decided to speak up...little James Rogers" snarled Antonio.

" Oh yeah....I'm not James Rogers anymore....I am James Black...you are not and will never be my father" James said angrily.

" You are quite right....you were such a big mistake... A big disappointment you are" Antonio said and slapped James across his face...his lip bleeding.

" You are both standing in my way to money...I will find an you both....you both are nasty pests between me and my money" Antonio said madly and from the pocket of his suit....he took out a gun.

" You shall never harm my mother neither me you beast...you asshole" James said and stood up.

Don't you dare talk to me like that....now you see how I kill your mother Righton front of your eyes." Antonio said pointing his gun at mom

" After you both are gone....I will marry another beautiful lady...you both are disappointments." Antonio snarled his fingers now on the trigger.

" NO...DONT YOU DARE YOU BASTARD!" James roared and with and agile kick on Antonio's right hand....the gun he was holding feel on the ground.

James rolled and held the gun firmly in his hand and pointed it at Antonio...his hands shaking a bit.

" Till now you have tortured my mom and me....if it was only me then I would have not done this....but you have crossed the line by hitting my mom repeatedly.... The police are looking for you...that's why you have come home after such a long time....you can't fool me...you don't deserve to live" james said.

He closed his eyes....and with shaking hands he pressed the trigger.

BANG!

Antonio Rogers....was dead due to his evil deeds.

Both lily and ja es were looking at the horizon now...it was nearing evening.

Both shocked yet relaxed to let out the fury they had in their hearts for years.

Lily tired to James..

" What happened then?" She asked.

" Then ...well....Antonio's men came looking for us...and they were chasing us...but me and mom....we escaped the house with most of our belongings and enough money..." James said.

" We were on a run from his men....we had to call the police but there was no phone at the house...there was no airport or train where see lived....as Antonio chose a quite and secluded place." James said

" So we had to run and run....and we reached Texas which was the nearest town....there Antonio's men were still tailing us close....if it had not been that kind lady who gave her phone to call the police and get us a cab to the airport....we would have been caught by Antonio's men..."

"so we called the police from the airport and they found Antonios body and his men were arrested the money he earned illegally was given to the government....and a part which was legal was given to me...it helped me with buisness....."

"from the airport we moved to California where my mom lived before marriage...there we lived in our own house and my mom's mother...my grandmother also lived there....there I joined Sirius again in the same school...and life started taking a good shape since then....as I got high grades in everything then I moved to new York to start my buisness with Sirius..." James said.

" Wait a second....you said that there was a lady who helped you....where were you at that time when she gave you her phone?" Lily asked.

" Umm...I don't really remember how the lady looked...I was in a rush...but if she didn't helped me I would have been dead probably....I guess at that time...in Texas...I was at...um...near a cafe...called...oh yeah....I got it....it was cafe hope at" James said but was cut out by lily.

" At number 11 Texas main road near future cinema complex!" Lily said to herself and then looked at James directly in his eyes.

And then the realisation hit him!

THE ANGEL WHO SAVED HIM WAS...WAS LILY HERSELF!

Flashback

" Come on mom...please keep strength...they might catch up with us anytime soon" James said and held his mother's hand as they continued to run.

James lip was bleeding and he had a cut on his cheek...his mom was weak due to the shock

They both ran and reached the main Street of Texas...

It was deserted as it was quite late at night.

James saw a pretty girl with long brown hair and mystifying eyes coming down the way ...he couldn't really see her face due to the darkness..also she was wearing a hoodie...but her eyes shone like stars.

She seemed to be coming from a nearby cafe...cafe hope...

James rushed to her with helplessness in his eyes

" Please help me...I desperately need a phone...to call the police...me and my mom are being chased..please help us" James pleaded.

" Ofcourse..here you go" the lady immediately took out her phone and dialled the police....James told them everything and said that they were on the way to the airport to California...for questioning they should meet at California itself.

" You need to go to the airport...wait I can help" the lady said and dialled and called a cab.

The cab arrived in about 5 minutes

" Hey rob...please take them as quick as possible and as safely as possible to the airport...hurry and get in" she said looking at James.

She helped James mom to get into the car.

Before getting in James looked directly into those eyes and registered them.

" Thank you so much...I owe you my life...thank you very much" James said with gratitude.

" Hurry and get in...those people are near...I will distract them...hurry" the lady said and James got in and the car started to make it's way.

Just in the end James looked from the window to see the angel who helped him...hoping to catch a glimpse of her face.

Just as he saw...in the light of the cars headlight...her hoodie fell and he caught a glimpse of the angelic face...just a glimpse.

" Thanks a lot angel" James said to himself.

" It was you angel!....you helped me and my mom...I always wondered who that secret guardian angel of mine was!" James said with a wide smile of realisation

" It was you...!...you were with me unknowingly even when no one else was...u were with me and helped me when I was nothing!...you are my angel!" James said and with this he held lily tightly and hugged her burying his face in the crook of her neck.

Silent tears started to fall from James eyes...as he held the angel who saved him and his mother....who owed their lives to her.

It was lily....her random act of kindness... created a never-ending ripple of love.

" All my life since then....I kept wondering who u were...I even hired agents to look for you when I beame successful...but they could never find you....bit see...my angel came to me on her own!" James said.

It felt good when he called her my angel.

James took out his phone and showed a picture to Lily.

" After continuous thinking about you...you started invading my dreams....I made a drawing of you...whatever I could remember...and I looked at it whenever I was loosing hope....no wonder when I first saw you...you looked familiar to me....like you...you belonged to me" James said softly.

Lily looked at the picture and hugged James tightly.

" Thank you so much angel...thanks a lot" James said.

" See it was always right....kindness repays you in the best possible way... Destiny brought me to meet such an amazing person like you" lily said and to James pleasure....she kissed his cheek.

The sun was now almost setting down....it was near the horizon....half of it in water...blood red in colour.

James and lily were only inches apart...both of them intently looking into eachothers eyes.

The cold wind rushed through their hair...making then away with it.

The whole world seemed to freeze for James....it was only lily....she was his world...

The soothing ocean waves crashing the shore....the wind blowing through their hair...and the sun kissing the sea and about to set at the horizon....the wind rustling the leaves and the birds chirping silently....the stars now showing slightly.

The peace of the nature and it's beauty were now matching with the peace of their hearts....to have eachother.

Automatically...James cupped Lily's cheek with his hands and looking directly into her eyes he said.

" You were with me when no one else was...when I had nothing....so you deserve to be with me when I have everything...you are the most beautiful and independent woman I have ever seen.... I will support you always and help you achieve your dreams."

Saying this James closed his eyes....to feel the electric sparks that rised and his fast heartbeats which made him feel alive...his heart racing and only love and respect in his heart...

When his lips met with Lily's....the world froze and the nature witnessed that magical moment.

James placed his lips on Lily's and kissed her as the sun set from the horizon and the stars shine above them!

"The one fated to be will find it's way against the world to be with you."
