James point of view.

The beautiful car arrived in front of the Evans corporation and James and Sirius got out of the car.....

It was 5:30....they still had some time left....besides the New York city never slept.

it was nearing to the evening and everyone was getting ready to go home...but what about those who were the on a way making their homes and family?.....little did James know that who he would be meeting his home and family soon.

" Sirius for the last time get out of the car....and stop playing with the seatbelt...." James said.

" Come on Jamie....I did not know that it had a safety lock...until u jammed the breaks so hard that you were going to ruin my perfect hair.... thankfully my loyal seatbelt saved my hair." Sirius said....god why was this guy so sarcastic.

James rolled his eyes at sirius and opened the car gate and pointed his index finger towards the Evans corporation gate...

" Out" was the only thing James said.

" So ladies and gentlemen if you don't want to ruin your hair or face then please wear a seatbelt when our dear James or driving" Sirius said like a flight host.

Sirius got out finally and James and him entered the Evans corporation.

All eyes.... particularly female eyes turned towards the pair of them.

"Why are they all staring at us?" Sirius said in a whisper.

" Don't worry Sirius...they are all looking at me...why would anyone look at dogs?" James whispered back and Sirius faked gasped.

Once when James and Sirius were in high school....a small kid came up to them and told Sirius that he looks like a dogey....since then Sirius is also called a dog in animal reference.....

Surprisingly for Sirius...his personality test also showed a dog...loyal and helpful....as his soul animal.

Sirius tried to do it to prove James wrong but his plan backfired....yeah that happened sometimes.

James a d Sirius at at the reception area when suddenly James caught Sirius staring at the same girl as before.

" Isn't she pretty?" James whispered in his ear.

" Yeah she ....James what the hell!" Sirius said as he was suddenly cut out of his thoughts.

" Come-on Sirius...go talk to her...staring won't do anything....and your charm can't leave anyone unattracted to you." James said.

" Ok then I'll go and talk to her" Sirius said and got up and straightened his suit...

"Gosh... sirius grey worrying about his appearance...that too for a girl...I think I'll die" James thought and chuckled.

" Well looks like I'll have to meet the CEO alone then" James said to himself as he knew that Sirius would take time.

" Excuse me sir...." A girl wearing hot pink lipstick and a very short dress said in a sugary voice and James looked directly into her eyes ...which were not at all fascinating...and made her flinch.

"Ha...my eyes can melt a rock...no one can look into them directly" james thought.

" Sir I was thinking if I could know your number" she said in an extra sweet voice...but to James it was venom.

"Seriously woman...you don't even know me...have some self respect...learn from my angel...wait MY angel...yeah whatever" James thought....deep inside he knew that it was his angel.

" Oh I'm sorry actually I don't give my phone number to bit*hes... please understand my policy and leave me alone." James said in a cold voice that made the girl flinch and go away.

" Sir...our CEO is ready to meet you" an assistant came and said.

"Finally....I must get this deal then" James thought.

" Yes ..lead the way" James said coldly as he got up and fixed his black expensive suit...well Balck is always classy.

He followed the assistant to the elevator and suddenly he was feeling nervous....his heart was racing and he felt a deep pit in his stomach.

James always considered this as a sign that something important is going to happen..." For heavans sake it's only a meeting" James thought.

The assistant lead James to a big oak door where the letters CEO were plated in gold.

The assistant knocked the door and went inside....he came out and said.

" Sir you may go in" he said respectfully and left.

James subconsciously gulped and went inside the door.

It was a very well furnished room....with an overall look of a very modern office suit.

But his eyes were focused on the large executive table in the centre of the room.

The chair was turned back and James could not see the CEOs face....the CEO appeared to be gazing out the window behind the table ...deep in thought perhaps.

James did not know why he was suddenly feeling so weird....there were butterflies in his stomach...he was feeling like a very special person...who he had known was near...the feeling was simply unexplainable but deep.

He cleared his throat to get the attention.

It all happened in a slow motion....

The chair spined around in a swift motion and it send her long chestnut brown hair to fly from her shoulder to her back and there she was...her bright shining eyes...rosy cheeks...soft luscious pink lips...and an emiting sunrays lit face.....his angel!.....it was his Lily!

For a moment the world seemed to stop...it was freezed...and it was only James and his angel looking into eachothers eyes with some unsaid things...the surroundings had freezed...nothing was moving...it was like only they both were in some spotlight.....James felt a strange bond...it gave him a relaxing feeling in his heart.

" It is my angel" james thought...he had to fight the urge to dash upto her and hug her and tell her how desperately he was looking for her...but it was not right at the moment.

" You" james could not help himself from saying.

" You!" Apparently his angel was also shocked and they both said it at the same time.

They were looking into eachothers eyes...the beautiful rainforest eyes looking directly into the striking hazel eyes...there were some sparks all around.

James was dumbfounded...his angel... Lily..." What was she doing here?" James thought..

Suddenly the realisation hit his hard that his jaw dropped...the Evans corporation...lily Evans...the same surname...." God...I'm so stupid...why didn't I think of that!" James thought.

He was lost of words...looking into the beautiful deep blue green eyes...

"lily...my angel is the CEO of the Evans corporation....the company going straight in the way to success....that explains why Davis couldn't get much information...she must have blocked it...my angel...here!" James thought....the realisation dawned upon him..

James never imagined that a girl could be the CEO of such a leading company.... perhaps it was the pitiful mindset of the world....it's remarkable that how destiny had brought both of them together....

" Wow...I never imagined my angel to be here...be the CEO...she must be very intelligent and efficient...very hardworking and lovely....she is a beauty with brains..." James thought.

He was still looking into Lily's eyes and apparently lily was also very petrified by such sudden appearance of James.

Lily broke the silence first.

" Um..hi.. I'm Lily Evans...the CEO of the Evans corporation" she said in her melodious voice.

The sweet sound brought James back to planet earth and he blinked and then realised what all happened.

" Oh..hey..James Black... CEO of the Black enterprise...nice to meet you...again" James said not knowing himself what he was saying.

" The pleasure is all mine" lily said .

James was standing there looking at lily with some unsaid things in his eyes.

" Well won't you sit... please make yourself comfortable" lily said.

" Yeah...thank you" James said taking the seat infront of the desk.

" So....I would like to invest with your company so I thought we should talk about it" James said as he now regained himself.

" Yes ...sure...it would be my pleasure Mr Black...so I think you would like to know about....." And lily continued to explain Various aspects about the company she ran.

All the while when lily was explaining...James was paying little attention to the deal...but his attention was focused on the beautiful lips moving efficiently explaining every aspect smoothly and nicely...the was lilys hand moved and the way she flipped her long hair.

Lily was wearing tight black pants and a creme coloured blazer with a faded black top inside....she was wearing creme sandals.

While talking about the deal James learned rather sensed that how dedicated and hardworking lily was towards her job and how smart and intelligent she was...the confidence she had...and the was she looked into his eyes without any fear...she is the first one to do that.

They talked for about two hours and James enjoyed every bit of it...he couldn't help but agree with everything that lily said...it was also perfect and smart...just like her.

She laughed sometimes at some jokes that James cracked in the middle to ease out and to hear her melodious sweet laughter.

" God...I can do anything to hear that laugh" James thought.

They were about to wrap up the meeting when suddenly the door of the office opened and someone came in suddenly.

James heard that the CEOs office has strict admission rights...and no one could enter without permission...then who was this to come in the middle of the meeting ??

Both lily and James stopped talking abruptly and looked at the door...James didn't see anyone for a moment but then he suddenly saw a little body running towards his angel.

"Acee...what are u doing here??" Lily asked shocked.

Now James looked and saw that it was a cute ,small,little boy who looked a lot like lily....who was he??

" Acee...why are you here my baby?" Lily said as she ran and picked up the little boy in her arms and kissed his cheeks.

" Hey I deserved that kiss...but wait baby??..who is this boy.??...is he her son...no way...that can't happen...she is mine...the angel belongd to me." James thought... suddenly jealous of the little boy.

Suddenly a man with soft blue eyes and a well built body and handsome face came running.

" Sorry lils...ace was missing you terribly as he had not seen you for the whole day...and when I went to pick him from his playschool he insisted that he wanted to meet you...so after a lot of negotiations he ate his food and I had to bring him here... otherwise his glare would have killed me....I must say lils...our ace can make a very good advocate" the man said as he huffed to catch his breath.

" I bought him here and he directly ran to your floor and you know no-one can say no to his cute face...sorry I didn't knew you were in a meeting" he said looking at James.

"Who the bloddy hell is this guy....and who is this boy...he is cute alright but....wait is this guy Lily's boyfriend or husband?...no that can't happen...god...this cannot happen" James thought.

" Hey man...I'm Alexander Stark...nice to meet you." He said pleasantly and secretly winked at lily.

" Hey...James Black" james said.

" Ok...his surname is stark... definitely not husband then...but who is this kid then?" James thought.

" Aww...my little baby missed me...I'm sorry acee...I'll come home a bit late today but I promise to take you to the park tomorrow...ok?" Lily said...in a cooeing voice.

" Yay...the park!..." Ace and hugged Lily and got down from her arms

Suddenly ace looked at James and said.

" Who is he?" He said in a cute voice.

" Hey little buddy...I'm James and you are?" James said kneeling to ace's level.

" I'm ace Brandon Evans...nice to meewt you James" ace said cutely and James chucked as they shook hands.

" For now can you go home with Alexander then?" Lily said looking at ace

" Yes...I'll go and play with Alex." Ace said.

" Here Alex my car keys...take ace home I'll join you guys later...ask Kyra also if she wants to come" lily said giving Alex the keys

" But then how.." Alexander was saying but lily cut him.

" Just take it Alex...it's ace nap time and yes...make him cake or something for desert ok?" Lily said .

" Sure lils...come on acee" Alex said and ace willingly got up into Alex's protecting arms.

" Thanks a lot Alex...I..." Lily was saying but was cut off.

" Lils save it for the video game at home in which I'll let you win...bye and love you" he said and both ace and Alex blowed a flying kiss towards lily.

James blood boiled...he felt like throwing something..." How can he say love you so easily to angel...she is mine only" James thought.

Lily laughed and said bye.

" Sorry about that Mr Black...so where were we?..yes so as I was saying..." Lily said but James cut her in between.

" Who was he?" He asked a bit suddenly.

" Well that was Alexander Nicholas Stark... head of the finance department in my company and my best friend also." Lily said.

" Ok...he is not her boyfriend thank god...but I don't like the idea of any guy being close to angel...I'll have to look out for him" ja es thought a bit relieved and they started talking again.

" So that's all for the explaining part Mr Black....what do you think now?" Lily asked professionally now the meeting nearing to the end.

" Oh well..." James was totally lost...he had paid no attention to what she was saying except some parts...

" Well I surely want to invest in your company miss Lily." James said with a bright smile.

" Well I'm very glad to hear that" lily said her eyes dancing with joy.

" So as you know you will have to come to my office on a regular basis for the deal...do you think you can do that?" Lily asked

" Yeah sure...it will take about two months to finalize everything...I'll come here for the first month then for the second I insist you visit my company...please" James said politely....but...he said please for the first time...

Lily was changing him.

" Yes sure...that seems well enough...so is it a deal?" Lily said extending her hand.

" Of course it is..." James said smiling as he shook her hand and her touch sent sparks flying down his spine.

" Good..then let's start from Monday...I'll make all the necessary arrangements." Lily said with her beautiful smile.

" Sure...it was nice meeting you" James said.

Suddenly there was a knock on the door and Lily granted access.

Lily's assistant came in and said" mam there is a man named Sirius wanting to see sir"

" Damn you Sirius...I hate you soo much" James thought.

" Yes...please let him in...he is my bestfriend and buisness partner....he got engaged in some work so..." James said .

" Let him in Alexa" lily said...she had made Alexa her personal assistant.

The door opened to show a smiling Sirius with set hair.

He came inside but suddenly stopped looking at lily and then he looked at James and James gave him a glare.

Sirius immediately got to his knees and toes his shoelaces to escape the embarrassing moment.

" god...I thought he would embarass me or something" james thought.

Sirius got up and can e and stood beside James.

" Nice to meet you mi lady...I am Sirius grey ...the knight of the blue valley and you would be?" Sirius said in a court like tone with a mock bow.

" I'm lily Evans oh great sir...I'm the empress of the book land" lily said playing in and giving a short majestic bow.

" it's a pleasure to meet you" Sirius said and both lily and Sirius laughed while James was shooting daggers at sirius.

" Well Jamie I just wanted to tell you that I'm going as my blue valley needs his knight" Sirius said and James rolled his eyes.

" Ok bye...see you later then" James said and Sirius and lily bid goodbye in traditional British way and he went out

" You have quite a funny friend there" lily said smiling.

" Yeah actually he is quite a drama queen" James said smiling.

" Well....I would take your leave then...it was honestly a great pleasure to meet you again miss Lily..." James said and lily blushed a bit.

" She looks so cute" James thought.

" Thanks a lot Mr Black...see you soon" lily said and the shook hands and James exited the office and sighed deeply.

" Ugh...I forgot to take her number" James thought annoyed at himself.

James got out of the company building...he wanted some space to think whatever had happened.

He was still in a bit shock of finding his angel and he wanted to plan out things and calm his mind...afterall he will have two whole months to impress lily...

But then again...will he be able to invade her stone walls of the castle in the heart and be the prince charming of it?

James crossed the road and was looking for a quite spot to sit for sometime...he considered going on a drive alone but suddenly he saw a garden with benches and a few swings where some children were playing.

He sat at a corner bench and got lost in his thoughts....thinking about lily Evans...the enchantress who stole his heart....by now he knew that she was truly different and real...she was rare...she was perfect for him...

James lost the track of time...it started going darker...there were still some children playing and their mothers watching them.

He was cut out of his thoughts when he saw some chestnut brown long hair...coming towards the park...James was in a corner and hence was not noticed.

He saw how the angel came and all the little children greeted her with bright smiles.

" Hey kids...how are you?" Lily said cheerfully.

" Hey Lily!!...you came we missed you alot" a small girl with blonde hair said.

" I missed you too lisa..." Lily said kindly to the girl....and smiled at her mother.

James was watching at how radiant lily looked...

" She has such a pure, beautiful and innocent heart...gosh...I'm totally whipped" James thought.

He saw all the children coming close to lily and she whispering something in each of their ears and all of them giggling.

Lily helped all the kids on the swing and pushed it gently.

All the kids genuinely smiled at her nad lily was looking so kind and happy.

Suddenly a boy fell on the ground and his elbow got a cut...he was sobbing when lily picked him up and he Instantly relaxed.

She got a bandage out of her bag and dressed his cut...he smiled and kissed Lily's cheek.

Lily bid goodbye to all the kids...promising all of them to come soon to play with them and to bring ace too ....she waved at the mother's...and they left.

Lily was now alone and James was watching her from the unnoticed corner.

Lily say on a swing and began swinging herself....her long brown hair flying gently with the breeze.

"Wow...she looks so beautiful when she is not in the sarcastic mode or office mode" James wondered.

Lily sat there .. swinging on the swing and lost in her own thoughts...looking at the fascinating endless sky or enjoying the beauty of nature.... She was so lost in herself...untangling a tangled mess...that she did not notice that it had started to rain....

Lily's point of view.

Sitting on the swing I was thinking what all happened today.

Lily loved playing with the kids...it always helped her relax and make her happy.

Sometimes... without reason...we keep looking for some support or method of happiness or a strong bond for someone or something.... wondering who it is satisfying...but actually it satisfies our soul and hearts...to give innner peace and happiness.

Her thoughts went back when she saw the library guy James Black....she was so dumbfounded when she saw him...she never expected this to happen.

" Yeah it was getting a bit creepy when he was constantly staring but I never felt uncomfortable...I don't know why...I felt something stir...some closeness..some bond...like I knew that guy" lily thought as she looked up in the sky to see millions of stars and some clouds and the moon.

"No...this can't happen again...I can't loose myself again...though he is a nice guy...he must prove himself capable...and right for me...afterall I'm not those people who can do anything to get tangled in such things....I would like a long, stable and happy and most of all...a true relationship....my life is done with fake people now..." Lily continued thinking ...

Lily was happy when she got the deal and was looking forward to the next few months....

Suddenly the clouds thundered and lily snapped out of her thoughts unwillingly...it was a world of her own ...a happy and complete world...in her thoughts...she liked thinking...alot.

The clouds thundered again and lily was so busy thinking that she did not notice that it was drizzling lightly.

Lily roses her face towards the sky where the angels belonged and welcomed the rain to wash her face.

She sat for sometime feeling the light rain and for the rest...she got up and turned round and round ...her hair flaying with her and getting wet with loose tendrils on her face...dancing to herself...in the rain...not worrying about anything or anyone...it was just her...and the nature..... perfect.

She felt the rain touching her cheeks with the precious drops of life....nature was the beautiful form of life herself.

Lily inhaled the sweet smell of the soil ...wet due to rain....she was enjoying the beautiful nature and her heart dancing with some unsaid emotions.

It was only after sometime when she was brought out of reality...and realised that ace was waiting at home.

She had to get home...but how...she gave her car to Alex...she thought about taking a cab...but there would be no cabs at this weather ....how about calling an uber...nope...there was no charge in her phone.

The rain was getting harder and harder and Lily's outfit was partly wet...she had removed her blazer and put it in her bag.

She picked up her bag and was ready to go back to the building and charge her phone and call for an uber or Alex/ Kyra taxi stand.

She was walking towards her building when the rain got very heavy and she had to take shelter under a tree..still it was very heavy and she was going to get soaked soon.

Thinking of nothing but just tired by the busy and usual and boring city life...she sat on the footpath and waited for the rain to slow down.

She put her hands on her knees and her head buried in her arms....her hair now wet she fixed them with her fingers.

Suddenly the flow of the rain stopped and she felt that someone was looking at her intensely.....she looked up only to see an umbrella being held to her by......

I made this chapter like extra long ...it's 4000 words!!...I wanted to show their official meet very well... hope it was worth it.
