:Narrator: Stella would be tossing and turning in her sleep as Rachel kept her eyes on every movement she made. It has been almost a full day and Rachel had not left Stella's side as instructed but once Stella showed signs of finally coming to and starting to wake up Rachel cautiously leaned in close just to make sure.

:Stella: m-mmhh...

:Narrator: Stella finally opened her eyes slowly only to see Rachel's set of light blue glowing eyes first thing from waking up and once Stella had realized what she was looking at her face slowly turned into a light shade of red and quickly sat up from the table.

:Stella: wha-what the hell!?

:Narrator: Stella shouted before wincing in pain and quickly covered her side with her hand now groaning under her breath. Rachel sighed in relief and slowly moved her head back now turning her attention to Stella.

:Rachel: you're awake...sorry I didn't mean to startle you it just seemed like you were finally waking up I was trying to make sure...you've been out for practically the whole day.

:Narrator: Stella slowly collected herself now turning her gaze over at Rachel.

:Stella: the whole...day it's been that long it felt like only moments had passed I was having the most bizarre dream...

:Rachel: hmm...how are you feeling? any better I hope.

:Stella: more or less but pretty sore after that encounter...THE ENCOUNTER MODIUS THAT BASTARD!!

:Narrator: Stella winced in pain once again which caused Rachel to reach out and lightly placed her hand onto Stella's shoulder.

:Rachel: I know I saw it...the whole thing the fight against him well glimpses and flashes.

:Stella: y-you saw it...how?

:Narrator: Stella slowly started to calm down once she felt Rachel's hand on her shoulder Rachel sighed and slowly sat back down trying to find the right words on now to explain it.

:Rachel: I saw it through you...you're memories I think...I'm still new to this whole wave connection thing but I was able to see it through you even feel it in some cases.

:Narrator: Stella's face turned even redder once she heard about the wave connection now starting to become slightly flustered Rachel looked on in a bit of confusion.

:Stella: I...I see in that case I'm sorry you had to see me in such a state and fighting in such a way I even failed big time.

:Rachel: failed big time? What are you talking about from what I was seeing in those glimpses you actually seemed pretty cool and that snake form thing I kept seeing seemed really impressive from what I was able to see in the moment.

:Stella: it's still in development I didn't think it would strain my body that much I was only able to stay in that state for a minute at best...but modius is definitely dangerous I underestimated him the words of my father telling me if there ever was a window of opportunity an opening to kill him best to do it.

:Narrator: Rachel closed her eyes and Clenched her fist a little as she could hear the whaling screams from stella and modius's face replaying in her head like video that is until Stella reached out and placed her hand on top of Rachel's hand which made Rachel open her eyes and snapping out of it.

:Stella: thanks...for staying by my side.

:Narrator: Rachel glanced down looking at Stella's hand being on top of her own Rachel nodded and before she could speak sarina stood there with her arms crossed seemingly having a look of disgust on her face.

:Sarina: jeez get a damn room already and it looks like four eyes is finally up took you long enough.

:Narrator: Rachel quickly pulled her hand back while standing up from her seat now turning her attention to sarina.

:Rachel: seriously not the time...

:Sarina: I'm juuust saying like hell you carried her all the way home and you haven't moved from your seat until she finally woke up talk about commitment.

:Narrator: sarina laughed out with a wide devilish grin on her face but once Stella heard that Rachel carried her here she looked at Rachel then Sarina as the burning flushed look in her face was not calming down at all.

:Stella: y-you carried me here?!

:Rachel: I had no choice you were unconscious and there's no way in hell Sarina would have carried you.

:Sarina: you could have just teleported her and yourself home like how you did when mother tried giving you a hug after our fight.

:Rachel: that!!...was out of my control I didn't even know how I did it that just happened I felt cornered, closed my eyes and I was back in my room. know what I'm gonna go inform Marina and hellex that Stella woke up and I need to see more about that book.

:Narrator: Rachel moved back and gave Stella one final glance before walking past Sarina and walking out of the room.

:Sarina: don't worry I'll keep a close eye on your girlfriend!

:Rachel: for someone who's older than me your jokes are extremely childish stop yelling nonsense...

:Narrator: once Rachel had left the room Sarina had her arms crossed still having a grin on her face she slowly walked over towards Stella and slowly started to clap.

:Sarina: gotta hand it to ya you sure as hell are a killer as expected from the daughter of the poisonous nox faction ruler...Avalon...your faction's specialty is assassinations and hiding within the mist and shadows the bodies I saw out in that field I'll give you some credit I didn't think you'd be the type to take a life and as easily as you did.

:Stella: as you said I'm Avalon's daughter and is personally trained under him what's your point Sarina...

:Sarina: ohh nothing really I'm just looking out you see I can tell you're getting awfully close to my dearest little sister which is surprising...as sappy as it sounds I'm still in charge of her technically...if you have any ulterior motives just remember I will not hesitate to kill you if needed.

:Stella: is that what this is all about? A warning...I didn't expect you to be the protective type Sarina.

:Sarina: tch...I'm only looking out for a family member regardless if I've known her for a few months even if she is insufferable even if she was practically adopted into the family I don't like your group of people either but still it's my job to look after her unfortunately but that's not all I wanted to talk about.

:Stella: then what else is there and no need for threats Sarina I have no ulterior motives as a friend of hers I'm concerned about her not only the lack of sleep she gets but the headaches...when thinking about certain things in her past modius knows about her and said he was trying to draw her in.

:Sarina: and that's also what I wanted to talk about she has some serious shit she's suppressing I don't know how her life was on earth but I can firmly say it wasn't a good one from what little she's told me...to her cold gaze and what I saw within her memories when we accidentally connected.

:Stella: huh you connected with her too? Is that why you've been acting strangely around her.

:Sarina: I don't know damnit maybe and yeah I did, it was an accident at best. She was trying to get me into meditation guess our energies flowed with each other and mashed together at the same time we were...connected the waves of emotions I felt from her deep inside I haven't felt anything like it before pain, sorrow, loss and in the end I could see glimpses of her sitting in an empty room...covered in cuts and blood the look in her eyes were void of emotion just blankness it even sent chills down my spine ever sense then I've been more observant of her and I felt those annoying feelings again when she carried you here. The feelings coming from her were even more intense once you started screaming in pain she had to step out I can feel the suppressed shit she's holding inside and it's pissing me off that's why I said if you ever make her feel that way I'd kill you...not because I care or anything but because while I'm still connected with her I can feel her emotions from time to time so it's an annoyance to me.

:Stella: that's...understandable I get why you'd be concerned if it weren't for this overseer situation we would still be enemies the only thing that's keeping our factions from going to war is because of the respect our fathers have for each other but I can assure you my words are true and I don't go back on my word.

:Sarina: just as long as you understand then there aren't any problems. Aside from that you're saying this guy was trying to draw her out why?

:Stella: I don't know before I could ask I was already starting to black out but he said she doesn't belong here and he knows firoar is under her protection.

:Sarina: sounds like a damn stalker...all of this because of some mutt she saved.

:Narrator: while Sarina and Stella were in the middle of talking all of a sudden light blue flaming sparks would slowly fall down from above Stella's head before firoar appeared out of nowhere and crash lands down right ontop of Stella's stomach which caused her to groan lightly still feeling her injuries.

:Stella: o-oww....uggh....speak of the devil hey boy it's good to see you again just ease up a little everything still hurts h-haha.

:Narrator: firoar was indeed excited to see Stella again but was also quite careful on moving around on her seemingly firoar could understand every word she was saying. He barked which caused blue sparks to lightly erupt from his mouth as he started licking all over Stella's face leaving light blue streak marks of his saliva Stella laughed weakly while petting the excited hellhound.

:Sarina: that damn dog, hellhound whatever the hell it is he teleports nonstop around the mansion making messes it even ate some of the pudding I stashed i was saving for later if it wasn't for it being under Rachel's protection I would have been cooked it as payback!!

:Narrator: firoar turned its head and growled slowly at Sarina but then Stella gave a little chuckle as she rubbed the top of firoar's head.

:Stella: don't worry boy this scary psycho won't do anything to you not while I'm around neither will modius and speaking of modius how exactly do we stop him from my fight with him he's extremely strong he's immune to my poison every turn I tried avoiding him he was always right behind me I can't even sense his presence.

:Sarina: I'd like to get a shot at him but unfortunately Rachel already called it such a bummer...

:Stella: already called it what do you mean?

:Sarina: oh yeah when Rachel found you laying practically lifeless she was really pissed off even if she hardly showed her emotion but my instincts were screaming once I saw that look in her eyes...she had the eyes of a cold killer the eyes of someone who's seen death and took a life with there hands...she said she would kill him by her hands alone for what he did to you in that moment I actually believed her hahaha!!! This is getting really interesting.

:Stella: with her current development do you think she stands a chance?

:Sarina: hmm hard to say really but that dense flame like aura I felt from her in that moment I could say if she's pushed she would actually pose a threat to me if we were to fight again in a life or death situation but it's crazy how much she can adapt and learn mid battle who would have thought a human could be capable of such a thing in a world like this and her understanding of the flame itself is also surprising it opens up more questions as to why is she's able to be like that. just look at firoar she shouldn't have been able to infuse her flames into his soul but she did it on accident she meant to simply heal him and she ended up going a step further. Someone who has been in training for months of the flame sure as hell wouldn't be able to do that...but for someone who isn't "normal" that's a different story but she's still very inexperienced.

:Narrator: Stella sighed as she was thinking while still taking the time to give firoar some attention meanwhile Rachel would be speaking to Marina and Hellex about Stella's current state.

:Rachel: Stella finally woke up and said she's pretty sore and besides her injuries she seems fine from what I can see...thank you Miss Marina for treating her.

:Marina: it's no problem dear like I said as long as she's under our care I will treat her as if she were my own I'm just relieved she's recovering but it seems like I need to do more research in cases of what happened to Stella for the future I need to be more prepared.

:Rachel: and Hellex could I...see that book I'd like to see if there's anything I can help with it.

:Hellex: ah of course you can I'm still unsure on the last blank pages there must be a secret even I'm missing but im sure you can think outside of the box with it.

:Narrator: Hellex handed over the book as Rachel slowly grabbed onto it with both hands she closed her eyes and gave a little nod before she started walking Marina would turn to look at Hellex delivering a soft sigh.

:Marina: hmm...the girl's heart is still closed and distant to practically everything and everyone she may have bonded with the star that gives everlasting warmth but even I can see she still feels cold inside I want to do everything that I can for her but I don't want to come off as being too pushy.

:Hellex: I know what you mean don't worry she'll come around on her own time it's only been a few months.

:Narrator: Marina looked on as Rachel continued to walk now walking back to the room Stella and Sarina were still in. she watched as firoar was still slightly jumping in Stella's lap.

:Rachel: I'm gonna see if I can figure this book out truth be told I don't really understand some of the context within it some pages are just a bunch of symbols or writing I completely don't understand in the meantime Stella please don't push yourself too much.

:Stella: I should say the same thing to you apparently you've been busy looking out for me this whole time you haven't slept or eaten since?

:Rachel: well no not really but-

:Stella: no buts you need to take more proper care of yourself that means eating and sleeping I'll force you if needed.

:Rachel: alright alright I hear you just let me look over the book first.

:Sarina: can you not be so damn stubborn it's annoying just because I was asked to look out for you doesn't mean I need to monitor such obvious things as sleeping and eating.

:Rachel: who said you had to monitor those things I'm fully capable of taking care of myself I never asked you to look out for me.

:Sarina: yeah well tough shit since father asked me.

:Rachel: you...actually listen to what Hellex says?

:Narrator: Sarina rolled her eyes and walked past Rachel sighing loudly pretending that she hadn't heard what Rachel had just said.

:Sarina: this is starting to bore me just don't make it a damn inconvenience id rather your lack of eating and sleeping not affect you for the fight that's obviously coming.

:Rachel: straight to the point as always...well firoar please look after Stella in the meantime.

:Narrator: firoar looked at Rachel and barked out Rachel softly patted the hellhounds head before walking out of the room now walking to her room and once she finally reached her bed she would see two pudding cups with a cookie along with a small note that was placed on her bed. She grabbed the note first which only said "you owe me" with a curved "S" initial on the bottom corner of the note. Seeing this made Rachel crack a slight little smile before placing the note on her desk now finally sitting in the bed and flipping through pages while slowly eating one of the pudding cups.

:Rachel: damnit...I'm still trying to learn this writing language I've never seen anything like it before I could mostly tell what's happening in the book because it's just mostly hand drawn pictures it's like a story compiled with information not only about each faction but also previous ones that seem to have been lost in history or destroyed but I can't translate it well still.

:Narrator: Rachel sighed while flipping through the pages and taking occasional bites of her cookie that's when she ran her finger tip along the edge of a page and accidentally getting paper cut. She pulled her hand back as a drop of blue blood dripped down onto the book.

:Rachel: shit seriously...hmm...what the-

:Narrator: Rachel looked closely at the spot where the blood dripped onto the page and she slowly slid her thumb across it now smearing the blood across the page to reveal hidden texts Rachel's eyes widened now thinking to herself.

:Rachel: hidden...in blood I wonder...

:Narrator: Rachel slowly lifted her hand up as a blue flaming dagger appeared in her left hand she sighed and slowly made a small cut across the palm of her other hand making her flinch a little in slight discomfort. more of her blue blood dripped down from the palm of her hand now dripping all over the page and soon the cut that Rachel had made started to slowly close up as the left over blood on her palm sizzled and evaporated into heated steam essentially healing the cut on its own. Rachel then waved her hand over the book as the blue blood spreads all around the page completely, revealing long paragraphs and soon her eyes glowed bright blue she could see the words shifting from its original language into a language she was able to understand she slowly started to read out.

:???: "through my long years of research dealing with the knowledge and understanding as best as I could of the primordials the being of eons who made our reality it's not what it seems...the day of judgment will come all will soon be destroyed I have had a dream and constant visions of the same thing...constant flames burning the shadow of it the primordial of the flame, sozo I may have written this book but the idea is not my own...these visions are not my own it is the will of sozo they have told me to create this book for it will serve the flame well only the one destined by the flame will understand that is why I kept these pages a secret hidden within the blood until the day of the destined flame may appear...my son Hellex keep this safe no matter the cost."

:Rachel: the destined flame...sozo is the one who gave the idea for this book to be written but...why-

:Narrator: just before Rachel could utter another word she felt a sharp pain run through her head a headache far worse than the ones she's experienced before she winced in pain and quickly placed her hand on her head breathing heavily. Her eyes flashed like a blinker in bright blue she heard a familiar voice...a voice she has heard when fighting Avalon.

:Blazing Star: the time will come. being guided by the flame this far destined flame ashes bind to the soul the truth will unveil in due time.

:Narrator: just then Rachel started to see glimpses of the flame the sky raining in ash as the stars are set ablaze a cold sweat ran down the side of her head but instantly evaporated into steam she stood up feeling dizzy that's when she started hearing voices outside. She stumbled towards the window while her vision had become blurry she could see two shadow figures that she was very much familiar with. She didn't hesitate to climb out of the window leaving the book on her bed she huffed trying to catch her breath as the shadowy figures moved away Rachel jumped up immediately taking flight but was very much unstable in the air. The longer she kept her gaze on the shadow figures the more the images of her parents flashed in her mind until she fell from the sky completely from losing focus. She groaned while in the forest of flaming trees she stood up slowly and started to run towards the voices slowly catching up and she shouted.

:Rachel: MOM...DAD!!

:Narrator: Rachel stopped once she had finally caught up and she continued to breath heavily while her vision was still blurry she looked ahead to see the two shadow figures slowly turn around only to fade completely as she heard a man's voice.

:Modius: apologies child...they are not with us.

:Narrator: Rachel looked ahead as modius would be standing there with his hands behind his back it took Rachel's eyes a moment to finally register now being able to see clearly her eyes widened and she automatically knew who was in front of her as the constant flashes of his face appeared in her head and the whaling screams from stella pushed her to the edge. The ground beneath Rachel's feet cracked and without hesitation she immediately rushed at modius with incredible speed that shattered the spot from where she was standing and scorched the ground she clenched her fist and threw a devastating punch that made a loud shockwave the ground beneath Rachel and modius had shattered creating a small crater. Dense blue heat waves emanated from Rachel's body but modius stood still not moving an inch but only his hand catching Rachel's fist. Modius slowly smirked seeing heat flow over his hand he indeed felt the strength and impact of such a devastating punch.

:Modius: my my...you indeed are strong your development is rapidly increasing you've only been here for a short period of time you really are a dangerous child.

:Rachel: you...you hurt a friend of mine...I'll kill you!

:Narrator: Rachel's breathing had slowed down but was still feeling a bit fatigued and she slowly pushed her fist forward now driving modius's fist back but his grip around her fist tightened.

:modius: oh I believe it I believe you do intend to kill me I can see it in your eyes but I came here to make a deal child...give me the hellhound and I'll spare you and your friends lives i do not wish for further blood and death on my hands but for my dream I will make an exception.

:Rachel: you think I would make a ridiculous deal like that you must be out of your mind!

:Narrator: Rachel pulled her fist back and attempted to deliver a side kick one modius blocked with his four arm. The power behind the kick was stronger than the punch and on impact made blue flames burst out which turned the flaming green grass mix with the color of blue, modius placed his hand outwards and a blast of dense darkish winds blasts Rachel back far eventually slamming her back into a tree. Modius slowly walked towards Rachel she could feel intense pressure slowly pushing against her while her back was pinned against the tree she could barely move at this rate.

:Modius: stubborn one...I'm a reasonable man Don't you want to know what really happened to your parents child.

:Narrator: Rachel clenched her fists but once she heard about her parents she slowly unclenched her fists as her face seemed to soften and she was hesitant to speak for a moment.

:Rachel: my...parents what are you talking about...

:Modius: peaked your curiosity hmm...I know about your parents I know a lot about you in fact why not think of my deal once again give me the hound...I'll spare you and your friends life and tell you what you wish to know about your true parents so will you think about my deal?
