"Nu, thungitiya?" Anika said, tracing her fingers on anu's nose.

"Hmmm.." Anu hummed.

"Nu, I and squirrel became friends and he took me to his studio." Anika said, moving closer to anu.

"Yes, I know." Anu said, simply.

Anika looked curious.

"How you know ?" Anika questioned."That idiot shanky must have told you. Seriyana loosu Avaaan." Anika mumbled.

"Hello, Excuse me. What did you just say?" Anu asked, lifting up anika's chin using her index finger.

Anika grinned widely and looked at anu, innocently.

"He brought coffee for you and then you played with zhulu in his studio and most importantly you gave this ribbion to him." Anu said, with a smile on her face.

Anika quickly sat up straight, leaning her back towards the bed cot. She grabbed the ribbion thread from anu's hand and turned upset.

"Nu, why did you take this from squirrel. I gifted him this. Now how will I tie this on his hand again ?" Anika said, sadly.

"Hey niku! Relax, calm down.I got it from him just to tease you with it. You can tie it on his hand tomorrow." Anu said, politely.

Anika was frustrated seeing the ribbion thread in anu's hand. As she made it by her hands she doesn't like anyone taking it away from the person to who she have already given it to.

Anika looked at anu upsetly. Anu got up and moved closer to anika, embracing her.

"I'm sorry da. I just wanted to play with you. It has been days I kidded around with you. Didn't ani tell you to visit his studio whenever you like? Then, go to his studio tomorrow and tie this ribbion." Anu said, concernedly.

Anika's face slightly shined with smile.

"And one more thing, if you don't have money ask me okay? Don't deny to ask it from me. I can't see you getting money from others. I'll feel guilty if you beg for money." Anu said, a little emotionally.

Anika shrugged her shoulder and smiled. She took anu's words casually and didn't bother.

She doesn't know how to take a matter into a serious one. Anu felt so bad when she heard that anika was helpless with no money.

"Appo yennaku lollipop vangithaariya?" Anika said, smilingly.

Anu smiled at her, nodding her head meaning yes. Anika turned happy and hugged anu tightly, with all her might. Anu wrapped her arms, caressed her back.

"Nu, I want to hug you and sleep." Anika said, near to her earlobe.

Anu broke the hug and looked at anika, with a reassuring smile. She nodded her head for approval. And both of them drifted to sleep hugging tight.

Anika likes to sleep close to anu and never leave her by any means. Anika slept off holding anirudh's ribbion thread, tightly in her hand.

The next day, The journey seemed long although it just took 15 minutes. Anika was excitedly sitting in the bus, on her way to Anirudh's Albuquerque.

She wanted to go there again as she felt all happy yesterday being there. Anirudh made her happy, indeed.

The whistle sound from the conductor was heard and Anika quickly jumped out of the bus.

"Lemme check if I brought lollipop today" Anika said to herself while opening her bag.

She nodded jovially like a kid when she could see three lollipops in her bag today.

"Anil! Anil!" Anika called out for Anirudh loudly.

When she finally reached the main gate of his studio. An unfamiliar muscular man came and approached her.

" What do you want ? " he asked.

"Anil yengaa ?" Anika questioned back.

"There's no one called Anil here." the man replied.

" I mean, Anirudh " Anika responded, gazing on the floor.

"Anirudh sir is off to Hyderabad " the guy answered. who looked like the security guard.

" Uh huh ? " Anika mumbled, quite shocked. " Paravala " she said and walked away from his place sadly.

"He told that I can come whenever I want but he won't be here. Chaa" she complained like a kid.

Just then, anika decided to go visit anu in her hospital. Quickly, she went into a route bus which was standing at the stop.

In about few minutes, anika reached IIM hospital, with a shirked face. She kindly asked to the receptionist to meet her sister, Anu.

And the receptionist took her to 3rd floor to Anu's room.Anika have been to anu's room many times, so nothing seemed exciting to her.

Anu was busy with a call, as soon her eyes glanced at anika coming inside her room, she pretended to act normal.

Anika creek opened the door widely, feeling irritated. She didn't utter a word, pulled out a chair and sat beside anu, layed her head on anu's lap. Anu was quite astonished with anika's act.

"Hey! Niku, what's wrong ?" Anu asked, concernedly.

"Squirrel went to Hyderabad without informing me." Anika said, in a low voice.

Anu looked at anika, bluntly.

"I thought I'm his close friend and he told me to come to his studio anytime I like to but why he didn't tell me that he is going to Hyderabad." Anika said, rubbing her nose.

"Niku, he must have got an urgent work so he might have not had time to inform. Well, first do you even have a phone for yourself?" Anu said, caressing anika's hair.

"Adhaan un phone irukae. Avaan unnaku call panni yen kittah solli irukalam la." Anika said, straight forwardly.

"You're trying to be smart?" Anu said, raised an eyebrow.

"I'm smart enough." Anika said, fixing her collar. "But now, I need squirrel. I need to tie this in his hand." Anika said, showing off the ribbion thread.

"He will be back tomorrow. Don't worry." Anu said, politely.

Anika wasnt satisfied with anu's words. She was so dam excited to meet anirudh and spend time with him but then everything went down out of her expectations.

Anu was pretty surprised to see anika being sad for the very first time. She isn't a person who easily turns upset or sad. But anirudh had made anika to feel sad for him.

"Niku, did you visit your friend abi in the child ward? She have been asking about you to me. Go, visit her I'll come and join you all." Anu said, smilingly.

"Oh yes! Achoo I forgot about her. Naa poi avaa kuda vellayaduren." Anika said, leaving the place excitedly.

Anu smiled and peaked at anika if she had gone to the child ward. As soon as anika entered that ward room, Anu got back to her seat, held her phone and kept it on her ear lobe.

"Ani.." Anu said, unsurely.

Anirudh and Anu was already in call, before anika reached the place.Anu had to pretend normal to anika with this as she wasn't willing to make her throughout the day.

"Yeah, Anu tell me." Anirudh said, in a brittled tone.

"Wait ? Did you cry ? Why is your voice changed ?" Anu questioned, curiously.

"Hey! Naah, no I didn't. I'm fine." Anirudh said, hesitatingly.

"Come on Ani. You can't hide anything away from us. Anika made you emotional right? Didn't she ?" Anu said.

"Yes, she did. I must have called you last night itself and informed her but I don't know how I forgot to do it." Anirudh said, earnestly.

"And you made her to feel for you. Do you know even how was her reactions. Im quite surprised ani, you both just became friends and she is attached to you this much." Anu explained.

"This is a very big gift for me to hear this from you anu. I could clearly see that she feels happy to be with me. Just for my girl, i will be back to chennai tonight itself." Anirudh said, smilingly.

"Reach safe and surprise her. Avaaluku konjaam aah un mela kovam iruku." Anu said, with a smile on her face.

"Sure and don't tell her that I had called you. Take care of everything anu." Anirudh said.

"Definitely, I will not ani. Don't worry and take care of yourself too." Anu said,  happily.

After that, Anu and Anirudh hung up the call, carried away with their own work. Anu had planned to take Shashank out for a dinner, since it has been weeks both of them have gone out.

Anika voluntarily joined anu for dinner. Shashank didn't hesitate nor hated to see anika to be with them. He always loved to see anika's company with anu.

Anu, anika and shashank reached Hotel Hayyt Regency at Anna Saalai, chennai.  They entered the hotel and took their reserved seat, in the corner.

Anika sat opposite to anu and shashank, quickly grabbed the menu card in her hand and looked at it sincerely.

"Anu, I want one chocolate ice cream." Anika ordered.

"Niku order something you would like to eat. Like meals maybe ?" Shashank said, sweetly.

"Yennaku ice cream poodhum bubu." Anika said, smilingly.

Shashank blushed, fixing his gaze at the table. He feels awkwardly funny when anika mentions him as bubu. Because that's his nickname from anika.

After about few minutes, their orders arrived on their table, anika was dam excited to have her ice cream to cool down her tummy.

Just then, she felt an arm behind her shoulder. She shirked her face and turned around, with a disturbed look.

And her eyes blunted away.
