Anirudh's POV (Day 2 in hospital!)

"Ani, chief doctor agreed to discharge anika. I seriously wonder why he's so reluctant when she's quite alright. Forget about that, you takeher home back around in the afternoon." Anu said, putting her both the hands inside her laboratory coat pocket.

"Thank god he agreed anu! If not it will be hard for me convince anika. Alright, mom informed that she's on the way to visit her. So we will leave along with mom." I said, in a husky voice.

"Thats great! Take care ani, don't forget that anika has her physiotherapy in two days and give medicines for her on time, especially the tablet which I mentioned." Anu said, in a strict tone.

"Don't worry anu! I will take care of her like a little kid and do all the needs." I said, with a smile on my face.

"I know you will, but still be cautious." She said, crossing her fingers infront of me.

That care, love and affection effected on her face brightly as she was that keen on with her words.

"Okay ani, I gotta go! I have a cardiac surgery to attend. You take care of everything I will come and see anika soon if I get time after the surgery." She said, rushing her feet off.

I gifted her a normal smile and walked out the room as soon she left. With no longer feeling of distressed or anxious, very pleased to be I went up to see my lollypie, with a smile crept on my face.

Pulled the door to enter in and found the women behind all the drama's, Nitya with my mom talking with anika. In seconds my face expressions changed, I can sense my pressure raising and flaring up on my face.

Why the hell she's back here? Surely, she's here for something with a brilliant plan, cleverly she came with my mom so that I won't ask anything? As Each second pass I hated to see her in this place, feel like push her out of here harshly.

"Aiii, Anil is here !" A sweet feminine voice echoed into my ears, stopping my thoughts as a smile crept appeared on my face naturally.

Everything fades away the moment I glance at my lollypie.

"What did the doctor say da?" Mom asked, politely.

"He gave some medication list for anika and agreed to take her home." I replied.

"Yayy! Finally I'm going home!" Anika exclaimed, exhilarated.

I smiled broadly looking at the way she was enthusiastic to leave the hospital like a kid.

"Okay then, I will go down finish with the formalities and bills. You be with anika here and make her to finish the juice." Mom said, passing me the juice cup to me and looked calm.

"Hugh, aunty its time for me to leave too. I will just accompany you down." Nitya,interrupted in between. "Bye anika, take good rest okay." And a bid bye to anika.

Glad, but I find something fishy by her withdraw. Taking the chance I decided to meet her in person and know what she have planned. With a hope that she didn't tell anything about the dramas.

"Niku, you have this juice I will just be back. Need to buy few medicines for you, will go catch mom and tell her this." I said, in a rushed voice and left the room quickly.

"Okay ani" She uttered.

I had no time to look at her back and reply for her okay because I actually lied, mom already know that medicines needs to be brought, but I had no other way!

To my utter surprise, Nitya stood nearby to the elevator with an evil smirk on her face, crossed her arms around her chest.I calmed down my steps, threw a flared look at her and sighed inwardly.

"Why my mister look so boiled up? Chennai veyil oodhukalaya mama? Indhaa face unnaku sathiyama set aagala." She said, nonchalantly.

I didn't respond anything!

"Oh I understand ! Anika kitta naa yenna sollivechi irupen nu bayandhutu irukiya mama?" She said, in a wicked sense of humour and moved closer to me.

"Don't worry! I didn't say anything for now but soon the untold stories will be shown out to anika. I'm just planning it step by step. Your girl reacts to everything so childishly and dumb. So easy to handle for me." She continued, moved closer to me until her body hit my waist.

I calmly stood listening to all her dramatic craps.

"Leave that, aside. Mama yeppdi irundhuchi yen entry athai kuda? Yennaika irundhalum naa avangaa maarumagaa adhaan indhaa nalla pulla naadipu. Idhuvum nalla thaan iruku." She said, caressing my collar bone with her fingers, irritating me.

"Take your hand off me and move! You have no rights to call me mama. Who are you to me in the first place? Didn't I mention already that our cousin relationship is died. Do whatever you can, but don't imagine that you'll succeed unless I'm there to trash it. And anika is not that dumb, she knows what's wrong and right I have taught her well. She won't believe you unless it's said by me." I said, earnestly with an angered look.

She chuckled like an idiot, nodded her head and sighed.

"Laugh, laugh how much ever you like to. In one or two days you will go to the place where Rohit is going and why are you stressing yourself on this too deep. Just go and get a life girl." I said, crossing my fingers infront of her face and turned back to leave.

She didn't leave any word after that, immorally she left the place with a starred look. I didn't stay any longer there and walked back to anika's ward room. I was so damn pissed by her acts. The time has come to show everyone who she actually is.

Taking a deep breath and letting it out, I went inside the room and saw my lollypie sitting on bed in a crossed position and her legs down, trying to get out off the bed.

"Baby, I'm back! Niku, ready to.. wait what are you doing?" I said, with an uncertain look.

"Ani ahaan.. where is anu? Is she busy ?" She said, in a quavered voice.

"Yeah she's in operation ward. Why baby? Do you want to see her ?" I said, holding her waist tight and making her to sit comfortably. Yet with a concern.

"Nothing ani! Hmm.. is there any nurse available at the lobby outside? At least a lady worker?" She said, hesitatingly.

Lady worker, this hit me hard into my mind. I wasn't certain why she's asking about lady worker out of the blue?

"I don't see anyone around! What's wrong baby,tell me. Are you having any pain?" I said.

I can sense that she has something to say but not letting it out clearly. She was trembling in one kind of nervousness, like so urgent! I suspect if she was having any pain under her stomach or anywhere.

"No pain all! I.." She said, fixing her gaze at a point of the bed.

"Tell me ?!" I said, tuned her face to face me.

"Un kadhula sollata ?!" She said, pointing her one finger near to my ears.

I smiled and moved closer to her, turning my body in side and her lips met my ears.

"Yennaku.. Yennaku ba-bathroom use pannanum." She said, unconcernedly.

Now I understand, what she was so anxious about and wasn't certain to say it to me. I looked at her from corner of my eyes, she faced down feeling so twitchy, what would I think about this. Could see it so clearly the way her eyes moved in tremblingly.

Without leaving any word, I just lifted her up in bridal style and walked towards the bathroom with a smile crept on my face. She looked at me shocked as her eyes bulged.

"Heyy! What the hell are you doing?" She jerked and panicked, not sure what I was up to.

"Shuhh!" I said, in a strict tone and reached the bathroom.

I slowly placed her in the cubicle, making sure that she doesn't get hurt more. As there was no one around to help her inside, she nodded her head so confidently that she will take care and hummed giving a signal for me to leave, indirectly.

"When you're done call me, I will just wait outside." I said, in a low tone.

Quickly, left the place closing the door and just waited. In a while I heard, creepy sounds of the buckets and mugs falling down. I was so sure that she isn't able to make it up. I chuckled and stood outside, waiting for her to call me.

"Ani.." She voiced out, slowly.

"Done? Baby why did you get up, in there to help you right." I said, in a very concerned voice as she stood on her one leg, placing her hand on the wall for support.

"It's okay! Carry me and pu-put me in bed." She ordered, sheepishly.

I smirked and carried her back to the bed and cross-eyed at her looks. She was still facing down clutching her duvet by her hand, feeling so weird.

"Yen munjiya vida andha blanket la yenna iruku nu adhae padhukutu irukah?" I teased, sarcastically "En naa paaru." and cupped her face to look at me.

She looked into my eyes and looked down, with a blush on her face which was brightened up, making me to smile.

"Someone is blushing!" I said, giving tickles on her abdomen and laughed.

She giggled, as her cheeks were burning so red with blushes and rested her head my chest.

"Who am I to you ?" I whispered.

"My lovable, handsome hubby." She replied, with a confused look for my question but her voice sounded bright.

"So,lollypie you shouldn't worry much about this or feel weird about it.Look, It's my responsibility and I'm doing it as good husband to you. I don't feel any wrong in this.Naa unnaku pannama veraa yaaru unnaku panna poora?" I said, holding her cute baby face with my hands. "Do you get that ?" I voiced a little sternly and dashed my forehead with her.

Instantly, a smile crept appeared on her cheeks. Those dimple under her bottom lip which drives me crazy.

"I love you." She said, pecking a kiss on my bottom lip.

I was taken back away by her act. Blushingly, I wrapped my hands around her and kissed her back on her bottom lip. Feeling so thankful to have her in my embrace.

"Machan, All set we can leave aunty is waiting downstairs. And that Nitya.. Shobaah indhaa love birds aah konjaa neram thaaniya vittah poodhum, yelladhiyum mudichiduvanga." Iyappan bursted into the room, opening the door wide.

"Thaadimaadu !" Anika murmured, resting her head on anirudh's chest.

"Naa thaadi maadu'aah! Right, onnume theriyadhaa papaa maari naadikiri'yae Appo unna yenna nu solldradhu?" He questioned, having his hands on akimbo.

I got up from the bed to take the packed things and hand over them to iyappan. I bit a laugh at their childish acts.

"Papaa!" Anika said, placing her one hand on her flat stomach and smiled.

As my eyes glared at it, I went stiff I wasn't sure why she said that placing her hand on her stomach but I didn't want her cook up thought and question me about it.

"Deii, Iyaps shut your craps and take these things down. We both will come down in a while." I said, gritting my teeth and voiced at him sternly.

"Ani, but nit.." he protested.

"Just go down!" I replied.

Immediately, he left the the room taking the things I handed over him. And I delivered a reassured look at anika, caressed her hair.

"Ani, Iyappa came to say something. Why you didn't let him talk?" She asked, with a voice full of innocence.

"I know what he was going to say. Just.. just don't mind his crap shits." I said, hesitatingly but in a causal tone.

She gifted a warm smile at me and I helped her to get off from the bed, placed her on the wheel chair. It's hard to take in that she has to be in wheel chair until her leg gets back to normal.

Right then, we exited the hospital and drove to home.

Anika's POV

Home sweet home ! Im back to the place where I'm suppose to be. Everything changed, room changed, surroundings changed and most mention anirudh's mom changed.

She cares so much for me now but I can't be so happy but a little happy I should say. Because she must have changed maybe of sympathy, that I'm in this stage. As that's the only thought keep on rupturing me from the moment she visited me at the hospital.

Thinking about this, I was relaxing myself, resting my head on the head board and suddenly a cold snores of a person hit my skin, distracting me from everything.

Obviously, it's from my squirrel my darling pablo, anirudh. He have been into the sleepless night for days and weeks just for me. Now also, he's sleeping so soundly just for me as I forced him to.

Why is he so cute? Like a baby he's sleeping, I couldn't take my eyes away from him, his messy hair still his snores were cheering me.

I smiled at myself and caressed his hair softly, making him to sleep so well. Just then, I heard my room door open as a creak sound appeared, sensing someone's entry I peaked at the door and it was anu, at the door step with an elegant smile on her face.

"Shuhhh, ani thungudhu. Disturb pannadhaa." I said, in a very low tone just audio able to her and smiled child-like.

"Alright! Come with me, someone has come to surprise you." She said, grabbing my hand.

I looked confused and gifted her a questioning look. She didn't respond me, helped me to get me and placed me to sit on the wheel chair. She rolled the wheel chair with in seconds, leaving anirudh to sleep peacefully. I was so clueless, wondering who must have come to surprise me.

More or less, I tortured her so much asking who's it, mumblingly. But she calmly smiled and chuckled but didn't answer to my question. This girl loves me to die in suspense.

As we reached the living hall, I saw a middle aged man talking with anirudh's mom, my vision wasn't that clear as I was far from the place they were at.

I neared them closer with help of anu, and my jaw dropped down in surprise seeing my appa at anirudh's residence, after the two days of visit in hospital.

"Appa! How are you? What a pleasant surprise ." I said, with a happily smile on my face.

Anu left me beside to appa and she took a seat beside anirudh's mom.

"I'm good dear. How do you feel now? Are you taking your tablets on time?" He said, caressing my hair softly with a smile crept on his face.

"Yes paa! I feel okay now. Appa, where's amma she didn't come ?" I said, and ran my eyes outside to look for my amma, enthusiastically.

"She didn't! " He uttered, in a simply tone.

I understood his face reaction which turned down as he face the other side.

"I know amma is still angry and hates me. She will never pity me or feel sad for me." I said, in a very sad tone.

"Hey Niku, don't stress yourself ma. Your appa, I'm here to see you. Smile and enjoy your life." He said, held my hand with his and motivated me.

I smiled at the way he comforted me.

"By the way, where's ani ?" He asked.

"He's sleeping paa. Sir ezhlupa kudadhunu madam strict aah order pottutangaa" Anu said, sarcastically and winked at me.

"Nu, shut up!" I said, with a pout face.

Anirudh's mom bit a laugh and left the place, anu followed her behind to eat something as she was grinning so widely in excitement.

"Haha leave her! You're happy with anirudh right?" Appa asked, trying to get my attention towards him.

"Not just happy! I'm blessed, he takes care of me so well humbly and lovingly. Till now I don't know why he shows this much love towards me and lives just for my happiness." I said, gratefully.

"That's how some boys are! Once they're in love they will never give up until their love succeed. And when they're married especially the boys who have so much of love to their girl, will show double the times of it." He spoke up so expressively and sounded like he was one of the lover boy too.

"Oh, so you experienced the true love with amma? You sound like you were like those one of the boys." I said, grinning ear to ear.

"Hahaha! Questions kekkuradhula nee Kedi. Yeah in old times those all are evergreen memories." He replied, shyly and in a chuckled tone.

No wonder, His memories are different close to my heart as I remember him telling about his love stories to me when I was little young, I'm sure he didn't know what he was talking about at that age of time.

"Haha, Appa I still remember you telling me how you got married to amma. You used to put me in sleep when I was child saying it. Soon, I will also give you a good news and you can tell the stories you have in store for my baby." I said, holding his hand tight and delivered a warm at him.

"Niku.. Definitely!" He said, emotionless.

"So, Niku its time for us to leave. I have to go to hospital again dropping appa. Take care and I will come here to see you everyday." Anu emerged in, causally in the intention to leave.

Anirudh's POV

Out of nowhere, kaththi theme played in background disturbing me from my sleep. I was sure that it's my phone ringing, continuously I crawled my hand towards the table stand and took my phone. I received the call without having a glance at the display.

"Hello" I said, in a sleepy haze.

"Ani, police caught Rohit and they arrested him." Sreyas yelled through the phone speaker.

"What? Where was he? What about yadev, his brother?" I jerked and woke up tensely hearing the news.

"He escaped! Now we have to be very careful, at anytime yadav will do something so don't leave anika alone anywhere just stay right beside her. I just called you to inform this, guess I spoiled your sleep. Sorry about that." He said, in a concerned voice.

Just then, my thoughts went on anika as he mentioned, I turned around to look for her but she was no where in my room.

"Nah, that's fine. Okay da, did the police give any other information?" I asked him, simultaneously searching for anika in my room.

"No da! They didn't say anything other than this. But ani, nitya has to be also surrendered to police but she's roaming around. What have you planned to punish nitya?" He said.

"Need to think about it sreyu! I will call you in few moments." I said and hung up the call within minutes.

All my thoughts were on anika, where she must have gone when she can't move anywhere. Hearing this news from Sreyas panicked me a lot as I woke up to see her missed.

The last time I saw her was beside me in bed, making me to sleep. I came out of my room frustratedly with a hope that she will be here but she wasn't.

"Maa! Maa! Where's anika? How did she get up and walk?" I said, raising my voice a little.

"Ani boy, relax she's outside sending off anu and her dad. Don't worry I have sent shanthi with her. Why're you getting tensed so easily these days for no reason ?" My mom said, in a causal tone.

"Nothing maa, was worried where she went." I said, shrugged my shoulders.

I was a bit relieved with my mom's utterance and sighed.

"Okay! You go freshen up and come I will make coffee for you have it with the sweet bread I made." She said.

"Okayy maa!!" I replied and made my towards the balcony.

I wanted to check if she's down with Shanthi safely and yes, she was down as my mom said. Phewoo, she's there! I said to myself and went back to my room.

Moments later, I freshened up and took a seat on the couch with a coffee cup in my hand. Just then, anika entered into the house along with shanthi. I didn't bother much as I had a plan in my mind.

"Yen anil, kovam aah iruku ?" She murmured, silently.

Damn she founded it? Is it that obvious even when I pretend to be. I mumbled! and just continued to have my coffee. Shanthi helped her to sit on the couch beside, as she wanted to.

She paired my hand with hers, placing her chin on my shoulder. I didn't look at her or utter any word.

"Where did you go without informing me? " I asked, a little sternly.

"Ani, didn't I tell you where she went? Why are you scaring her now? Pavaam daa." My mom voiced out from the kitchen.

I threw a dead glare at my mom and reminded silent. She understood it and packed herself away from the place. I turned back to anika and waited for her to give her explanation, though I knew where she went.

"Anu and appa came so I went to send them off. You.. you were sleeping so I thought of not disturbing you." She said, in a low tone fixing her gaze at the floor.

My plan is working! The way she turn down sadly is just cute and adorable. She can't understand that I'm just pretending.

"Don't ever repeat this again! If I'm sleeping wake me up inform me and then go. Don't do anything by yourself hereafter." I said, in a strict tone and leaned back.

"okay! Sorry!" She said, with a pout face.

I didn't reply anything and shrunk away from meeting her gaze. She moved closer to me and started to shower kisses all over my face without caring about the place we're at, trying to distract me from everything.

I was really surprised with her sudden move. I looked around the living hall from corner of my eyes.I couldn't control myself and I didn't know how to stop her. She was driving me crazy insanely and that made me to just go one with the flow. Her fingers and my fingers danced together, simultaneously.

A difference was seen in her, it showed like she's up to something to ask me. In no time, I was losing my control and blushed at myself as her fingers crawled up to my shirt and holded it tight.

I can't take this any longer.

In one swift moment I pulled her over to me, carefully not to hurt her injured right arm and wrapped my strong arms around her. The look she gave at me energised me like anything.

"This naughty act by you is all just to suppress me right but I don't think it was actually for that." I said, with a smirk on my face.

She bit her bottom lip and blushed, letting her fingers play with my shirt collar.

"Yen bujii, niku ku yenna venum?" I asked, pulled her more closer still my hands wrapped around her.

"Ani.. yennaku yen innum papaa vaarala? Papaa illa yaa?" She asked, straight forwardly, with an innocent look.

My hands loosened and I looked at her bluntly, at the moment I had no answer.

Long, Very very longgggg chapter! Hoping that this chapter doesn't make you all be bored off. Yet again, sorry for updating it late. As usual I was held up with works and I didn't have much mood to write the chapter.
