" I did not betray you! " he interrupts her. "Things evolved in an ugly way. I wish that in future scientists invent a lie detector so that I can prove my innocence to you. And don't worry, mistrust is equally devastating as a betrayal is. Both kill a person."

"I don't want this marriage to be broken. But my hate is too much for leaving you just like this and let you enjoy your life."
