1.It is never to late for musicals. Saying otherwise is treason. This is unless your parents say so, in which you obey your parents. (Punishment for treason: Spam)

2. If someone insults a musical, please do not start a fight, as we protect personal opinons

3. If they insult you for liking a musical, ask them to apologize

4. If they do not apologize, grab a friend and a doctor, go out, do a duel, and abide by the Ten Duel Commandments

5.All musicals deserve some praise

6. If a musical can be voted out of the UMR then we forget it, but do not make fun of it, unless the UMR officials (Pres. Vice Pres. so on) say we can

7. ACCEPT ALL UNLESS THEY ARE EVIL

9. We have votes to elect ALL GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS

10. The rest mostly followsthe U.S. Constitution + admendmants.

11. If corrected about a fact and/or lyric, you must accept your wrongdoing and move on, no causing fights about being corrected
