Out of time: In the hospital room

Olivia, Finja, Leon and Nico had their hands full. They tried to keep the sick Lila alive. The quadruplets managed this much better than in a normal hospital. But the four would not be able to hold out forever. How much longer would it be before they could start the actual trial? "How long do you think Nora's plan will take?", Finja asked the group. "No idea," Nico shrugged his shoulders. "Nora said that she would let us know when the time came," Olivia replied. "I'm curious to see how Nora has planned it all." Leon said.

After a few minutes, a soft noise was heard. The noise came from a mirror standing in the room. Its surface began to change. As if a stone had been thrown into the water. The mirror surface behaved like this and began to bulge. The small waves got bigger and bigger. Finally, it became a portal with colorful lights. Then Laura jumped out of the mirror. "Okay. Olivia, Finja, Leon and Nico. The time has come. Get Lila ready for the trial." Laura delivered the message to her siblings.

The quadruplets wasted no time and began to get Lila ready to go as quickly as possible. Then Laura flicked her hand and Lila was frozen. Lila's condition wouldn't get any worse, but it wouldn't get any better either. Not much longer and it was done. Lila still had to hold out a little longer. So far, everything had gone according to plan. Laura had to take the quadruplets off Lila's care for a short time. While Laura froze Lila, none of the hard work was lost. "I'll see you in the dining room in a moment. See you then," said Laura excitedly, jumping through the mirror again and disappearing. The quadruplets didn't wait any longer.

Nico activated his air element and dissolved. He transformed into a gust and flew away.

Leon activated his earth element and disappeared into the ground. He became one with the ground.

Olivia activated her element of water. She created a puddle and jumped into it. She melted into the water.

Finja activated her element of fire and transformed into a flame of fire. With a wild flicker, Finja also disappeared from the sickroom.

In the dining room

All 23 adopted siblings came into the dining room one by one.

Emil, Alex, Finn, Cecilia, Felix, Melody, Klaus, Luther, Ben, Diego, Sara, Sloane, Lila, came through the front door to the dining room as normal.

Thalia dashed into the hall at her vampire speed.

Suddenly, a flash appeared from a socket and a Tiara materialized.

From the light of a lamp, Sam materialized. He had made another light jump.

Luna Sam's twin materialized in the shadows behind a cupboard and jumped out. She had made a shadow jump.

Aidan simply jumped into the room with his teleport abilities.

Laura jumped out of a mirror into the hall.

Nico, who had transformed into a wind gust. Flew into the dining room and transformed back into his human form.

Leon, who had previously merged with the floor, emerged from the floor in the dining hall.

Olivia flowed as water from a faucet. Jumped to the ground and, materialized back into her human form.

The man had lit candles on the dining tables. One of the candle flames began to move wildly and started to get bigger and bigger. Then Finja appeared in her fire form. She leapt out of the fire. In midair, she transformed back and landed elegantly on her feet on the dining room floor.

So all 23 adopted siblings had arrived in the dining room. They were all waiting for the next steps of the plan.

A little later ...

At some point, Five arrived in the dining room with his siblings, only he seemed a little confused. His siblings looked just as confused. (What had happened?) (Where had Two and the twins suddenly gone?) Five had just run out of the dark room with them. (What had he missed?) (Something was wrong again.) (Just what?) (Until now, everything was weird anyway.) What Five couldn't know was that it had to do with time. Laura had manipulated time.

Nora got up from her chair, walked around the table and stood in the middle. She grinned mischievously and opened her arms solemnly. The Hargreeves siblings stood opposite her and looked confused. They didn't really know what to say. "Congratulations. I have to congratulate you. How you solved the tasks." Nora clapped her hands. But you couldn't tell if it was meant as a spot or seriously.

The Hargreeves siblings were still speechless. Until Five was the first to find his voice again. "Who are you? What do you want? Why all this?" asked Five, completely beside himself. "To make a long story short. We want to help you get back to your timeline, but there are still a lot of steps to be taken. To correct your mistakes." Nora replied. "How are you going to do that?" asked Diego hostilely. "You'll find out later. But to your first question. Who we are." Aidan began to speak. "We are the One Classics," Laura Soraya said solemnly. "Or to put it another way. The elite." added Aidan Soraya. "The what?", Klaus asked cluelessly.

One Classics – The Elite

"All right, then. You are out of time. Even the Commission doesn't reach this far. By the way, this has existed much longer than the Commission. Although the Commission is a sister company, it's not under such good management at the moment." Cecilia Soraya began to explain with a sigh.

"So us. The One Classics are an elite unit of highly skilled, trained parallel timeline guardians. We are responsible for restoring the various parallel worlds and timelines that have become confused." Laura Soraya continued.

"We are 23 adoptive siblings and come from all sorts of different parallel timelines. Not all of us are from the same parallel timeline. Except the Element Team. Mostly two to four from one and the same parallel timeline." Aidan Soraya continued.

"There are four teams in total. The Time Team. The detective team. The element team and the assignment killers. Each team is assigned specific tasks." explained Melody Soraya.

"We can also remove anyone who poses a threat to the timelines. That doesn't have to be killing. We leave the killing to the hitmen." Luther Soraya said.

"The assassination team has permission to kill, but only under certain conditions. As far as it is compatible with the time. No one likes killing from any team. But someone has to keep order here. Only the contract killers are allowed to kill at all, and from the other teams only those who have a killing license." Diego continued to explain to Soraya.

Mission

"Okay, that's awesome. Very interesting," said Klaus Hargreeves. "But there are some Double Versions. Why don't paradox psychoses develop?" asked Luther Hargreeves. "Why did you kill Allison?" asked Diego Hargreeves. "How are you going to help us?", Viktor asked suspiciously. "Where are Lila and Sparrow Ben?", Five also asked suspiciously. "Wait a minute, one at a time!" said Nora loudly, silencing the rest of the Hargreeves siblings.

"It's important that you listen. We have to hurry if you want to save Lila's life." Lila Soraya was serious. "What, do you know where she is?" Diego suddenly asked, hopefully. For a brief moment, forgetting the whole kidnapping situation. "Yes, we took her from the hospital..." Nico was interrupted. "WHAT! WHY DID YOU KIDNAP HER! WHERE IS SHE NOW?" Diego Hargreeves got upset.

"... We brought her to our infirmary. She really wouldn't have survived in a normal hospital, she would have died." Nico finished his sentence. "You think. You can help her better!" Diego Hargreeves scoffed in anger. "Yes, we can," replied Leon calmly. "So, what can we do to save Lila?" asked Five, silencing Diego with a serious look. "Come on, we'll tell you on the way to Lila's hospital room," Leon replied.

"Olivia, Finja, Leon, Nico, and Laura. You go ahead and get Lila ready for take-off. Finn, Diego, Ben, Sara, and Emil. You go to your rooms and equip yourselves for the reversal process. When you are ready, come to the infirmary immediately. Thalia, Tiara, Cecilia and Melody, you go to your rooms and equip yourselves for the escort process. Wait for Aidan to pick you up. Alex, you accompany me and the Hargreeves siblings." Nora began to hand out the tasks. Those addressed nodded and swarmed out. ...

On the way to the hospital room

"First, we'll answer the question of what happened to Sparrow Ben." Alex began. The Hargreeves siblings listened attentively and with a serious look on their faces. "So, we brought him back to his original timeline," Alex said. "How did you do that?", Viktor Hargreeves asked. "We used my power. Parallel teleportation." Alex replied. "Can you do the same with us?" asked Klaus Hargreeves curiously. "No," Alex replied curtly.

"Why not?", asked Five Hargreeves. "Sparrow Ben didn't mess with the timeline. Just like you! It's like a blockade. You have virtually erased your timeline. But it still exists in a certain way. Only you can't enter it. Your blockade is the Sparrow timeline and the past," Nora explained to Soraya. "How can we lift this blockade?", Viktor asked.

"That's the right question," Nora grinned. "You can only unblock this by going back to when it all started to go wrong," Alex replied. "But how can we travel back and straighten it out if we've lost our powers?", asked Five.

"That's where we come in!", Alex replied with a mysterious grin. "What does that mean? Can you please explain?" asked Klaus Hargreeves. "All in good time." Nora repeated herself. Luther and Diego were silent the whole time because Diego was too worried about Lila and Luther's thoughts were with Sloane.

"Why was Allison killed?", Viktor asked. "We didn't want Allison to torture herself with a guilty conscience. She couldn't control herself in the Sparrow timeline. You saw that for yourselves." Nora explained. "Yes, but why did she have to die, and we were kidnapped?" asked Klaus seriously for once. "You'll find out later, when the time is right. You'll find out." Nora evaded the question.

Silence reigned for a minute, but was broken again the next moment. "Okay, another question. What happened to Sloane?", Luther asked. "There must have been an exchange between you and Sloane when the universe was reset. But neither you nor Sloane decided that. It was the universe." Nora began to explain. "I don't understand what you're trying to tell me, Nora." Luther sighed, somehow totally exhausted.

After all the excitement, the adrenaline seemed to have worn off. Luther knew that fighting back was completely pointless. Besides, as already mentioned, he had no strength left. He was suddenly exhausted. The whole adventure chaos that he had experienced with his siblings had taken a lot out of him. And that's exactly how his siblings felt too. Exhausted and worn out.

"The universe has a bit of a mind of its own. Even if we don't fully understand it. We live in it and everyone has their tasks. Some are more special and unique than others," Nora explained. "What exactly does that mean?", Luther asked, still a little confused. "The Sloane you met is dead. But if it makes you feel better. Your past "I" at the Sparrows, where we brought Sparrow Ben back, is fine." Nora replied.

"Are you saying. That we've never met the Sparrows?" asked Viktor. "Yes and no," Alex replied curtly. "What does that mean again?", asked Klaus. "It means it only happens twice in a cycle. But if we revise your mistake in the past, the cycle you caused will unravel," Nora said. "How can we revise the mistake to make everything right?" asked Five with interest. "Do you really want to know?", Alex asked with a sigh. "Yes!" said the remaining Hargreeves siblings in unison. "There you are," Laura's voice suddenly rang out. ...
