Loosely based on a roleplay with Emo_girl3365

Ever since ultra magnus arrived on earth, reunite with the Autobots, and met you, jack, miko, raf, agent fowler, and June, ultra magnus has been into second command of optimus' team. Well,whenever optimus went out on his solo missions, ultra magnus would be in charge. Mostly he would scold wheeljack which would get wheeljack to sneer back at him. One time, ultra magnus screamed at smokescreen for leaving the base without permission and even gave out harsh punishments for the poor rookie! This made smokescreen drive away and cry while ultra magnus sighed.

Ultra magnus: *in thought:  I didn't mean to, kid*

That night, you snuck into ultra magnus' berth room and saw him unable to sleep.

Ultra magnus: shouldn't you be asleep?
You: I was checking on you if you're OK
Ultra magnus: *let's you sit on this servo and lifts you to his optic level* I haven't been OK. Things must have changed since we Autobots abandoned Cybertron and our home planet is lost
You: I understand your pain, sir.
Ultra magnus: I appreciate your concern, y/n. But please you can call me ultra magnus if you want
You: you know, back when I was 8 years old in elementary school, the one girl always picked on me. She always picked on me until I start screaming at her to stop. Good thing the principal saw the whole thing and expelled her. 4 weeks later, the girl apologized to me for bullying me and I forgave her. Ultra magnus, I think you should apologize to smokescreen for screaming at him. I'm sure he'll forgive you.
Ultra magnus: *sighs* I'll do what I can to apologize to the rookie

Next day, ultra magnus found smokescreen and apologized to him for yelling at him. Eventually smokescreen forgave ultra magnus and the two made amends.
