Later that evening, in baby Mallory's nursery at the Mikaelson Compound, baby Mallory is laying in her baby crib. She and Klaus gaze at each other.

Klaus gently smiles softly at Mallory as she goes to sleep. He walks away, gently closes the door.

"How's Mallory?" Alexa asks.

"She's sleep." Klaus says, and sits down on the bed.

"Does Dahlia have a weakness?" Alexa asks.

"Maybe, she does." Klaus says.

"Maybe, ask Freya. She knows Dahlia." Alexa says.

In the study, Alexa slowly walks inside and sees Freya drinking bourbon, sitting on the three seat sofa.

"Freya?" Alexa says.

Freya looks up at Alexa. "You seek the ingredients to defeat Dahlia."

"Yes, of course." Klaus says, walking inside the study. "Do you have them?"

"Yes. I do." Freya says, gently setting down the empty glass on the coffee table. "Father has them."

"Mikael has the ingredients to defeat Dahlia." Klaus says, annoyed.

"I trust him, Klaus." Freya says, getting up to her feet. "I trust our father more than I trust you."

"You don't have to trust me, Freya. But you're gonna have to." Klaus says, bitterly.

"Klaus? Freya? You can banter later." Alexa says, looking at them both. And looks at Freya. "Freya, Dahlia is coming after Mallory, your niece. We need to plan to save Mallory."

"We need a bait to lure Dahlia here to the Mikaelson Compound. We need a syringe of Mallory's blood." Freya says.

"Absolutely not. We need to lure Dahlia away." Klaus says.

"But where?" Alexa asks.

"St. Anne's Church." Freya says. "Dahlia will probably be there."

"I'll get Mikael." Klaus says, and walks away.

Alexa and Freya exchange soft expressions at each other.

3rd POV

Alexa's Outfit

At Josephine LaRue's Home, Elijah, Alexa, Hayley and Gia. Elijah and Gia are dressed in formal clothes.

Elijah, Hayley and Gia exchange awkward glances at each other.

"Where's Skylar?" Alexa asks Hayley.

"She's with Jackson and the Crescent Wolves." Hayley says. "How's Mallory?"

"Mallory's great. She's been trying to smile. Cute little cheeks." Alexa says.

"Aww." Gia says, with a small gentle smile.

"Alexa, no need to distract the awkwardness." Elijah says.

Elijah and Alexa exchange expressions at each other.

"I'm gonna go find Josephine." Gia says and walks away.

Elijah gently smiles softly as Gia walks away. Hayley notices the exchange soft expressions between Elijah and Gia.

"Well, now I see why you didn't answer my calls." Hayley says as she walks away and sits down in a chair. "Did Gia have to come with us?"

"Josephine LaRue can be rather recalcitrant. She is, however, enamored with Gia's musical prowess and cavalier spirit." Elijah says, sitting down in a chair.

"Huh. So, the Baby-Vamp is now the Witch-Whisperer?" Hayley says, with slight jealousy. "I'm just glad that you found someone so... multi-talented to spend your time with."

"What exactly do you want from me?" Elijah asks Hayley.

Hayley looks at Elijah. Even though, Hayley married Jackson, she's in love with Elijah.

Josephine LaRue and Gia slowly walks inside the living room.

"Madame LaRue." Elijah says.

"Mr. Mikaelson." Josephine says.

Elijah gently kisses her on each cheek in greeting. Josephine sits down in her armchair.

"Have you come to impress me once more with young Gia's rare talents?" Josephine says. And glances at Alexa. "What, pray tell, does this one do?"

Alexa smiles. "It's nice to meet you, Miss. Josephine LaRue. I'm Alexa. Alexa Holland-Mikaelson. Klaus's wife."

"It's lovely to meet you, Alexa." Josephine LaRue says with a gentle smile.

Alexa gently smiles softly at Josephine LaRue. Her phone rings in her pants pocket. Alexa slowly walks away and pulls out her phone.

Freya

Alexa answers her phone. "Hi, Freya."

"It's Dahlia. She's escaped." says Freya on her phone.

"Where's Klaus and Mikael?" Alexa asks.

"Here at the Mikaelson Compound." Freya says.

"Okay." Alexa says, and hangs up her phone. And slowly walks back to Elijah, Hayley and Gia. "I'll see you around."

And Alexa walks away.

MIKAELSON COMPOUND

That evening, Klaus is sitting at the minibar, drinking bourbon. Alexa slowly walks up to him.

"Klaus?" Alexa says.

"Dahlia escaped." Klaus says, drinking the rest of his bourbon one gulp.

"How?" Alexa says.

"The plan failed." Freya says. Elijah and Rebekah looks at her. "Dahlia's gone for now. But probably wants us to wallow in our defeat."

"Klaus?" Alexa says.

"I'm alright, love." Klaus says to Alexa with a small smile. "But seeing you makes me happy."

Alexa kisses Klaus's cheek. And gently soothes his hair with her fingers.

"How sweet." Mikael says. And looks at Alexa. "Hello, Alexa. Come to soothe Niklaus's temper?"

"Leave him alone, Mikael." Alexa says, looking at Mikael. "Klaus doesn't need anymore of your negativity."

Mikael snickers. "I see that Niklaus, the bastard boy, has you, his precious little Alexa, to ease his failures. Lost, due to Klaus's worthless strategy!"

Klaus turns around and looks at Mikael. And with the White Oak Stake, Klaus vamp-speeds Mikael to a wall, aiming the stake to his heart.

Freya starts to lunge at Klaus. Elijah gently holds her.

Klaus and Mikael exchange intense expressions at each other.

"All I ever wanted was your affections." Klaus says. "Why didn't you?"

"I don't know. But I did." Mikael says.

"Any last words?" Klaus asks.

Mikael glances at Freya. "Freya? I love you—"

Klaus plunges the stake into Mikael's heart as he groans and falls on the floor, ignited.

Freya sobs. Klaus looks at Alexa, who looks at him, glumly. Klaus walks away.

In Klaus's and Alexa's bedroom, Klaus is gazing out of the window. Alexa slowly walks inside.

"Klaus?" Alexa says. "You need a little space. But I was checking on you."

Alexa slowly walks away. Klaus turns around and looks at her. And vamp-speeds in front of her. And kisses her. She kisses him back.

Klaus and Alexa gently pulls away from the kiss. They exchange soft expressions at each other. And Klaus kisses her, gently wrapping his arms around her waist. She gently cups his face with her hands as they kiss affectionately.
