Elena pov

Mom, aka Kathy burton

After everything that happened on the island, Barry and his wife Kathy adopted both me and my little sister Natalia, when the two of us heard this, we were both extremely happy, life in Canada with Moria, Kathy, Barry and Polly was wonderful, it really felt like we were part of a family again, there are even some funny times when one day moira and I decided to dye my hair a different colour, I decided to dye lighter pink

let's just say when Barry found out he was angry That we didn't tell him, at that point we both had to run back to mum or should I say Kathy, i'm still getting used to calling her mum, I felt more comfortable that way,  she told Barry off and she secretly commented that it looked lovely, eventually Barry learn to live with it, and then said it was okay and pretty

There was a time when I heard from Barry he found natalia's lost teddy bear lottie that she wesker had ripped up and ruined, then stuck on a wall, So I asked Polly to help me fix her, when Christmas time came around and Natalia opened her first present, she was shocked to find Lottie in the box, all fix up, Barry told her that me and Polly had fixed her, and ran up to us, nearly hugging me to death which made everyone laugh

We even took the occasional walks that are used to take with Moira, Kathy and Polly, even Claire came along with the rest of as we walked along the beach one time, I'll never forget that one time when Barry chased me Moria and Natalia on the beach, hilarious

Current time

"Natalia~" I sang, I was currently searching for my little sister round the house, just as i walk into the living i saw moira sitting on the couch watching tv " hey sis, have you seen natalia anywhere?" i asked, she smirked and was eyeing over towards the closet, in the hall opposite the doorway into the living " no i haven't seen her" she lied which i smirked, as quiet as possible i snuck up to the closet, slightly opened it, then...looked in every corner where she could, I heard a shifting sound and looked to were I heard it " Natalia...you just gave yourself away" I grinned, then snickered when I heard her groan and crawl out from behind the big boxes " no way you found me here, you had to have help" she complained pouting " nope, totally by myself" I lied, I think she could tell? I don't know " anyway it's almost dinner time" I said, she giggled, and ran up to me and hugged my legs, which I smiled, patting her her, waddling to the kitchen since she wouldn't let go

Time skip

That night I found it hard to sleep, I felt a burning feeling coursing through my body, then changing to a chilling feeling, and electrical, then back round again, at one point I felt light, like a feather, like I was floating on air, then I screamed when I felt like I was falling and crashing down into water, how did I know? Cause it felt like I was drowning  'I can't breath!' I tried to swim up but I kept being dragged down, but what? I don't know ' someone! Help me!' I then fell fast again, then grunted when I came in contact with a hard surface, when I got up I looked a round and noticed the area around me was completely white "still trying to keep me out? Elena dear?" My eyes widened when I heard a familiar persons voice, a voice I never wanted to hear again, I slowly turned and saw the face of a blond haired woman I prayed never to see again" Alex?..." my voice trembled, she just smirked " hello... Elena, how things going!" She cackled, I screamed when she turned into that horrified form back on the island

Meanwhile in the real world no pov

Barry was sitting in the kitchen with Kathy when all of a sudden they heard a scream " is that..?" Barry cut her off " Elena!" Both adults raised up the stairs, when they got to her door they saw Moria, polly and Natalia trying to open the door " what's happening?!" Kathy asked in alarm, while listening to the horrified screaming coming from the room " we don't know!" Polly exclaimed, Moria trying to open the door, but the handle wouldn't budge " I can't get it open!" Barry lightly pushed her aside " stand back!" He thrust his body against the door, It didn't work the first time, but after doing it about three or four times, the door was knocked down, gasps were let out when they saw the vines entering from the window, they were what blocked the door " what the hell?..." his attention was brought back to the girl lying on the bed screaming

" Elena!" He shook her " Elena wake up! Your dreaming!" He yelled " Elena!" Moria screamed, which made the girl wake up, gasping while sweating " it was her! I heard her! I saw her face!" She cried, which stirred confusion all around " who?" Barry asked " She won't go away!" Elena continued crying in the arms of her mother and little sister " what's happening to me?!"

Barry just looked towards where the vines had entered the room, they retreated back out and were no where to be seen " I don't know" he then turned to said girl " Elena, who did you see?" He asked ".....Alex...wesker...." she sobbed, which all eyes widened

" wesker..." Barrys voice roared with anger " no...I'm not letting this happen, she's not getting away with this twice!" he then left the room " it's okay, let it out" Kathy continued, meanwhile Barry rushed to the phone, dialling Claire " hello?" Her voice rang, sounding sleepy " Claire, it's Barry, we just had an incident, how soon can you get here?" He asked " depends, what's going on?" She asked " we've just had an incident with elena, a wesker related incident" on her side Claire's eyes widened Shock " I'm on my way now" then hung up

Barry waited by the door for almost an hour, till her heard a Knock at the door, he opened revealing Claire " what happened? Is she okay?" She asked in a worried tone walking in " up stairs" she rushed up the stairs to elena's room while Barry closed the door, when entering she saw the crying girl being comforted by her mom and sisters " claire!" Moria sighs in relief " thanks for coming" Kathy said " you guys are like family to me, of course I'd help" she then turned her attention to Elena " sweetie, it's okay" Claire comforted the girl as Barry walked in " now I need you to tell me, exactly what happened, I know it's scary revealing everything you just went through but it's the only way for us to get answers" which Elena nodded

She explained the whole thing, starting from the stances feelings, the almost drowning, the area on white, and more importantly, wheskers appearance and voice " she looked and sounded just like the one from the island, Claire I'm scared!" Elena cried, which the woman hugged her while she sobbed into her shoulder " I know, I know" she patted her back while Elena cried " it's going to be okay"

" she wants something..." Elena said which pulled Claire away " what? What could she possibly want from you?" She asked " me..." Elena voice croaked " what?" She looked up at the woman, tears still spilling from her eyes" she wants me! She wants control of my body!" Elena continued sobbing " not gonna happen" Claire stood up " Barry please follow me" the two left the room, Natalia hugged her sister tight, the pulled up her bear lottie " will hugging lottie make you feel better?" She asked with hope in her eyes, Elena just smiled, wiping her tears away, taking her bear and hugging it

With Barry and Claire

" I have a friend that runs an agency with terra save, I'm positive he can help" Claire explained " you sure he can help?" Barry asks " yes, and you also know him" she said, pulling out what looked like a tablet, a man with dark skin and an eyepatch appeared on screen " hey nick" Claire smiled " red field, Nice to see an friendly face now and again" Barry looked surprised " Nick?" Caught the mans attention " hey burton, see you aged pretty well" nick joked " I could say the same about you" Barry smirks, Claire just shook her head in amusement " I hate to be a bother but we've got a really big problem, remember Alex whesker?" She asked, which fury raised an eyebrow " you mean the bio terrorist/ she wesker as Barry her called her, isn't she dead?" Fury reminded " yes and poor Elena just saw her in her dream, plus...she thinks wheskers still alive in her mind, trying to take Control, Didn't you say you had a friend that could help with any mental disturbances? Or something similar? "She asked hopefully " yeah I did, but you'd have to bring her here so we can confirm if she really is still Elena's mind, how soon do you think you can bring her over?"

Claire turned to Barry who nodded in agreement" for Elena" which Claire nodded " if you can provide us with a ride I can get her there easily" she answered " I will send a jet over, just get her ready and perhaps pack her suitcase, just in case she is here longer than expected" and with that he hung up, Claire stood up sighing ". You sure about this? "She question Barry "If what she says is true, if that she whesker is trying to take control of her, her plan works, she'll have complete control over elena's body, and if she can control those powers you'll know what she will do" which Claire nodded

"I'll stay with her for as long as shes there, i promise" which Barry nodded, both walked up the stairs Back to Elena's room where they saw the others still comforting Elena "alright honey, we need to start packing your bags" which surprised everyone "What? Where she going?" Moria questioned " just to a friend of me and Claire's, we filled him in on the situation and he's got a friend that might be able to help, it's okay she's coming back soon" Barry reassured "And just to be safe Claire is going with her, she isn't going to leave her side"

" no!" Natalia hugged onto Elena tight " it's okay" Elena reassured, hugging Natalia " but your going away, I don't want you to leave!" Natalia cried, which broke her sisters Heart " it's all her fault! Why can't she leave us alone!" Elena held on tight while tears fell again " I know, but Dad says it's not going to be for long" Kathy walked over to Barry " I'll pack her suitcase" she said, Barry just walked over to the two, sitting down next to them " Natalia, don't worry, Elena's a strong girl" he placed his hand on the little girls head " just like her little sister" and joined in the hug " we'll all going to miss her" the family just gathered in a group hug, along with Claire

Time skip

Jet arrived, everyone was already outside, Natalia still gripping onto her sister " don't worry Natalia, you guys can come visit, she's going to be okay" Claire reassured " besides, Claire's gonna be with her" polly says " I promise sis" Elena kneels down to her " I'm not gonna let her get away with this" a small smile formed on her little face " of course she ain't, she's a burton" Barry's comment made us all laugh

Elena and Claire made there way onto the jet, sparring a glance back at the house, where the family still stood, waving to the two " show that witch who's boss Elena!" Moira's cheer made her snicker " I will!" She called out, right as the doors shut, that aching feeling returned, aelita turned her attention to Claire as soon as the girl placed a hand on her shoulder "everything is going to be okay "she reassured " yeah...I know...." was all Elena said, Claire could tell there was a less faith in her voice, the two just sat down, Elena being comforted by Claire " you can sleep if you want" she nodded, lying her head on Claire's shoulder

Few hours later ( I don't know depends on how long it would take for a jet to get from New York to Canada, then back again)

Throughout the flight, Elena had fallen asleep on Claire's shoulder, but they finally landed on the hellicarrier, Claire Gently shook Elena in a attempt to wake her up "wake up kid, we're here" Elena's eyes fluttered opened, she raised her covered her eyes and rubbed them due to the bright light of the rising sun, both stepped out

Elena dragged her suitcase, both were greeted by nick and agent coulson " red field! Glad you made it here" nick was the first to speak " thanks for the help nick, I really appreciate it" Claire smiles " well after all the help you've done for me, it's the least I can do" nick chuckles, the redheaded woman then turned to the agent " coulson" she nodded her head " redfield" he nodded back, all attention was caught on Elena " and I'm guessing this is Elena?" Nick asked which Claire nodded, fury walked over to the girl

" hello Elena" he lent his hand out for her to shake, but she was too shy " it's alight elena, this is nick, mine and Barry's friend" Claire reassured, Elena the shook his hand " nice to meet you" she said in a hush tone " listen I know this is all overwhelming for you, but we're here to help" he said " now if you two will follow us" both fury and coulson started walking and Claire and Elena followed

Inside

The four walked along a corridor, Elena still nervous, held onto Claire's hand, who gave her a gentle squeeze, they arrived at a lab, where a man, without his right arm, but elena didn't notice it at the time " doctor connors" fury got his attention " you remember Claire don't you?" He asked while Claire waved, which the man smiled " I'm very familiar with miss red field, and it's an honour to meet you" he smiled shaking hands with her " it's nothing really" she smiled sheepishly " it's more than an honour to meet shields greatest scientist" he just laughed " I'm not sure about that" he then saw Elena " I'm guessing this is miss Elena?" Which Claire nodded " can you see if it's really true? If wesker really did so something to her" Claire asked "of course, if Elena doesn't mind getting started now?" Claire looked down at her " you okay to?" She asked which Elena nodded

Time skip

After a few tests, the three adults looked at the results while Elena took a rest, currently wearing a hospital gown, sitting on a metal table " it seems like there is a strange substance in her arteries, somethings mixed with her blood, but I'm unsure of what it is, however there is a type of brainwave that I'm not very familiar with, I think whatever this Alex Wesker planted within her, it's somewhere within her Subconscious, if not then It has to be more mental than physical" doctor Conner's explained, which confused Claire " I'm sorry but I'm confused, isn't there anything we can do?" She asks " i'm sorry I miss read field but I am a scientist not a doctor, Whatever this Alex Wesker did to her brain and her physical body, she Must have messed with her mental state in order to do it, like transferring her Subconscious into Elena's" doctor conners said sadly " i'm sorry"

" so that's it...there's no way to save her?..."Claire asks completely defeated, fury placed a hand on her shoulder " there is one more person we could try" he said " please! At this point, I'll do Anything to save her"

Few minutes later

Both Claire and Elena stood out of work look like an old boarded-up building "are you sure this is the place? "Elena asked while Claire was looking at the address"Positive this is the address Fury gave me" looking underlying at the note with the address " well it looks like no ones lived here in years" Elena said examine the building, then turning back to Claire " maybe you read it wrong" she suggested " no way, I'm never wrong" Claire says " well either this is a first or- AHH!" As soon as Elena turned back she was face to face with a gargoyle " what the heck?!" She exclaimed, while Claire had a 'I'm going to have a long talk with fury later face' just then the doors opens revealing a man

" miss red field I presume?" He asks, which Claire answered " yes, are you the one fury called doctor strange?" She asked which he nodded " I prefer sorcerer supreme, but yes" he then looked towards Elena " Elena burton, I hear you have troubles with the one previous bio terrorist attacker Alex Wesker" he says, which she nodded " yeah that's right, but how do you know my-" " sorcerer supreme" he answered " please come inside" he gestured the two to come in

Elena pov

we walked through a long corridor, which had different but strange objects under lights, one that confused me was a small box " I wouldn't touch it if I were you" doctor strange warned " it's looks like an ordinary box" I said looking back at the box " trust me child, unless you want to be dragged inside with the creature that is trapped, then I would suggested not touching it" my eyes widened, and I scooted away, ' how'd he fit whatever in there?' we then entered what looked like an ordinary living room, if not for the weird artefacts, the strange marking on the floor, and strange/oddly shaped furniture, huh? Hence the name strange " please have a seat miss burton" he said, moving one of the chairs near the fire place " urr...okay and just Elena is fine"  I said taking a seat

He pulled up another chair and sat in front of me " what exactly are you going to do?" I asked, concerned " we are going to go into your mind" he said, I felt a concerning feeling, I looked over at Claire, who had sat on the couch, but she had fallen asleep " Claire?" I called out but she didn't answer " she's alright, but I can't reveal the spiritual world to anyone else, your an exception" he said, which I raised an eyebrow " an exception? Spiritual world? What are you talking about..." but all of a sudden I felt sleepy, until everything went black

When I opened my eyes, they widened in fear, I was on the island " do not worry" I gasped in fear when I heard his voice behind me, but he was now wearing a cape and strange clothes " what in the world?!" I exclaimed, I then looked down when I noticed a long pink sleeve on my arm, I realised my clothes had changed, I was now wearing a bluish turquoise skirt, light green and dark green stockings? And purple boots " woah..."  " And I see you've also changed form " he conjured up in the mirror so I could see more, I looked and saw my appearance clear as day, only my hair had grown even longer, I was wearing a green leafy like mask, and I had wings! " what?!" I tried flapping them and I saw I was floating slight off the ground " wow! This is so cool!"

Just so people know it's not my design, this is from w.i.t.c.h the tv series, I chose this outfit cause I loved it so much

" this is the place where your fears were brought to life, I'm sorry but this is the only way to find out " he said as I floated back down " Elena~" I felt my breath choke when I heard a familiar voice  behind me" no..." I refused to turn around " please! Get me out of here!" I pleaded him, but he just shook his head " if you keep running fear will take over, face it head on and concur it" he said, I slowly turned and saw her face, she had her disgusting grin "hello, Elena!" She then turned into that horrid monster " you think you can't control me?" She laughed" I will always be a part of you!" She launched herself forward

" shock her" doctor strange said " what?!" I exclaimed

" shock her now!" He took my hands and aimed them at her, to my surprise, I shot out electricity! It hit Alex and she roared in pain, then disappeared " h-how?..." I just stared at my hands in confusion,  I could then hear the devil woman's laugh cackling around the two of us, she sounded like she was everywhere and nowhere at the same time " now use wind" doctor strange instructed " but how?!" I exclaimed " like you did with your hands!" just the Alex appeared roaring as you charge towards us " now!" I just aimed my hands at her, and to my surprise yet again, wind, lifted her up, she screamed and roared in anger, trying to get down " put me down you brat!"

" the cliff!" I just listened to the doctor strange and flung my hands behind me, to where the cliff was, she screamed and she fell down, but I know she wouldn't die, most likely appear somewhere else " now what?" I asked " somehow you can control five elements, Air fire water Earth and Quintessence and take that appearance, you've already used air quintessence, Now you must use the other three "

Just then roar was heard, but behind the doctor " this is between me and the girl!" Alex roared, I just ran behind him " look out!" When I put my hands out I shot out fire, she stopped When it became inches away from her, she just glared at me and disappeared once again "good! Your getting good at this, only two left to go "the doctor said smirking "how is this possible? how am I doing this?" I asked "I shall answer after the test is complete" was all he said "now try and control the water" walked towards the cliff, raised my hand over, and water started rising up, I just stared in awe " wow!" This was amazing " very good, now be ready, she's coming again!" This time, she wesker jumped from the cliff above us " now!" I flung the water at her, and trapped her in a water like sphere, then threw it over the cliff, I looked back sown and saw she had disappeared again

" last one, earth-" before he could finish, that crazy woman appeared again, kicking me aside and lifted him up " I don't know Who you are, or how you got in here, but this is between both me and her, I have worked so hard" I just growled clenching my fists " to get to this moment, and I will not have some strange dressed man come in here and try to teach her control! I am the one who is in control!" She roared choking him, but to her surprise, vines started wrapping around her, she looked back at me in fear, dropping doctor strange " this is my body, my mind, I'm the one who's in control! not you! And I have had enough of your torments!" I just ran at her, jumping on One of the vines and punching her straight in the face, however before it could hit, she fell back down the cliff and disappeared into nothing, of course she tried to sneak up behind me again but I just use my vines and trapped her once again, I slowly walked up to her, who was shaking in fear, and said" I'm the one who's in control, not you"

" no....NOOOOOO!!!!" and just closed up the part of the vines that showed her face, I then fell to my kness, absolutely exhausted, and then felt a hand on my shoulder I turned and saw it was the doctor smiling, then let me had to help me up "You did very well, you just achieved one of the first steps to your powers, if you'd like I'd be happy to teach you more, so it will be easier to block out this so-called she wesker you call her" I laughed, the all of A sudden everything begins to fade

" Elena! Elena wake up!" I heard a familiar voice belonging to Claire , I open my eyes and also her face looking completely worried, then sigh of relief escape the lips " oh thank goodness, you passed out are you okay?" She asked " I did it..." was all that escaped my lips "what?" She asked " I kicked her butt!" I said excitedly sitting back up " I never thought I could! But I did!" She looked so happy " oh Elle!" she just pulled me into a hug, I looked back at my sleeve and noticed I was back in my old clothes" Barry and the others are going to be so proud" she said " It's not over though" I said which she stared confused "what? "She asked which I started to explain everything I went through including the powers and the changed appearance"so if you want to be completely in control, you need to train until you feel totally in control?" She Asked which I nodded "it's going to take some time though is it alright if you asked your friend if I could stay in New York for a little while ?" I asked, which she nodded smiling " I'm sure he would be happy too" I then turned to doctor strange, happy " thank you doctor" I said which he smiled " your very welcome, and thank you for stepping in when that devil woman almost killed me" I snickered and nodded

After that he gave me strange looking necklace" this will help you transform" then pulled out a letter " and this explains your questions" he said, I just bowed my head " I really appreciate it, thank you"

Time skip back at the hellicarrier
No pov

Claire and fury were talking while I was sitting with Doctor Connors, Elena decided to go through the tests again, just to see if there was any changes, turns out there were ' i can't believe this is happening...' She thought while looking at the results, her attention was then drawn to the letter She had not opened yet, Elena just shrugged picked up a letter and opened it, pulling out the note

' dear miss Elena

After everything you went through in your mind, you've probably realised you aren't normal, not because of those so called experiments you went through, you were already different from other people, it's a good thing this she wesker didn't discover you gifts earlier, otherwise chaos would roam freely, whenever you require training, you know where to find me

Ps when you want to change, just hold the heart of kandrakar and say "guardian rise" and when you want to return to normal just say " guardian descend"

Elena smiled lightly, then started fiddling with the necklace round her neck

Elena just watched it dangle, staring at it in wonder ' what is this?' Just then both Claire and fury walked in, so she put the necklace away " okay Elena, me and Claire have spoken, and have decided to let you stay here a while, just until you can control your powers and keep in control of yourself, which is why I'd like for you to join a team here" he said, Elena just looked in shock at Claire " of course redfield is staying" fury reassured, which Elena sighed in relief " didn't I tell you I promised Barry I'd stay with you" she reminded with a smirk, Elena just smiled, running up to Claire and hugging her " now, why don't we get you two, accommodated, then tomorrow, slight test, and finally meet your teammates" he finished, which surprised her " there are other kids like me here?" She asks, which fury stops " I'm training them to become the next generation of hero's" he said " now please follow me" Elena continued to follow

Then saw lead into a room, walls were the same colour as the entire ship, dark grey, there was also a desk, a single bed, and a closet, and a small window " I hope this is okay" Elena just turned back smiling " it's fine" she said, fury then turned back to Claire " you remember where your old room is right?" He asked, which she nodded " yeah I remember" she said " I have some important news to share, so I'll leave you two to get settled, good afternoon" he finished and walked away, Claire the turned to Elena " you need anything else?" She asked, Elena shaking her head " I'm fine, I'm just going to call home, then go to sleep" she said, then hugged Claire " night" " goodnight" she then ruffed Elena's pink hair " sleep tight kid" then walked off

Time skip

After Elena unpacked, she changed into her Pyjamas, then looked towards the tablet on the desk she was going to call home on, she was a little nervous, but walked up to it anyway, sat down on the chair and turned on the tablet, it rang for a bit before moira's face appeared " Elena! Guys! Hurry up and get in here! She's on!" She then yelled turning away from the camera, Natalia was the first person to arrive " Elena!" She squealed

" hey! Where's lottie?" Elena asked, Natalia picked her up from out of know where " she's here too! Look lottie! It's Elena!" Natalia held lottie's little hand up, making it wave at her, Elena felt like crying, but held it in, just then Barry came in " there she is!" Followed by Kathy and Polly " oh Elena ! How are you sweetheart!" It was way to hard for Elena to hold back the tears " I'm okay!"

Meanwhile outside the door, a certain redhead woman watched through a small opening through the door, smiling to herself as she watched the pink haired girl talk with her family, then walking away to her room

Next day

Elena was standing in the training room, getting ready " guardian rise!"

Once transformed, she hovered in the air " I'm ready" she said with a serious face, which fury nodded, pushing a button, robots rose from underneath where the floor had opened up, lita pulled her fists up in a fighting stance  as they started surrounding her ' I'm too high up in the sky, so I can't use earth and water, so I'll use quintessence, fire and air!' One robot attempted an attack, but Ellie just shocked it, then flew to the side as the robot crashed into to others ' ha! Take that!' She then turned her head when she heard loud footsteps coming from her right, and one from her left, she flew upwards, watching as the two collided, then used fire,on them, melting them both

Just then these floating metal orbs came at her, so she used her wind power, and one of the orbs back, colliding it with the rest, causing them to explode " alright!" She fistPump, then turned to the sound of metal clanking, which turned out to be more, robots and floating orbs " whoops! Celebrated too soon!" She smiled sheepishly, and continued to fight

Meanwhile in the bridge

While Elena was in training,, Three other teenagers her age were watching her in action " she's pretty good" Luke compliment as the three watch her slaying around the room, destroying the robots and floating orbs " I agree, she quickly plans before taking action, but she relies on her powers to much, but yes she is pretty good" iron fist says " I agree with what you said about quick planing, but I'm just glad I'm not the only girl on the team anymore!" White tiger said excitedly, just then another teen entered the room " why is fury testing a new. Recruit?! As leader I-" as soon as he got a better look at her , he felt his heart beat increase and a red tint appear on His checks under his mask " who's that?" He asked

" our new team mate" Luke smirked " we're going to meet her, you Coming?" He asked as the three began walked " y-yeah..." was all he said, before zooming after his teammates

After the fight

Elena POV

After I was finished, I collapse onto the ground out of exhaustion " hey" I saw a hand in front of me, i looked up and saw a girl my age, In a white tiger suit " you did pretty good" she complimented, i took her hand and she pulled  me up " thanks, are you my teammates?" As three other guys walked over

"Introduction time! Hello pretty lady, the name's Nova, the human rocket. I can fire bolts of energy from my wrist and is currently single." She said happily and held her hand out. I flashed a smile and I happily shook her hand.
