Bio: After the events of Book 1 Story 3, to be beautiful, Sara crumbled into a pile of trash and parts, while Eleanor assumed her identity and left Sara to rot. Eventually, the Stichwraith found her in a junk yard. He pieced her back together into this mangle- like creature, as well as taking away some parts of her to add to his body. Now, Sara remains in the "doll-up" area of the location, resembling the mangle animatronic; a broken down, pile of parts and junk that compose what little life she has left.

How to handle her: Sara will appear in either the top vent or main hallway. If she appears in the main hallway or the top vent, turn off your office lights and wait for her to disappear until you can continue your night.
