Sayas pov
I was extremely nervous. It's the first day of class with Nikolai as headmaster.
I hope he doesn't do anything terrible.
I walked into my classroom.

It was the same. But there looked to have been some renovations.
The floor was now made of carpet and not hardwood, and the walls were now painted a light green.
Ok, it doesn't seem like he changed that much here.

Everyone was sitting in their seats.
Ok, everyone seems reasonable.
But why is Daniel wearing wolf ears and a tail?
"Daniel, why are you wearing that?" I ask him.
"Oh, well, I just like the way I look now," He said.
He wasn't lying.

During class, I kept looking over at Daniel; he seems to be spacing out more and more.

After class was over, he didn't even stay; he ran away towards his lab.
"Ms.Phenoix," Sebastian said.
He was standing there. Everyone was acting weird. But Sebastian is the only one that's been average.
"Sebastion, have you noticed Daniels been acting weird," I said worriedly.
"Oh, well, I've seen this behavior before; he has a new master." Sebastian explained.
"Really?" I asked,"How many times has he changed masters?"
"About twice since the school year started," Sebastian said "He believes that one day he'll find one exactly like his first master."
"Im worried about him." I said.
"Im worried too, ever since Headmaster Gearldine died, everyone's been on edge," Sebastian said. "Even me, I can't even do the things I used to enjoy,"
"Well, I'm going to go and confront Nikolai." I said.
"Yeah, you do that, I'll go and talk to Daniel," Sebastian said, and we both ran in the direction of where we wanted.

I barged into Nikolai's office.
He didn't even flinch. He was sitting at the desk.
Guess he predicted I was coming.
"What do you want?" He asked, annoyed.
"What are you planning?" I asked, "Last time I saw you, you planned to kill everyone in the hotel Millworth."
"Dont forget the world." He said as if it was a normal thing to say. "Oh, it felt so good. Filling them with sweet, sweet despair."
"Ugh, you're a perv, you know that," I said. "And you know there are tons of cameras all over this room."
"Were" Nikolai corrected. He reached into his desk drawer and pulled out a bag filled with Broken cameras "They all broke"
I stood there, dumbfounded. How did he find them?
"I have to admit; they weren't easy to find." He said "For such a boring office they were surprisingly hard to find"

"Ok, so, why are you here?" I asked him.

"Oh, why I'm here," Nikolai said in his teacher's voice "The reason I am here, is to ruin your boring life."
What?
"Second question, how are you here?" I ask him.

He just laughed and switched to his emotionless persona.
"How I'm here? You're the one who should know that," He said. "You're the one who brought me here."

What? Is he trying to confuse me?!
"Why would I bring you here?!" I almost yelled.
Then he looked like he was about to shout at me.
"Get out," He said through his teeth.
I backed out of the office.

Nikolais pov
I felt my energy regain as I zipped up my pants.
I made Daniel crawl out from under my desk.
"Wow, your good at that," I said. "you made me release in front of a woman."
"Yeah, master, I've been told I'm amazing at it." He said.
"Heh, also, how much of that conversation did you hear?" I ask.
"Not a word Master, whenever I'm at work, I tune every other sound out," Daniel said happily. " It's like you, and I were the only ones in the world."

Aw. It's so cute the way he thinks.

Sayas pov.
I walked downstairs.
I saw that Finn and Laurance were in a little patch of flowers.
I walked over to them
"Why are you cutting those flowers?" Finn asked.
"Well, because they're really pretty" Laurence said happily.

"What was that?" I asked.
What's going on lately! Everything is falling apart.
Laurence looked scared.
"Heh, Finn that joke wasn't funny," Laurance said nervously.
" It's not a joke; I walked in on him cutting himself saying 'Ugly' over and over," Finn told like a confused child.
"Finn, could you go? I need to talk to Laurance alone," I said.
"Oh ok, I have something is need to work on," Finn said, and he skipped away.
"Laurance, why?" I asked him.
"Its Simon, recently, I've got thinking, he'll never love me, even if he notices, " Laurence starts to cry a bit "That he'll hate me"
Oh, poor Laurance.
"Laurance, you can't assume his reaction, who knows, maybe he feels the same way," I said," I mean, I have no idea what you look like without this patch on your eye."
I said as I took the patch off.

Underneath was a blood-red eye. It wasn't natural. Something must have happened to him.
I put it back on his eye.
"Come on, I know, nobody loves me, my parents didn't even want me, they left me in a portapotty at a carnival," He said.
"Laurance, how about this, you confess tomorrow evening to Simon, and you'll see, if he feels the same way or not," I said. "But you can't cut yourself forever; you could die."
Laurence started crying a little, but. He nodded.
"Good, now tomorrow, dress in your best clothes, take him those flowers, and just be confident," I said in a supportive way.
"I- I will thank Ms.Phenoix!" He yelled.
He gave me a quick hug and skipped away.

Things have been going downhill as of late. Why is that?
Nikolai, it has to be him!
