Sitting on the couch while scrolling down my Instagram feed. My eyes widened when I saw your new post. There you are holding another man hand, in a white gown and a beautiful flower crown on your brunette hair. Your smile is so pretty that makes your eyes shine while looking to your newly married husband. Yes, today is your wedding which you invited me after rejecting me 5 years ago. Of course I didn't go, why would I open the wound again?

Deep down in my heart I wish you will turn back to me and accept my feelings. Which is impossible, because I told you that I move on. That's the worst decision that I had ever made. After the rejection, I was heartbroken till I lost hope in relationships. 3 years after that, I tried to get together with your best friend, trying to forget about you. Using her to move on from you.

Katherine Schwarzenegger, that is her name. She help me with everything that I went  through. She tried to make me smile, take care of my health and comfort me everytime I felt depressed. She stay with me and I faked my smile to make her feel good. We last 2 years. Before I saw her came down from our room with her luggage with her teary eyes,  she sat beside me, hold my hand and say "Alfred. I know that you didn't love me as you love Louis. I know that you were only using me to move on from your feelings on her. But I loved you Alfred and I can't keep going with this fake feelings. Thanks for this 2 years. I wish you happiness in the future." And with that she take her luggage and disappear from my sight.

I let her go. I know she deserve better. She deserve someone who can love her with their heart. It's been 2 years since and she is still asking how am I feeling. I smiled and reply the text she sent, 'I'm good. This is nothing Kat.' and send. Turning my phone off and closed my eyes. If only moving on from you as easy as bribing kids with candy. Sadly it's not.

Everytime I closed my eyes, I can see you laughing beside me, wearing a sliver ring with a beautiful diamond that I bought as our 'friendship ring'. As tears starting to shimmer from my eyes, I heard my house doorbell rang. Wiping the tears of my face to see who at my door. Before opening the door, I take a peep through the door peephole. I clenched my jaw when I saw you still in your white gown and Katherine at my front door looking worried. 'What are you doing here?' my mind shooting all the questions that it can find.

The bell rang again when I held the door handle. "OPEN THIS DOOR ALFRED." You scream. "Why? Why should I Louis?" I say as I'm trying to gain my courage. "JUST FREAKING OPEN THIS DOOR." You started to banged on the door. My tears falling down my face as I turn the knob over to open the door. "Louis please wait for him to be ready." Said Kat. The door open as wide as it can.

"You- Why did you say you move on from me?" You asked. "I want to see you happy Louis. I know you won't be happy with me when you rejected me 5 years ago." I'm sobbing at this point. "Alfred. I thought you were just joking about liking me. I- I never thought that you are serious." She hold my face trying to wipe the tears. "J-joking? Did you really think the ring that I gave you as a friendship ring Louis?" My face starting to turn red.

"I'm sorry Alfred. I'm so clueless that time. I just realise that the ring you gave have a carving on the inside saying 'mine'." She hung her head down. "Alfred I told her everything." Katherine move my face to look at her. "I didn't hesitated to tell her just now." I look at her with surprised. "You did what?" At this point I am fuming. "I'm sorry Al. I can't see you like this." She said looking down.

"Kat she is married to Jonah. Why did you do this?" I grabbed her arm. "Wait Alfred, actually I stopped my wedding with Jonah. Jonah said that he is in love with Kat since 5 months ago." She said while trying to hold back her tears. "What?" I stuttered. "The wedding change to Katherine wedding with him and my family is okay with it as Katherine told my family and I about you." Louis say while trying to calm me down.

"What? What is happening actually here?" I asked confused. "Alfred Hitchcock I'm here to ask if you want to be together with me? It's okay if you don't want. Maybe I deserve that." She say with a small smile on her lips. I was still in surprise. "Louis... I- how can I reject you? I will take all the chance to be with you my love." Hands still shaking reaching out to hold her cheek. She smiled at me and we had our passionate kiss. After everything that happened to me, I still get my happy ending.
