I'm making a Dino oc bc leave me alone
And idk if I should add feathers or protofeathers to it
I do know that supposedly it's thought that this dinosaur did have some sort of coating
I just dunno if I should add it?

I still need to fix it a bit

Also can anyone guess what dinosaur it is?
