I'm hearing whispers and screams

that seemed to look for me

But I said to myself

"I am just a child." and ignored it.

As I grow to my teenage years,

the screams got louder, heavier. 

It kept calling me.

But I said to myself"I am just crazy," and laughed about it.

They said we have someone destined for us

who will care, love, and protect us;

And I know destiny will find a way

Until I saw you turn your back at me

I ran. I screamed.

Gasping for air, I can't breathe.

As you took your first step away from me

"Wait! Please Stay!" I begged
