I'm a (almost) 17 year old, 5'3 girl.
For some people I'm average, and for others (most of them) I'm short af for my age.

The thing is, that with that height I have short legs and most of my friends are at least 5'5 or 5'6, so when I walk with them is frustrating.

But is not as frustrating as this: I have two friends/classmates (boys) that I have know my whole life (I think we were 5 when we met), and they're both 5'9. They live really close to my house, so I walk home with them almost everyday. And by walk I mean run.
Being as tall as they are, they obviously walk really fast, and for them that's not fast, that's normal. But for me and my tiny legs it's running.

And the worst part is that when I tell them to walk slower, they say I'm really slow. Excuse you I'm not slow. I just have shorter legs!

That's why I hate being short so much: freaking tall people.
