Does Regulus deserve love?

I personally don't really know a lot about Regulus but I know that he wasn't a bad person as he had tried to destroy the locket horcrux. And I think that every good person and some bad people deserve love so of course I believe he deserves love. This is a pretty short answer but that's all I have to say on this matter.
