*Chara's P.O.V*

"How interesting.... two brothers fighting as one. Hah! You think you can still beat me?"

Papyrus was the first to charge towards me. He threw a bone attack, but I take them down with my gun. He creates a scythe made out of bones and swings it down, aiming for my legs. Grinning, I jump up and took out the sword to decapitate his head, but a bone attack from Sans kept me from getting near him. I should probably weaken him first. I charge towards Sans and lash my sword at him. Like always, he dodges them with ease, but it won't be long until he gets tired. Papyrus would try and 'intervene' in our fight, but I would always dodge his attacks and push him farther away.

After a while I was able to give him a small.... 'scratch'. He kneels as his health was down to 0.1. He's so weak. I can't believe I missed my chance to kill him. However..... I can kill Papyrus without him interrupting us. I'll kill him later. I turn towards Papyrus. Huh. His eyes are an even darker red. He charges at me full speed. I dodge, but not without getting a cut across my cheek. Not bad, but....... I shot both of his legs as he falls to the ground.

"You gotta be faster than that Papyrus. It's a shame....."

"YOU LITTLE BRAT!"

"It's too bad..... you won't be able to see (Y/n) ever again."

I raise the sword over my head and turn towards Sans.

"Now you get to watch your brother die..... in front of your very. own. eyes!!!"

*Your P.O.V*

Ugh.... I lift my head to see a reflection of myself in front of me. I see myself there hanging by strings of black gooey stuff. My reflection soon turns into Chara, who grins back at me.

"You're in my control now...."

The reflection disappears and shows Chara raising the knife over Papyrus. No! I begin to struggle against the stuff that tied my arms and legs together.

"Stop it Chara!!"

Chara can't hear me. She just sadistically smiles down at him.

"Goodnight Papyrus."

Something inside me sparked. The strings around me begin to break one by one. Chara appears again in the reflection again. This time, she was surprised. I can also see my reflection. My eyes had become a glowing red color.

"Who says you're in C O N T R O L ?"

The reflection completely disappears and I can hear Chara screaming. I open my eyes to see I was back at the golden hallway again. I was there lying on the floor clutching my chest. My soul beats loudly once and pain came surging through my whole body.

"Gghh!!"

I can feel my blood drizzling down my mouth. I was breathing out for air and couldn't get my breathing under control. Papyrus crawls over to me and holds me in his arms, shaking me.

"(Y/N)!!"

The pleasurable feeling of oxygen returning to my lungs calmed me down.

"What happened? Where's Chara?"

"YOU ABSORBED HER BACK INTO YOUR SOUL. YOU DON'T REMEMBER?"

"No......"

I slowly get up and the pain from my chest disappears. I see Sans limping towards us.

"Oh my gosh, Sans, I'm so sorry."

"Don't worry about it. It'll be.... fine."

Papyrus catches Sans before he could fall. It's all my fault. It's because I still believed in Chara. She's not the same as before anymore. Not after what she has done.

"I'm so sorry Papyrus...... it's all my fault."

"IT WASN'T YOUR FAULT. IT WAS THAT CRAZY SH*T'S FAULT. LET'S JUST GET BACK HOME."

He picks Sans up and begins to carry him to the gateway. I hang my head and begin to walk behind him. Suddenly, I hear Chara's voice.

"You won't be able to keep me in here for long (Y/n). Soon, you'll be consumed along with me."

"What do you mean?"

There was no response back. I feel a slight pain across my back and wince. What was that?

"ARE YOU COMING OR WHAT?"

"Coming!"

*Time skip*

We go back to Snowdin again and back home. Papyrus sets Sans down on the couch gently and gets an aid kit. I decided to go upstairs and check if I have any injuries. I go into a spare room and lock the door behind me. I take off my cloak and set it down on the bed. I take off my shirt and my eyes widen. Some kind of tattoo was there in the middle of my chest. The pain comes back and it begins to spread and stop. The pain was gone. Chara's voice comes back again.

"The darkness will soon consume you until you die. We'll see each other soon......"
