I continue to walk still trying to brush away the remaining flour on my clothing. That's just great. The powder doesn't come off very well. It's San's shirt too. I'm going to have to apologize to him later. I make it to a building called the Core. A few monsters were hanging out around there too.

They seem harmless. I walk past them to open the door, but it was locked.

"You're going to have to solve some puzzles to open that."

Huh? I turn around to see a monster behind me speak.

"Did you say puzzles?"

"Yes. If you go this way you'll find the first puzzle. You're going to have to complete a few."

Are you kidding me? I mentally sigh and thank the monster. I have to walk all the way back again? What is it with these puzzles?

*Some time later*

After completing the puzzles, I walk back to the entrance to see it open. Finally! I step in and see an elevator. I went up to it and pushed the button to go up, but nothing happened. A sign happened to be there that said:

"Use the stairs."

Uuuuuuuggghhh. I look to see a flight of stairs that reached all the way up to the top like a tower. I begin to walk up the flight of stairs until I reached the top. I walk down a hallway and see that it was dark. My phone started to ring. I pick it up to hear Alphys.

"Here, let me help you see better."

The lights turn on, but there were another set of orange and blue lights. Alphys told me that I had to stay still for the blue ones, but move for the orange ones. I easily dodge the lights but it gets harder as I moved down. Luckily, I was able to squeeze through them and make it to the other side.

That was a lot of work. My heart was pounding. I was glad I didn't get zapped in the process. I had to sit down and rest for a moment. After walking up the stairs and dodging the lights, I think I deserve a small rest.

Five minutes later, I was back up again. I walk around the dim-lit  hallways until I could hear music coming from a certain room. Curious, I followed the sound which led me to a dark room. I hesitated whether I should go in or not, but I just had to know where it was coming from.

I take in a deep breath and step inside. The door slams shut loudly behind me. This feels like a cliche horror movie already. A single spotlight shined down on..... Mettaton. He was still covered in flour. Is he trying to get back at me? Probably.

"So you've finally made it. You know... it's not nice to throw flour at a celebrity."

"Well it's not nice to throw flour at me."

My phone shook and I could hear Alphys.

"Careful (Y/n)."

"How do I deactivate him?"

"There should be a switch behind him. Try distracting him."

Distract him? How? I thought for a moment before an imaginary light bulb appears above my head.

"Hey, is that Papyrus behind you?"

*gasp* "Where?!"

I reach out an flip his switch. Mettaton froze.

"Did you.... just flip....my switch?"

Mettaton puts both of his hands on his head before he exploded into smoke. Suddenly, bright white lights shined downward where Mettaton was. I can see a figure. I blew some of the smoke away and squint harder. The figure steps out from the cloud of smoke.

"You wanted to see my new body that badly darling~?"

Mettaton? Whoa. He looks more human now. A feminine body, red high heels, red lipstick, and four arms. He looks more like a she now.

Mettaton snaps his fingers.

"Lights......"

The whole room lights up and I realized that I was in stage. Behind me was a crowd of monsters yelling out:

"Crush the human!"

Mettaton snaps his other finger.

"Camera......."

A bunch of monsters appeared at the edge of the stage with cameras. He looks towards me and spread his arms out.

"ACTION!!!"

Oh boy.

Sorry for the short and late chapter. My laptop is not working at the moment and some parts of the chapter was deleted, so I had to rewrite everything. I will write the rest of it in the next chapter.
