THREE MONTHS LATER-

It was Shivaay and Anika's Graduation Day and today they were getting their degrees.

Anika was 4 months pregnant and her belly has started showing up a little. All the family were taking care of Anika like she was herself a baby. She wasn't allowed to step out of the bed and when she went to college, Shivaay was always around her, holding her waist to support and he always carried a cushion with himself for Anika to sit in the classroom as the seats were made of wood.

Rudra, Bhavya, Gauri & Omkara got happily married with each other.

It was early morning and Anika woke up from her sleep. She saw Shivaay sleeping with his mouth open and she smiled and kissed his forehead.

A- I love you.

S-Mmmm..... Love you too.

Shivaay mumbled in sleep and Anika chuckled.

She went to freshen up. When Anika was in dressing room getting ready, Shivaay woke up from his sleep. He frowned when he didn't see Anika.

S- Jaan... Jaan.... Where are you? JAAAN...

Anika rolled her eyes and came out of the walk-in wardrobe dressed in an blue & white striped kurta and jeans.

A- What happened, Shivaay? Why are you shouting?

Shivaay went near her and pecked her forehead.

S- I just got tensed. Don't go anywhere without telling me, please.

A- but I was in the washroom.

S- I love you na.

Shivaay said cutely and Anika smiled admiringly.

He then bent down and pecked her stomach.

S- How's my princess today?

A- You're princess is fine. Now go and get ready. Today is our Graduation day.

S- Oh Yeah! Ok I'll go and get ready and you, don't go downstairs till I come back.

Anika nodded her head and say on the bed. Shivaay went and got dressed up.

S- Let's go.

He held her hand and waist for her support. They slowly went down stairs. As soon as Tej saw them, he rushed to Anika's other side and held her other hand.

A- You both know that I can walk on my own right.

T/S- But we care for you.

Jhanvi and Anika both chuckled.

They made her sit at the dining chair. Jhanvi served lots of breakfast to Anika and started feeding her.

A- I'm full, Mom.

J- Not yet. Remember you're eating for two now. Come on baccha. Just one more bite.

Anika whined and finished her breakfast.

shivaay and Anika left for college along with Tejanvi. Harsh and Sunaina also joined them as they came to Mumbai early in the morning for their daughter's graduation ceremony.

Anika hugged them excitedly and they blessed her.

They settled down in their seats. The principal came on the stage.

P- Hello Everyone. Welcome to the Graduation ceremony. Today all the students are graduating and I hope they succeed in their life. So here are the names of the students who are graduating.

The principal announced the list if names but Shivaay and Anika's name wasn't in the list. They  got worried and looked at each other.

P- But there are two students who got only made their parents proud but also our college and staff. They scored the highest marks in 15 years of college history. It's Shivaay Singh Oberoi with 99.4 % marks and  Anika Shivaay Singh Oberoi with 99.6% marks. Congratulations students.

They were given their degree. Tejanvi and Harshaina were proud of their children.

S- Congratulations Jaan.

A- Congratulations to you too Shivaay.

They hugged each other. Many students congratulated them.

Mallika also came towards them.

M- Oh My God! I've heard of hot couple, romantic couple but you guys are topper couple.

Shivaay and Anika chuckled. Their parents also came towards them. Mallika touched Harshaina's feet and they blessed her. Two months ago, Mallika and Advay's alliance got fixed. Unfortunately, Advay couldn't join them as he was on a business tour.

T- Let's go home guys. We'll party on our kids success.

They all chuckled and went to Oberoi Mansion.

As soon as they entered Oberoi mansion and settled down in the Hall, a bunch of servants brought Anika's favourite food.

Anika squealed in joy.

A- Wow! Everything is my favourite.  Thank you mom and dad.

Anika said while hugging Tejanvi.

They hugged her back and pecked her forehead.

T/J- We love you princess.

Harshaina's eyes got teary when they saw their daughter getting the love which she craved for in her whole childhood.

Tej took a glass of Apple juice and a spoon. He clicked the spoon on the glass and everyone looked at him.

T- So I've a very important announcement to make. So Today I'm retiring from Oberoi Industries.
And I've decided to handover my empire to my skilful children.

Shivaay and Anika looked at him with a smile as they knew that Shivaay will be the new CEO.

T- So the new CEO of Oberoi Industries will Be Mrs. Anika Shivaay Singh Oberoi. And the Co- CEO will be Mr. Shivaay Singh Oberoi. Anika will have 55% shares of the company and Shivaay will have 45% shares of the company.

Everyone smiled and the most shocked were Anika and Harshaina. Because Tej almost handed his whole empire to Anika.

Anika stood up and went towards Tej.

A- But Dad.... This is not right. It's Shivaay who's the rightful owner. He's your son.

Anika's eyes filled with tears and some tears escaped form her eyes. Tej wiped her tears.

T- And you're more than my son. You deserve it Anika. It wasn't my idea but your husband's. He wanted this for you.

Anika looked at Shivaay and hugged him.

A- I love you so much. I don't know what good deeds I did that I got you as my husband. I'm so lucky.

S- You told me that you'll pause your career for our baby but it's not your or mine responsibility alone. It's ours. You can work from home also and there will be no affect on your career as well.

A- Thank you.

Anika looked at Tej.

A- But Dad.... I don't think I deserve this.

T- You totally deserve this. Anyways you're more intelligent than Shivaay.

Everyone thought that Shivaay will feel bad or he'll whine about it but he was just looking at his wife proudly.

Everyone congratulated them and they shared a family hug.

Even I'm hurt while ending this book because this was my second book. But I need to take the right step at the right time. I've noticed from last few chapters the response was very low. I know it's my fault too as I wasn't giving my best to write this book as I'm out of ideas. I don't want to spoil this book by messing up with last chapters. I've seen this book rising and I don't want to see it fall in the dirt. Even I'm crying right now. But it was meant to happen. 😭😭
