Shivaay came back home from airport totally disheartened. He opened the gate and straight away went to his room. He sat down on the floor near the bed. He took out Anika's letter from his pocket and hugged it to his chest.

Tears were continuously falling down from his eyes.

S- Why did you left me Anika? I wanted to explain my behaviour to you but you left without talking to me. Why did you do this to me, Anika?

He forcefully wipes his tears.

S- Now I won't cry for you anymore. It was totally your decision to leave me. I will not be affected by your absence. I will continue my lifestyle as it was before you entered my life.

He immediately got up and went to washroom to get ready for college.

He came out after getting ready. He went to kitchen to prepare breakfast but all he felt was Anika's presence everywhere in the house.

He left for college without having breakfast.

He reached college in a dull mood.

As soon as he entered the gate, Ragini saw him and called out his name. But Shivaay ignored her and directly went to class.

He sat on the first bench and everyone in the class were shocked because Shivaay never sat on the first bench. Rudra went near him and kept his hand on his shoulder.

R- Shivaay are you fine?

But Shivaay was lost in his own world. Rudra shakes him.

Shivaay looks towards him with a questioning look.

S- Huh? Did you say something?

R- I asked are you fine?

Shivaay simply nods his head ad avoids his gaze and starts looking in the front.

Rudra sat beside him but he noticed his unusual behaviour.

After the class got over, Shivaay left the class immediately. He was going to sit in the garden but he collided with Om.

O- Hey Shivaay.

Shivaay gives a fake smile to him and was about to leave when Om stops him.

O- Shivaay where are you going? Let's go and sit in the canteen.

Shivaay was about to refuse Om but Gauri also forces Shivaay to join them and he cannot deny Gauri so he agrees.

They went to canteen and saw Rudra already sitting there. They went and sat with him.

They were sitting and talking to each other but Shivaay was lost somewhere. Om, Rudra & Gauri observed the change in his behaviour.

He was silently having his food.

G- Shivaay bhai where is Anika? I didn't see her today in the college. Is she fine?

Shivaay instantly looked at Gauri. All the memories of Anika came flooded in his mind. He kept the sandwich back on the plate.

S- I have to go.

He immediately left for home. Om and Rudra tried to stop him but he left from there ignoring everyone.

Shivaay finally reached home. He went to his bedroom and took Anika's photo in his hands. Some tears fell on the frame.

At the same time, Om, Rudra & Gauri entered his room.

O- You don't hate her Shivaay.

Shivaay looks at them and immediately wipes his tears.

S- What are you guys doing here?

He says while avoiding their gaze.

O- Why are you hiding your pain Shivaay?

G- Yes Bhai. Don't do this to yourself.

R- What has happened that you are in this condition?

Shivaay looks at them with tears in his eyes.

S- She left me. Anika left me, Om. She left me.

Shivaay sat on his knees and started crying. Om, Rudra & Gauri were totally shocked. Om went and made Shivaay sit on the bed.

O- Tell us everything clearly Shivaay.

Shivaay told everything to them and showed Anika's letter also.

Gauri was reading the letter keenly.

G- Bhai. I think it is not Anika's fault. See, in this letter, she has mentioned that there is some emergency. I think there is something more to it. You know her better than us because you guys were living with each other since 5 months. Do you think that she can leave you like this?

Shivaay looks at Gauri and shook his head in no.

S- But in the letter, she has said that she will never return back. How will I live without her? What will I do now? I am missing her like hell. I have to tell her so many things and she just left after writing a letter.

OmRuRi were smiling mischievously because they knew that their friend is totally smitten by Anika.

R- So why don't you go to her place and get her back.

Everybody instantly looks at Rudy.

O- Wow, Rudy. I am so proud of you. You have given the perfect idea.

G- Yes. I think you should go bhai.

S- But how will I....?

O- Do you know Anika's address?

Shivaay nods in no.

G- Do you know her city or area?

S- Yes she is from Bhilwara, Rajasthan.

G- Great.

R- Any other thing which can help you in reaching her?

Shivaay thinks for some time.

S- Yes. She said that she is daughter of Village's sarpanch (head).

O- Great. Now it will be easy to find Anika. Come on go and pack everything because you are going to Rajasthan. Rudra book his flight tickets now.

Rudra nods his head and books evening flight for Shivaay.

Shivaay has a content smile on his face.

S- I am coming to you, Anika. I won't let you go so easily. Shivaay will never leave Anika easily.

He smiles and starts packing his luggage.

BHILWARA

Anika finally reached her home. Anika's mother saw her and hugged her tightly.

A- Maa, Is papa fine now?

Anika's mother nods her head.

S- He is fine now. He got a mild heart attack.

Anika sighs in relief.

A- Ok. Let me meet him first.

Sunaina stops her.

S- First go and freshen up, then you can meet him.

Anika nods her head and leaves to freshen up.

She went to her room and got ready in her clothes.

She directly went to her father's room.

She saw him lying down on the bed and Advay sitting beside him.

A- bhai.

Advay looked at Anika with a small Smile.

Ad- Are you ok?

Anika nods her head.

Ad- Go and meet papa.

Anika went towards the bed where Harshavardhan was lying down.

A- Papa.

Harshavardhan opened his eyes and looks at Anika.

H- Anika.

A- How are you papa?

H- I am fine. It's good that you came back. I had to talk to you.

A- Say na papa.

H- Anika, do you remember the promise which you gave me before going to Mumbai?

Anika nods her head slowly. At the same time, Sunaina and Tia entered the room. Advay was keenly looking at his father because he knew that something big is going on in his head.

H- It's time to fulfil your promise. You won't back out, right?

Anika shook her head in no.

H- I want you to get married to Veer Prataap Singh, son of our neighbouring village's head.

Everyone was shocked at the revelation except Tia who thought that now her way will be cleared.

A- But..

H- You said that you are going to fulfil your promise and now you can't back out. Please do this much for me. Think it as my last wish.

Anika immediately looks at him.

Advay came forward.

Ad- You can't do this with her. How can you just force your decision on her? You are not....

Harshavardhan clutches his chest tightly. Anika gets tensed.

A- I am ready. I will marry him.

Everyone was shocked by Anika's decision.

Ad- Anika.

A- No bhai. I can do anything for papa.

Harshavardhan smiles and keeps his hand on her head.

H- Tomorrow is the engagement and by the end of the week, wedding will take place.

Everyone was not able to digest the happenings. Most affected was Anika because everything changed in her life in just a moment.

She silently got up from the bed and left for her room. She closed the door. She fell on her knees and started crying loudly.

A- Shivaay. I need you by my side. Shivaay.

She curled up in a ball and drifted into sleep while crying.
