Shivaay looks at the couple happily.

S- MOM! DAD!

Anika immediately looks at Shivaay with a surprised face.

S- Why are you standing at the door? Come in.

Tej and Jhanvi stepped inside the house.

A- Shivaay, why didn't you tell me that uncle and aunty are coming?

Anika glares at him and bends down to touch Tej & Jhanvi's feet. They were very surprised by Anika's gesture and keeps their hand on her head and blesses her.

Shivaay smiles at them.

S- Anika, this was a surprise for me as well.

J- Beta, she?

S- Oh! I forgot to introduce her. She is Anika, my friend and Roomie.

Jhanvi caresses her cheeks.

J- You are very sweet.

A- Thank you, Aunty. Shivaay please take them to hall, till then I will get something for them. (To Tej & Jhanvi) Aunty, Uncle what will you have- Coffee, tea or coke?

T- Beta, No need to take stress.

A- Please Uncle, tell me na.

Anika makes a puppy face and Tejanvi (Tej+Jhanvi) melts and smiles at her.

T- Ok. I think Coffee will do.

A- Ok. I'll get coffee for both of you, till then you can talk to Shivaay.

S- Anika, but why will you prepare, I mean you sit, I will go and prepare.

A- Why? When I don't have any problem then what is your problem?

S- No.. I can..

A- Shut up. Now go and sit with your parents.. Otherwise.. 😂

Anika glares at him and Shivaay gives her a helpless look.

S- Ok.

Anika smiles broadly.

A- Good Boy.

She leaves to the kitchen.

Tejanvi were stunned to look at Shivaay and Anika's bonding. They saw a totally new Shivaay. Because according to them, Shivaay never agrees to someone or accepts his defeat but today they saw Shivaay accepting Anika's order. They felt that there is some magic in Anika which can change Shivaay for good.

Shivaay goes and sits beside Tejanvi.

S- Mom, Dad.. Suddenly you both here.. I... Mean..

J- We just wanted to meet you. We were missing you very much.

Jhanvi said with tears in her eyes. Shivaay feels bad for her and hugs her.

S- I miss you too, Mom and Dad.

Tej immediately looks at Shivaay.

T- Shivaay, I know that you are angry with me but..

S- I am not angry with you, Dad. I've realised that what you did was for my own good. I respect your decision dad. I promise that I will live here till the time I become completely responsible.

Tej and Jhanvi felt proud on their son. Tej smiles and pats Shivaay's shoulder.

T- But how did you realised all this because when you left the house, you were very angry on me.

S- Anika.

Tej and Jhanvi looks at him surprised.

S- She told me something which made me realise that I am very lucky that my parents supported me and loved me throughout my life and it is very important to get parents' love in life and we should value it.

J- OMG! My son became so intelligent. I am proud of you.

Jhanvi kisses his forehead and Shivaay smiles.

T- Ok. You guys have Mother-Son
Conversation, till then I will roam around the house.

Both nods at him and Tej leaves from there. Tej reaches kitchen and looks at Anika who was cooking Cheese balls and Veg. Cutlet.

Tej smiles and clears his throat. Anika looks at him and smiles.

A- Uncle, you here? Do you need anything?

Tej stands beside her.

T- No. I was just looking around the house as Shivaay and Jhanvi are busy in themselves. They left me alone to wander the house like a ghost.

Anika chuckles at him.

A- Its ok. You can join me if you want.

T- So, where are you from?

A- I am from Bhilwara, Rajasthan.

T- Nice. Rajasthan is a beautiful place. But Why are you living in Mumbai, away from your family?

A- I am here to complete my studies. Actually I got a scholarship.

T- Wow! That's good. It seems that you are very intelligent, Atleast more than my son.

Both Tej and Anika bursts into laughter.

T- I assume that Shivaay has told you everything about us.

A- No.. Actually he never told me anything about him or his family.

T- Oh! So let me tell you about myself and my family.

Anika smiles and nods her head.

T- I am Tej Singh Oberoi and my wife is Jhanvi Singh Oberoi. I handle my business and we both live in Mumbai.

Anika looks at him in confusion.

T- What happened?

A- No I was thinking that if you live in Mumbai then why Shivaay is living separately, here in this flat? I am sorry. I didn't mean to intrude your privacy but..

T- Its Ok but I don't think that it is my part to tell you this. Ask Shivaay, he will tell you.

Anika smiles and nods her head.

T- Did my son trouble you?

A- Ya, sometimes but I know how to handle him and make him work.

Tej and Anika chuckles at this.

Anika serves the dishes on the plate.

T- So what is it (pointing towards the dish)?

A- Umm This is-

VEG CUTLET

CHEESE BALLS

COFFEE

A- Wo.. I thought to make all these because Shivaay only eats continental dishes and I thought you also like those foreign dishes so I prepared these.. I know this is not completely foreign but I hope you will like it.

T- Who said that I don't like Indian food. I love Indian food and don't think about Shivaay, he is mad.

Anika chuckles.

T- Forget him. I would love to eat the food which my daughter made for me.

Anika immediately looks at him and a lone tear escapes from her eyes.

Tej sees her crying and gets panicked.

T- Hey, Anika! Why are you crying? I am sorry if you felt bad.

Anika shakes her head in negative.

A- Wo.. I felt very happy when you called me your daughter and that's why I started crying.

Tej sighs in relief and wipes her tears.

T- You know, I will never be able to understand ladies because they cry in happiness and in sadness also. Jhanvi is also like this. I am always confused that why is she crying, is she happy or sad..

Anika chuckles at him.

T- Ok. Now don't cry. I don't like to see my daughter cry. From now on, you will call me Papa,if you are Ok with it.

Anika nods her head.

A- Ok, papa.

Tej smiles and hugs her. Anika also hugs him back.

A- Ok. Lets take all this snacks to the living room.

T- Hmm.

Anika and Tej moves towards the living room.

J- Where were you, Tej?

T- I was talking with my daughter.

Anika smiles.

S- Haww.. Dad, you never told me that you have one daughter also. Were you betraying Mom?😂

T- Shut up, Shivaay. I was talking about Anika.

Shivaay looks at Tej with a confused face.

T- Anika is a very sweet girl and I always wanted a daughter like her but unfortunately I got an idiot son like you so when I met her, I accepted her as my daughter. Do you have any problem?

Shivaay shakes his head in no.

Jhanvi smiles and asks Anika to sit beside her. Anika agrees and sit beside her.

Jhanvi caresses her cheeks and smiles.

J- Now that you are Tej's daughter then you are my daughter also, so call me mumma from now on. Ok?

Anika smiles and nods her head.

Jhanvi hugs her and Anika also hugs her back. Tej and Shivaay admires their bond.

After breaking the hug, Anika, Jhanvi and Tej looks at Shivaay. Shivaay gives a horrified look to them.

S- What? Now don't even dare to make her my sister. 😂😂

Everybody bursts into laughter.
