A/N - Hey guys and welcome to Chapter Twenty-Four. Picture of Darren ^^^^^

----- Hannah's P.O.V -----

The beach was pretty fun and we killed some time. The beach is always so peaceful, so relaxing. If I lived in a warm country I would probably be at the beach at least once a day, it helps me to clear my head and right now clearing my head seems to be what I am doing most of the time. So much is going on, I feel like everything is changing right now and everything that was going great is going down hill because of Theodora and the things that she has said to me. I know I said that I wanted to work things out, I still do but I jus have this feeling that something is going to go bad.

We're currently at Caspar's mum's house again because apparently this is where Theodora wants to meet us. She still has no idea that Beth and Joe are with us, I think that she likes Beth and Joe though. It is probably just me that she hates and that doesn't surprise me because I am the girl that is dating her brother. I basically want Theodora to accept me as Caspar's girlfriend, I don't care if she doesn't love me but I just want her to kind of like me I guess. I have said this before, if Caspar and I end up getting married and starting a family I would want Theodora to be involved as an Aunt even if she didn't like me but it is unlikely that she would want to be involved if she doesn't like me so I am basically going for a long shot here.

Theodora walks in through the front door and rolls her eyes when she sees all of us sitting on the couches. Caspar's mum - Emily - is currently upstairs again; she said that she wanted to give us time to talk everything out which I think is very nice. Theodora sits down on the third couch in the living room and looks right at Caspar "Why are Beth and Joe here?" she asks and Caspar shrugs "We wanted them to come with us. Why is that a problem?" Caspar asks annoyance present in his voice "Don't snap at me Caspar. You forget I'm older than you" she says and Caspar rolls his eyes "Yeah and remind me who made my girlfriend cry yesterday. Oh right, that was you Theodora" he says and Theodora sighs.

She looks to me but she doesn't look apologetic at all "Look Hannah. I want to apologise, I am a protective sister and I know that. I hate that Caspar lives so far away and I guess knowing that he has a girlfriend sent me over the edge" she says and Caspar shakes his head "I know when you are lying Theodora. You don't care that you hurt Hannah do you?" he asks and Theodora shrugs "Fine. Why should I? All she's going to do is take you away from home, leave you after getting practically everything from you and hurt you in the process" she says and Joe shakes his head before standing up.

Theodora looks surprised at Joe's action "Look Theodora. I do not know you well, you have met me a few times and to me you have always seemed like a nice person" Joe says crossing his arms "But I have known Hannah for 2 years. She is the sweetest, kindest, most amazing girl I know other than my own girlfriend" he says smiling at Beth momentarily "Hannah is not someone that is going to hurt Caspar. She loves Caspar so much and you just don't see it. They are so in love Theodora, I have never seen anything like it. They care about each other, they want to be with each other but you are not helping by hurting Hannah and thus upsetting Caspar who is your brother" he says and Theodora is just sitting there with her mouth hanging open.

All of a sudden she stands up and walks to the door "There's someone I want you to meet Casp" she says and Caspar nods as she opens the door. A guy walks in and pulls Theodora into a kiss "This is my fiancé Darren" she says as he turns to face us. My eyes start to fill with tears as I look at this guy, Beth sees and immediately pulls me into a hug.

----- Caspar's P.O.V -----

My sister is engaged. What the hell? She never mentioned him before today, I had no idea that she was even seeing a guy let alone going to be marrying one. Hannah freezes when she sees Darren and Beth pulls her into a hug. Beth locks eyes with me and she holds Hannah at arms length, she says something to Hannah quietly and Hannah nods before walking to me and into my arms. I rest my chin on top of her head as she wraps her arms around my waist and kind of cries into my chest.

I look to Beth confused "Did Hannah tell you of the crazy ex-boyfriend?" she asks and I nod "Yeah. He was a control freak judged on what I've heard" I say and she nods "That's him. Darren Nightingale" she says pointing to Darren "Darren cheated on Hannah and of course Hannah immediately tried to break up with him when she found out" Beth says glancing over at Darren who is watching us intently "Darren hit Hannah in order to scare her into staying with him. Hannah only managed to leave him because Nathan found out and dragged her out of that hell hole" Beth says now glaring at Darren.

Beth starts to walk towards Darren "YOU ARE THE REASON THAT MY BEST FRIEND STARTED HURTING HERSELF" Beth shouts in his face "YOU ARE THE ONE THAT HURT HER FOR SO MANY YEARS" she shouts and Darren just stands there "YOU DISGUST ME. ONCE A WOMAN BEATER, ALWAYS A WOMAN BEATER" she shouts for the last time before storming out of the house with Joe not far behind. Hopefully he can calm her down; an angry Beth is not a fun Beth to deal with. That's for sure.

Darren simply rolls his eyes and Theodora leans into his side "It's obvious that he has changed. Then again I am not surprised that he did what he did based on her" she says looking at Hannah with disgust. Hannah pulls away from me and looks to Theodora and Darren "Darren you made my life a living hell. Always telling me that I wasn't good enough, that I was worthless and that I was useless" she says and Darren scoffs "That's because it was true back then and it is still true now" he says and Hannah shakes her head "You are a disgusting human being. I was free when I left you and you know it. I am over you, sure I won't ever forget what you did to me but YOU are the one that is worthless right now" she says.

Suddenly my mum walks down the stairs and stands next to me "Theodora I want you out of this house right now. Along with the guy you say is your fiancé. What you have just said to Hannah, what both of you have just said to Hannah is disgusting. You may be my daughter but I do not consider you one at this moment in time" she says to Theodora and Darren. Theodora looks hurt but Darren just drags her out of the house. Hannah turns to face me and I pull her into my arms again because right now all she needs is someone to be there for her and someone to tell her that everything is going to be okay and it will be as long as my sister stays away along with that disgusting guy.

Well, that was interesting.
