After talking to Nyonika in the car, Manik went to his cabin & continued his work for a few hours. Thus, he got late to reach home that night. He entered the house & like daily asked the servant,
Manik: Is Mukti home??
Servant: Yes Sir.... Her friend is also with her!! They are in her room...
Manik: Ohk go n see if the dinner is ready... We'll hv it in half an hour.
Servant: Ohk sir!
Manik moved to his room & had a bath. He changed into his casuals & then walked upto Mukti's room willing to meet Aliya as well. He knocked the room once & entered saying,
Manik: Hey Aliya-.....
But just then he saw Nandini sitting there with Mukti.
Manik: Ohh Nandini..... Hi!! I m sorry when the servant told me I thought Aliya had come over....
Nandini: Hey... And its fine don't worry!!
Manik: Hi Mukti...
Mukti: Hey Bhai!! U know Nandini told me about ur meeting this evening... I so wish I was there when Nyonika was being so restless.
Manik: Yeah!! That was actually worth watching. By the way just for ur information, she had guessed that I was involved in all this stuff.
Nandini: I knew she did!! In fact she guessed at coz I made her guess so!
Mukti: How??
Nandini: Ohh I wanted her to know that she can not afford to pull on such a stunt again & thus, she had to know that manik was with me... Thats why I tired not be too professional with Manik, like I was with her. She clearly got to know that we r good friend by the way we talked.
Manik: Oo.. I didn't know that it was done on purpose!! But today was good I enjoyed it!
Nandini: Yeah!!
Manik: So what r u guys doing??
Nandini: Nothing I just request Mukti if I could get to hear some of Fab5's Music!! I must say I hv actually got to become one of ur biggest fan in just a week. I keep on listening to ur songs in a loop.
Manik was clearly not so pleased to listen to that so he simply said,
Manik: By the way I just came to call u guys for dinner!! I asked them to get it on the table.
Mukti: Ohh sure!! lets go....
All three of them moved downstairs & had dinner together. After finishing the dinner Nandini said,
Nandini: I think I should leave now.... Its getting late!!
Mukti: Ohk... As u say!!
Nandini: Manik... If u don't mind could I plzz request u to drop me back home, I mean thats only if u r free otherwise I'll call my driver & wait for him.
Manik: No no its fine!! I'm free..... Come I'll drop u!
Nandini: Cool!! Bye Mukti! See u tommorow at college.....
Mukti: Bye!!
Nandini: Ohh yes plz wish me luck!
Mukti: Luck for what??
Nandini: Actually I m planning something & if everything goes alright then I might get a surprise for u, Aliya & Dhruv tommorow at college...
Mukti(excited): What surprise??
Nandini: Its a SURPRISE!! How can i tell u now??
Mukti: Ohh yeah!!
Nandini: But don't get ur hopes too high!! I want to still get something important done before that & for doing it I need ur wishes!!
Mukti: Ohh I can't wait for it!!
Manik laughed at her & said,
Manik: Mukti u r such a kiddo!! Nandini... Shall we??
Nandini: Yeah!! Lets go...
Both of them moved out of the house & Manik drove towards Nandini's place. After covering almost half the distance, in which they hadn't even uttered a word, Nandini suddenly said,
Nandini: Manik stop the car!!
Manik(laughing): Woh!! No No Nandini... I m not letting u drive again. I know u r good at it but today I m not stopping.
Nandini: No.... I won't tell u that!! Plz stop the car.
Manik turned to look at her & Nandini gave him an innocent cute look. He simply sighed a little & then parked the car at a side. As he did so Nandini removed her seat belt & turned to face him & said,
Nandini: Manik... I.... I need to confess something to u!!
Manik: Confess??? What happened nandini...?
Nandini: Actually Manik that night when u wanted to drop me back home!!
Manik(smiling): yeah!! Though we ended up having a simply party on the hill....
Nandini: Manik... I m sorry but all that was not random!! I planned it up while getting out of ur house. I m really sorry but u seemed to be very disturbed & I just wished to cheer u up & spend some nice time with u!!
Manik kept on looking at her for a moment & then said,
Manik: Well u really succeded in doing that!! And u don't need to be sorry, I really enjoyed. In fact, I think I should thank u for that night.
Nandini looked at his face, he had the sweetest smile ever & that made her feel even more guilty about all of it. She simply picked up her purse from the back seat & said,
Nandini: I actually have something for u!!
Manik: For Me??
Nandini: Yeah!! Just a sec...
She was about to pick out something but then she stopped & said,
Nandini: But before I show it to u!! I wanna just want u to know that I m very nervous as I don't know how r u going to react to this.....
Manik: Nan-
Nandini: Manik plz listen to me.... I don't know whether u will like it or not but I just wanna tell u that I did all this for u, becoz I care for u!! I knew this thing was killing u from inside & plz don't take me in a wrong way!!!
Manik wasn't getting anything that she was saying, he simply heard her up but didn't say anything. Nandini took out a file from her bag & kept it on his hand.
Manik: Nandini this is??
Nandini: Manik plz read it first fully & then say whatever u want to!!
Manik opened the file & started reading it. Nandini kept on looking at him & waited. Suddenly she saw anger grow up in his eyes, he clenched his fists tightly. Nandini crossed her fingers & wished, "Ayyiappa plz make him read the entire thing... Plz let him understand.... Plz!!! Ayyiappa!!"
Manik completed reading the papers & closed the file, But too much to Nandini's surprise he didn't say anything. Nandini waited for a minute & then said,
Nandini: I m sorry Manik!! I m really really sorry.... I know I had nothing to do with it, and I shouldn't have interfared in ur personal matter but....... But I couldn't just control my self!!! That night I just thought that I could help to cheer u up & so I gave u the drinks & thought if u talk then u might feel good. But then u took one & the other & the other & I didn't know when u were badly drunk.
Nandini looked at Manik & expected him to say anything but when he didn't she continued,
Nandini: Manik I know that this thing is the only thing that has turned up ur life upside down. I know u wanted to keep it a secret from everyone but i don't know I just got to........ I don't even know what should I say to u here. I just couldn't see u like this &  then I thought what I could do for this thing & I just got this & thought to do it. I knew that Nyonika Ma'am can't afford to loose all her property & money so I think-
But before she could say further Manik suddenly came forward & hugged her tight. At first Nandini was shocked, & hence didn't hug him back.
Nandini: Manik I-
Manik(smiling): Ohh God u speak a way too much!!
Nandini laughed at it a little & hugged him back even more tighter. She didn't know why but she got tears in her eyes as she hugged him. Manik continued hugging her for a long time & then broke it & said,
Manik: I can't tell u how much this thing mean to me!!! This thing has made me wake up god knows how many times in between the nights. I just couldn't imagine Mukti's reaction if she gets to know that she-
Nandini stopped him from saying further by keeping her hand on his mouth.
Nandini: Mukti will never know anything. I will never mention it to anyone & after this Nyonika Ma'am will also not dare to mention this ever.
Manik smiled at it & looked at the papers. It was a legal deal, according to which if ever Mukti gets to know about the truth from anywhere, then automatically all the 40% shares of the Malhotra Ind. that are with Nyonika will be changed on Mukti's name.
But then one thing came into his mind & he asked,
Manik: Nadnini... These papers hv mine & Nyonika's signatures already in it. How did u get these??
Nandini smiled at him & told him.
FLASHBACK:
In the evening, when Nyonika & manik were sitting in Nandini's cabin. They discussed the deal & Manik's manager checked all the clauses properly.
Nandini: Ohk... So I think we r ready to sign the deal now?
Nyonika: Sure!!
Nandini took the file from Mr. Sinha & turned a few pages to check out the points. She picked up the pen from her side but in that process she accidently pushed the file a little & it fell down.
Nandini: Ohh I m really Sorry!! Don't worry its good...
She bent down to pick it up. And that was the moment when she picked up the other file which was already kept down there on the ground. That file had the same contract papers along with two pages in between that she wanted to get signed from Nyonika for Manik. She picked up the file & signed at a few places where the contrat details were mentioned. She then passed the file to nyonika & showed her the places where she had to sign & the same followed with Manik.
And with this she was done with both the contract & the legal papers which she had got prepared for Manik.
FLASHBACK ENDS...........
Manik stared at her unbelievably.
Manik: I still can't believe that u can plan all such things as well!! Ms. Nandini Moorthy, U r much more smarter than what I thought u were.
Nandini: I told u earlier only.... There are many more sides of mine that u havn't seen yet.
Manik: Ohh really!!
Nandini: Yes but there is one thing that I want from u in return of doing this.
Manik: And whats that??
Nandini: One sec!!
Nandini picked out another paper from her purse & gave it to him, saying,
Nandini: U will have to sign this for me!!
Manik: Whats this??
Nandini: This is the gift that I wanna give to Mukti & the others........ Its the registration form for Musicana which I got for FAB5.
Manik turned to look at her in shock. He saw that Nandini had already filled up the entire form for Fab5, the only thing that was left was to get the signatures of all the members. The smile from his face faded away. Nandini saw that & said,
Nandini: Manik I know that Music is ur life..... I hv seen what leaving music has taken away from u!! Everyone can see it. I know till now u were doing this for Mukti & I know u were right. But now Nyonika Ma'am can't tell anything to Mukti. The moment she sees these papers she will know that she is trapped now & then she won't be able to do anything.
Manik: But how can I just-
Nandini: Manik.... u need Music in ur life. U need FAB5 in ur life & without Music there is no FAB5, without Music Fab5 is nothing but just a name, simply a name.
Manik: What will I tell them, when they will ask me the reason to get back?
Nandini: Manik u didn't tell them the reason for leaving it for 2 & a half years... Come on!! That is Fab5, they love u!! I m sure they r gonna be so happy that they will forget the reason & all ....
Nandini simply took up a pen & gave it to him.
Nandini: Do it Manik!!
Manik looked at her & then at the papers back & the next minute it was signed. Nandini smiled broadly & hugged him. His happiness had no place. Nandini soon broke the hug & Manik said,
Manik: I just wanna see the look on their faces when I show this to them!!
Nandini: Yeah same here!!! Wait!...... What did u say??? U show this!!
Manik: Yeah... They got to sign it too right!
Nandini snatched the paper back from him & said,
Nandini: Shut up Manik... I hv promised Mukti for a surprise now it has to be me who shows this to them & thats final!!
Manik smiled at her & said,
Manik: Ohk as u wish... But make sure u show it when I m around.
Nandini: Tommorow mrng at college!!
Manik: Cool!!
Nandini: Now if u don't mind..... I m not feeling very nice with our car standing here at his deserted road at this hour of the night!! Can u plz drop me home??
Manik: Sure!! Lets go......
Manik drove back to Nandini's place & soon they reached there & Nandini got out of the car. Manik too got down & came to her side & hugged her.
Manik: I will always be thankful to what u hv done for me! Thank u so much....
Nandini: Ohh then I think I should be the first one to get ur autograph as a superstar after getting back.
Manik: Come on!!
Nandini: What?? I m serious... I m ur greatest fan ever!!
Manik: Yeah!! From when??
Nandini: Uhh Oh... Mmn.... From about a month!!
Manik: Just a month...
Nandini: Yeah... But anyone can become a greatest fan even in a day....
Manik: Ohk!! I loose u win.... But u don't need any autograph I m with u whats the need of a signature!!
Nandini: Ohk now Good night!!
Manik: Gud night....
