Ragini who is staring the ceiling gets disturbed by the vibration of her phone. She looks at the Id and frowns. She takes the call and starts whispering.

Ragini: (whispering) What happened sir? Why are you calling me this late?

Sanskar: This sir is missing his employee a lot.

He pouts. Ragini smiles imagining his face.

Ragini: (looking at dadi who is sleeping beside her and whispers) Sir I am sleepy and my dadi is keeping an eye on me as she got doubt that I have a boy friend. I need to cut the call.

Sanskar: (hurriedly) No no Ragini. Cutting the call in middle of the conversation is sin. You should not do it.

Ragini suppresses her laugh hearing his words.

Ragini: (whispers) Then I don't have any problem to commit that sin. Now sleep. Good night. Bye.

She cuts the call. Sanskar looks at the phone with open mouth. He fumes and barges out of his room. He stands exactly infront of Ragini's room.

He calls her again. She rejects it. He fumes more. He texts her.

Sanskar: If you don't come out in next two minutes I will come and kidnap you then don't blame me Mrs. Sanskar Maheshwari.

Ragini: Do whatever you want. I don't care.

That's it for Sanskar he opens the door of her room. Ragini's eyes widen in shock. She expected the door to be locked but she forgot that she forgot to lock. Sanskar just moved to her and lifted her in his arms. She was about to squeak but controls herself. She glares him while Sanskar continues walking ignoring her glare.

Once they come out of the room.

Ragini: (whisper screams) What the hell Sanskar!

Sanskar: Oh Now Sanskar? What happened to your sir Mrs. Employee?

Ragini: (keeping her hand around his neck) He is angry.

Sanskar: Oh why?

Ragini: Don't know.

Sanskar: Then no problem. Leave the the job. Let us spend whole time together. Only you and me.

Ragini shakes her head in disbelief. Just then she noticed that he brought her out of the house.

Ragini: Where are you taking me?

Sanskar: Kidnapping!

Ragini: (making a worried face) Sanskar what if dadi wakes up? You know na she wasn't well. She may need me.

Sanskar: Dadi wasn't well in the morning but now she is fine. She is under medicine effect. She will not wake up till morning. And we will be back in just two hours. So Mrs. Maheshwari don't take tension. Just concentrate on me.

He says keeping her in the car. Ragini keeps looking at him innocently while he gets into the driving seat.

Ragini: Where are you taking me?

Sanskar: (rolling his eyes) How many times you ask yaar? I told na I am kidnapping you.

Ragini: (pouts and folds her hands accross her chest) I am angry now.

She looks outside. Sanskar chuckles.

Sanskar: Jaan.

Ragini twists her lips still looking at her.

Sanskar: Arey yaar I saw you yesterday during Sangeeth. From then I didn't even get a glance of you. You got busy with your Mehendi function and Dadi locked me in my room.

He makes an annoyed face. Ragini suppresses her laugh listening him looking outside.

Sanskar: (continues) And you... You are not letting me to spend sometime with you. You don't know how many obstacles I crossed to reach you. But you are not even trying to understand me.

Ragini looks at him. She bends to him and kisses his cheek. Sanskar's eyes widen in shock. Ragini shakes him. He immediately get backs to normal and continues driving.

Sanskar: Jaan don't give me these kind of shocks. I am driving. We both may meet an accident.

Ragini just keeps her head on his shoulder. Sanskar smiles and continues driving. He stops at a top of the hill. He gets down and was about to go towards Ragini's side but stops seeing someone. He hits his head. Ragini looks confused and gets down.

Sanskar: (annoyed face) Yaar I came to spend time with my wife.

Bodyguard 1: Sorry sir it's Harsh sir's order not to let anybody go out alone.

Ragini giggles. Sanskar makes a helpless face.

Sanskar: Ok atleast stand a little far and give us privacy. I think you have atleast this sense.

Two bodyguards which had followed Sanskar's car nod their head and goes a little far but making sure that RagSan are in their sight.

Sanskar: I am hating my life.

Ragini holds his hand and keeps her head on his shoulder.

Ragini: It is for our safety. You know na he is saying that there is threat for us.

Sanskar: But our life has changed because of this. (Gritting his teeth) Once I find that looser whoever targeted us na I will show him hell.

Ragini: (changing the topic) All the time when we were in the car you were complaining that you couldn't spend time with me. Now you are wasting our time.

Sanskar smiles.

Sanskar: One minute.

Saying he moves towards the car boot and opens it. He takes a floor mat, coffee flask and two coffee mugs. Ragini helps him. He places the mat on the floor and sits. He pats the floor beside him indicating Ragini to sit. She smiles and sits beside him. He pours coffee in two mugs. Gives one for Ragini and takes the other for himself.

Sanskar: Cheers Mrs. Maheshwari.

Ragini chuckles and hits the mug saying cheers. She keeps her head on his shoulder and keeps sipping the coffee. Sanskar holds her hand and keeps rubbing her palm.

Sanskar: How are you feeling now?

Ragini: (closing her eyes) Peaceful.

Sanskar: (checking his watch) Happy Anniversary Wifey.

Ragini: (shot opens her eyes and smiles looking into his eyes) Happy Anniversary Hubby.

Sanskar: Tomorrow oops I mean today we are going to marry again. Exactly one year after our marriage.

Ragini: hmm.

Sanskar: (frowns) What happened?

Ragini: I don't want to do it even now.

Sanskar: But why?

Ragini: Exactly one year ago we both got tied to eachother Sanskar. And that day has changed my life. I don't want that day to be changed.

Sanskar: It isn't changing. Aren't we getting married on the same day.

Ragini: I know. But that is the special day which I don't want to replace with this day.

Sanskar looks on. He sighs. He just takes her in his embrace and kisses her hair.

Ragini: I am sorry. I didn't share it with you about this on that day. I don't want to make you sad so I agreed. But now I couldn't hide.

Sanskar cups her face and nods no. He bends and kisses her forehead. They stay some more time there and go back to house.

Morning all are busy with works after haldi. Sanskar sneaks into Ragini's room who is about to go to clean herself. She gets shocked looking at him.

Ragini: (whisper yells) What are you doing Sanskar?

Sanskar moves towards her and pushes her to wall.

Sanskar: Came to apply haldi to my wife.

Ragini: Ji I am not your wife still. Marriage is in the evening. Don't you have manners that you shouldn't enter into the room of unmarriaged girl?

Sanskar: (touching his forehead with hers) We aren't going to married.

Ragini: Hahaha... Good joke.

Sanskar: I am telling truth. I don't want to change our special day.

Ragini: (shocked) Sanskar stop playing jokes.

Sanskar: I am going to speak to with family.

Ragini: No you won't. It is not correct time.

Sanskar: We are already married. So nothing is wrong. Don't worry everything will be fine.

Ragini: (with teary eyes) No Sanskar don't love me this much please.

She hugs him and cries in his embrace.

Sanskar: I can't stop myself doing that. Ask something which I can do.

Ragini just hugs him more tight.

Ragini: I Love You Sanskar.

Sanskar: I Love You too jaan.

Ragini: (cupping his face) Will you give me something which I want?

Sanskar: Except for accepting for marriage.

Ragini smiles with teary eyes and nods. Something muted conversation happens between them. Ragini smiles satisfactorily after their conversation and hugs him. He hugs her back closing his eyes.

Evening it's marriage time. All the arrangements are done. Pandit ji is informed to make preperation for only two mrriages instead of three. Ansh is sitting pouting.

Sanskar: Baby please listen. You saw all the rituals except marriage. You will understand why we said no once you grow up. Please you are my good baby na.

Ansh finally agrees and hugs Sanskar. Ragini looks at both of them adoringly. Sanskar pulls her into a hug. RagAnsh look at eachother and nod to eachother making Sanskar confuse. But in next second both kiss on either cheek at a time screaming "We Love You" Sanskar laughs and hugs both again.

Sanskar: I Love You both too.

Ragini: Now let us go and enjoy chachu and mamu's wedding.

Ansh nods. They move to the area where the marriages are taking place. Guests have arrived.

Sanskar: Hello everybody. Thank you so much for your presence. As you all know here three marriages were going to happen but now only two marriages will take place. The thing is my wife and me thought that we are already married and what is the need of this marriage again. So we changed everything. Sorry for the inconvenience but to tell you the decision has been taken just in the morning. So we couldn't inform you all in the before hand. Sorry for that too. Hope you enjoy the other two weddings.

Saying Sanskar gets down the mandap. Ragini looks around being uncomfortable. All started speaking something or the other. Ragini's eyes turn teary. Sujatha moves towards her.

Sujatha: Ragu look at me.

Ragini looks at her with teary eyes.

Ragini: I am sorry ma.

Sujatha: This is your life. Live it the way you want. What others think shouldn't matter! All that should matter is your happiness. And we all want your happiness not their nonsense talks.

Ragini smiles through teary eyes. Sanskar side hugs her.

Ansh: (who is in Sanskar's arms) But papa my friends will tease me as I was teasing them that they didn't see their parents marriage.

Sanskar: (frowns) Did they see their parents Sangeeth? Did they see their parents mehendi? Did they see their parents haldi?

Ansh grins widely.

Ansh: (kissing Sanskar) Love You papa.

Sanskar shows his hand for hifi Ansh hifies it. Sujatha and Ragini smile looking at them. Dadi smiles looking at their grinning faces who is sitting a little far.

Dadi: Please bhagwan keep their smiles like this forever even after my demise.

She looks at them with teary smile.

Screen freezes on smiling face of RagSanAnsh.

This twist idea popped into my brain when I was reading last part of Chahat by Aliya @aliya598 So thought to pen it. All credits to Aloo's chahat.
