BACKSTORY:

Felicity Periwinkle and Leonardo Lewis Quinzel were both born on August 7 to Harley Quinn and the Joker.

From a young age, Felicity and Leo were taught to handle weapons and help their father. Felicity was also sexually abused by her father during most of her childhood. She never protested. Her life with Joker and Harley was all she knew.

When Felicity was eight, Joker got Lorelei pregnant. Lorelei hid the pregnancy for eight months. Then Joker found out. So, both sets of Quinzel twins ran away.

They ended up getting separated. Felicity would spend the next two and a half years on the streets, looking for her siblings.

Finally, when Felicity was twelve, she ran into Bruce Wayne. He smelled a traumatized child and tried to talk to her. She attempted to attack him and he eventually restrained her. He offered her a home and she told him she'd paint the walls red with his blood. He said "Okay, but if you don't come with me I'm taking you to foster care" and Felicity agreed to go with him.

He took her home and she considered robbing him and leaving but ultimately decided to stay.

A few months after she and Leo turned thirteen, Felicity reunited with her twin.

She was wandering the streets one night for fun when a boy bumped into her, stolen food in tow. She started to tell him to watch where he was going before realizing who it was. They caught up with each other's lives and got in touch again.

When Felicity was fourteen, she started sneaking out and meeting up with people to hook up. She also committed several petty crimes.

When Felicity was seventeen, she missed her period one month. She bought a pregnancy test and there were two lines.

She told Bruce and he asked what she wanted to do. Ultimately, she decided to keep the baby.

Well, that baby ended up being two babies. On July 4, she ended up giving birth to Lola Faye and Fox Luca Quinzel.

Upon her adoption, Felicity had been enrolled in Gotham Academy. She dropped out to raise her kids.

When Felicity was eighteen, upon her request, Bruce bought her an apartment. She and her twins moved into it. She got a job working for Wayne Enterprises because no one else would hire a Quinzel. She embezzled money from them for several years.

At twenty three, Felicity decided that she wanted to stop being horrible. She stopped embezzling money. She stopped shoplifting. She stopped bringing home random people.

The cherry on top?

She became a vigilante.

With the name Klown Kween, Felicity fought crime on the streets. The clown-themed vigilante got a lot of media recognition, especially after calling Batman dad in front of Vicki Vale.

Shortly after Felicity turned twenty four, Mr. Zsasz kidnapped her. His plan was to use her death to lure Batman to him. Batman didn't fall for the trap and Felicity was killed for nothing.

She'll probably get brought back but idk how.
