You'll find this person at any party, and they can be incredibly annoying sometimes. They're the type of person to take one sip of alcohol and pretend like they are extremely drunk. They stagger around while everyone else is talking or dancing, and randomly hug people while trying to slur their words.

Maybe they think appearing to be drunk is cool? Maybe they think no one can tell that they are just stone-cold sober? Whatever the case, they end up usually being the punchline of jokes and are generally just ignored.
